Maria’s place was an absolute dream! Perfect for our family of five. The location was great. Quick access to both beaches. It was also really well stocked! We cooked breakfasts and dinners at the house and had everything we needed and more. The pool setting was stunning! And an added bonus was lots of fun animal life all around. Would 10 out of 10 recommend and would absolutely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was clean, well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The house truly gave us a relaxing vacation feeling while being very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. She even brought us a special cable for the TV so we could watch the World Cup matches on the big screen, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent—just a 7-minute drive from downtown Sámara and only a 5-minute walk to a stunning beach. The shared pool was also fantastic, and during our stay it felt like we had it almost entirely to ourselves. We had an amazing time and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent accommodation, the place is the same as the photos. We went in low season, so we were practically alone in the condominium. Maria and Theo (their son) are great hosts. We had not been to Sámara for several years and we will definitely be back soon and it will be if it is available in this accommodation. The view from the living room is breathtaking, also from the pool. Howler monkeys come to the tree in front of the pool, and that, combined with the ocean view, make the experience unparalleled. Playa Sámara is beautiful and very close (5 minutes by car) is Playa Carrillo, which is a dream (our favorite in that area). Sámara has many places to eat well, but our favorites were Masala (Indian food) and Ahora Si (Italian food). In the latter, they do everything related to pasta manually, simply delicious. There are always guards watching the condominium, they are super friendly. We highly recommend this place, you will enjoy it very much

This was probably the best Airbnb we have stayed. Beautiful, huge, and sunny. Beds were super confortable. Bathrooms were clean and modern. Fans and ac in every room. Kitchen was well stocked and pristine. The balconies were amazing to chill and enjoy the birds. Pool and exterior were great and empty. Host was super nice and they had a locker by garage with beach supplies. Thank you!

Our stay at the Montelaguna condominium was simply perfect. The house is incredibly comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything you need to enjoy to the fullest: full kitchen, air conditioning, comfortable beds and a decor that invites you to rest. You can see the care in every detail. The location is unbeatable: just a few steps from the beautiful Playa Carrillo, one of the quietest and cleanest we have visited. Being able to walk to the beach in minutes was a great plus for us. And we can't fail to mention Maria, the host. She was attentive, kind and always willing to help us with recommendations and anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We'll definitely come back and recommend it.

The Montelaguna condo is really a gem of a home! Very very clean, fully equipped, very spacious, large rooms and really nice common area. Very quiet place, the other owners of the neighboring condos are very kind. Chairs, umbrella and small boards in the Locker, parking and what can I say about the pool and outdoor kitchen. 🤩 Superb view and very well located a few minutes' walk to Playa Samara and 2 minutes' drive to Playa Carillo. 10 minutes from Samara for grocery and restaurants (to try: Mr. Pelicano and Mar y fuego for good wood-fired oven pizza! María is a great host, very available and flexible, responds super quickly and it's really worth it to book with her for excursions! Suggestion: the boat tour to see the dolphins for sure! Recommended to💯! We'll definitely be back. Thank you

That place is perfect for small family! Easy, close to the beach (like 4 mins), a big pool for swimming with iguanas and birds to look. The condos is spacious and super clean, with a nice Teressa to enjoy a book when the kids are sleeping. I recommend it at 100% ! Maria is also lovely and very helpful

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious condo. The view is breathtaking and the place has everything we needed. Even on a hot night the pool has a bit of a breeze, as you are up above the main town. As long as you don’t mind the stairs , the place is absolutely wonderful. Parking is included and the gated entrance is easy. We had a great time !

Beautiful ocean views and close to town. Easy to get in and out once we got the right codes. Neighbors could be a little noisy at times.

Loved our stay. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. Very spacious, it perfectly suited our group of 5 adults and 2 kids, and we never felt cramped in the condo. The pool is reserved for the block, but it was not occupied. There are two beaches about 5-7 minutes' walk away. The city is a little further away, so it's best to plan a way to get to the grocery store or restaurant.

Excellent accommodation for visiting Samara, enjoying the beach and pool. Maria is a fantastic and very helpful host. I would highly recommend.
