Excelente alojamiento, el lugar es igual al de los fotos. Fuimos en temporada baja, por lo que prácticamente estuvimos solos en el condominio. Maria y Theo (su hijo) son excelentes anfitriones. Teníamos varios años de no ir a Sámara y definitivamente volveremos pronto y será si estuviese disponible en este alojamiento. La vista desde la sala es impresionante, también desde la piscina. En el árbol del frente de la piscina llegan monos aulladores, eso combinado con esa vista al mar, hacen la experiencia inigualable. Playa Sámara es preciosa y muy cerca (a 5 minutos en carro) está Playa Carrillo que es de ensueño (nuestra favorita de esa zona). Sámara tiene muchos lugares para comer bien, pero nuestros preferidos fueron Masala (comida de la India) y Ahora Si (comida italiana) en este último hacen todo lo relacionado con pasta de manera manual, simplemente delicioso. Siempre hay guardas que vigilan el condominio, son super amables. Recomendamos muchísimo este lugar, lo disfrutarán mucho

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious condo. The view is breathtaking and the place has everything we needed. Even on a hot night the pool has a bit of a breeze, as you are up above the main town. As long as you don’t mind the stairs , the place is absolutely wonderful. Parking is included and the gated entrance is easy. We had a great time !

Beautiful ocean views and close to town. Easy to get in and out once we got the right codes. Neighbors could be a little noisy at times.

This is great and beautiful place to live! Heated pool is clean with nice view! Location is convenient to beach and town! Host Maria is very responsive with clear instructions! Her recommendation of local stores and restaurants are also super helpful!

It is in a great location (just outside of town) and very quiet/tranquil. View is hard to beat. Maria was very helpful & responsive and the security guards were helpful.

Very nice and clean flat with a great view of the ocean and near beaches and restaurants. Maria was very reactive and available if needed. the size of the flat is perfect for a family of four. the kitchen has all you need to cook. washing and drying machines are very useful.

Great pool and view. Close to walking all stores and food / easy beach access so you don’t have to leave your car parked on the street. Security worker was wonderful

First of all, I want to start with the positive things. The location is great, and the view is beautiful! Maria communicated very well, and she tried to help. One of the AC units didn't work. We realized at 4:30pm, and the technician didn't arrive until 2pm the next day. The hot water in the master bathroom never worked, and both showers need work. The space is lacking extra blankets, pillows, etc. I always rate a place based on if I would stay there again. I would not return to this particular apartment.
