Beautiful home that is well maintained. The photo of the art on the walls is no longer there but it didn’t take away from the awesome place. The club house/beach is easily accessed with the free shuttle service or use of the golf cart. Beach is beautiful. The house is spacious and comfortable for our family of 7. Great stay!

Nice house and excellent, highly responsive host. Gate QR codes made check-in/out a breeze. However, large groups and remote workers should note a few major logistical hurdles: Beach Access: The beach would be a 5-minute walk, but walking on the golf paths is strictly prohibited. You must use the golf cart. The provided cart only seats 4, which required multi-trip shuttling for our group of 7. Limited Internet & TV: The standard Wi-Fi is unusable (0.13 Mbps). The property also has Starlink, which is fast but has a data limit. Once exceeded, the internet downgrades back to an unusable speed. Wrong internet password in the house, but host provided the correct one.Because the TVs rely on internet, they also stop working once data runs out. Cell Signal: Verizon (US) only gets 3G here, which is too slow to use as a backup work hotspot - this is not host fault, just nice to know. Great property, but be prepared for transport constraints and data caps if you have a big group or need to work.
