Rocio’s apartment is ideal for a family vacation with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms a full kitchen, living room and balcony and access to the pool and beach. We had a wonderful time and really appreciated her hospitality. The pool and beach facilities were excellent and the food and service by the pool was good as well. I would highly recommend her place- great location, and great apartment. Gracias Rocio!

Rocio was amazing! Everything was described perfectly. The space was absolutely perfect for our family over the Christmas holiday. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Was a bonus that the pool is open until 10pm. It’s a quick Uber to the grocery store and restaurants. About 40 minutes to the Malecon. Communication was great and she even helped getting us more water ordered. Highly recommend and will try staying again for our next trip.

The apartment is super nice, super equipped. We felt at home. The only thing was that the only TV in the apartment is not a Smart TV and the truth is we couldn't use it much and 1 of the 2 pools were under maintenance, but we would still return, the condominiums are great and the fact that there is such a good and inexpensive restaurant is a super advantage and even more so because we went with children.

This condo was perfect for our family's Christmas together. The location is fantastic. Close to all the restaurants we love to visit. Great bar/snacks at the pool. Would definitely use again!!

The place was very nice and the host amazing! The pool area doesn’t allow music, jumping, loud speaking, or games which is difficult with kids.

We went here Xmas week with our adult children and grandkids age 5 & 2. The grounds of Flamingo Condo are fabulous--there is a large, meandering heated pool as well as a large unheated pool. The beach and ocean are right in front with palapas and plenty of lounge chairs. Sunsets are stunning. There was a friendly buzz but there was never a problem finding a place to hang out. Much of the clientele is Mexican families. The only problem, and it is a big one, is that the (pleasant and reasonably-priced) restaurant closes at about 6pm and there is no other restaurant in walking distance, nor food delivery.This was difficult because our grandkids are not restaurant ready, but we managed by buying dinner early from the restaurant and taking it back to the unit, with the adults taking turns caring for them while the others ate in Bucerias. The unit itself is large though it is not as spiffy as the photos. We loved eating on the outdoor balcony. No shampoo provided. Must buy bottled water.

Excellent accommodation! Exceeded our expectations! The condominium has very comfortable, safe and suitable facilities for traveling with the family. The beach and the pools are a delight! Although we went on a long weekend, there was comfort for everyone! Clean and warm pools and always guarded. The apartment is clean, comfortable and super spacious with everything and more than necessary! We'll definitely be back!

We'd love to return to this apartment. The condominium in which it is located is quiet and very nice. The facilities have very good maintenance, the service and quality of the restaurant is good and not so large, the amenities are better enjoyed and it never feels full. The beach in front of the condominium is very nice, but it doesn't have as many people and the surf is quiet and allows the kids to enjoy the place. The apartment is spacious, tasteful, and well maintained in general. It has many good things but the best thing was the quality and comfort of the beds. The hosts' attention was very good.

The place is lovely, everything is as described in the apartment and condominium. The pools are heated and you can stay until 10:00 pm. There is not much shade in the pool area, but during our stay we had no problem finding tables and chairs. The beach is clean and you have many chairs and loungers available. The best was the space, 4 bedrooms and each one with its own full bathroom, everything very well preserved, the air conditioners work well, since you enter the place you feel at home. Martha is always attentive to answering my questions and following up on my reservation. My trip was with family and everyone was delighted. Thank you so much!

This is a lovely apartment, very clean and the host was very good with communication. We had an issue with the location of the property as the google maps location from Airbnb says it is in a different place. The apartment is situated next to Hotel RIU in Flamingos Beach and Golf apartment block right on the beach.

Amazing location and views. Wonderful beach . Superior pools with a choice of heated or cool. Extremely well equipped . Tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and AC in each room . For our group of 6 , a family of 4 with 2 children and grandparents, having 4 sizeable bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was the best situation we could have. The washer and dryer was a must.have. Since ovens are not common in Mexican condos, the BBQ was very necessary for our cooking . The large deck with a table for 6 was perfect for family meals and very pleasant for enjoying the evening overlooking the pools, A free cleaning after the first week was a very welcome surprise not listed on AIrbnb Rocio and especially Martha responded immediately concerning a few problems with appliances, empty propane tank and AC in one room. THe other owners and guests were very friendly and considerate and observed masking and distancing for Covid. The bar and restaurant were very basic however and could be improved The service was good however. Oh I should mention it has the best shower pressure with constnat hot water The WIFI was strong as well. .A great 2 weeks and we have no hesitation in recommending Rocio's place.
