I love the apartment, it is very well conditioned , whether the trip is done with friends or family. The water of the jaccuzi if it was a little hot, but I still enjoy being on the beach. The only drawback is the time of arrival, I think it would be better for the schedule to be at 12 or 1 pm, since the check-out time is at 11am and on other airbnb has touched me that they give me more margin outside of that I love spending new year in this apartment.

Ron was pending to ensure our arrival went smoothly, the place is exactly as advertised, it was clean and the view from the balcony very nice.

Great host! The only thing for us was that we selected it because it said it had a shared pool but it’s not the case. The circular pool from the photos belongs to the next door hotel and there’s no access. The jacuzzi served as a tiny pool since it had no heat or working jets. We brought our own umbrella for the table that is there and there are a few chairs. There aren’t any shaded areas. The condo is great, very confortable. Internet was weak (my family said nonexistent) from a dif condo I believe. Great location. Perfect for bringing groceries and just staying there and not driving anywhere else.

The condo was in an excellent location and as noted in the description; right on the beach. We saw dolphins right from our patio!! Pelicans were abundant and fun to watch as well. The condo itself was beautiful! I love Mexican pottery and art work so I was thrilled to see a place in San Carlos so tastefully decorated. Ron was an excellent communicator and sought out a masseuse who came to the condo for all of us to have treatments! Claudia was outstanding!! In other reviews some complained about noise at night but we were there over New Year’s Eve and had no issues. I highly recommend staying at this property!

We loved staying at this condo. It was on the second floor which had a beautiful view of the whole beach, islands and cove. The beach is rocky but was lovely to sit out on and watch the waves roll in. There is a lovely sand beach just down they way which made for fun morning walks with our dog. The condo was easy to find and enter, clean and beautifully decorated. We were extremely happy to be able to bring our dog. Thanks again for a great week!

The place is super clean, has a great view, and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. It's super well located in front of the beach and close to other beach clubs and restaurants. Ron is a great host, communication was excellent and he was very attentive.

This is an amazing condo. Located in a building where all condos have the same decoration and furniture, it's really at the center of all the action in San Carlos. There's a beach club 20 meters away where you can order beers and food while you enjoy their 'palapas' and sun loungers. The condo, though, does not have any kind of sun loungers or shadow to hide from the sun, so be prepared! The beach is not amazing, it's not your regular 50-meter-to-the-sea beach, and the sand is not spectacular, but you can get a tan and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The condo does not currently offer beach towels, so bring yours. Also, if you can, bring some kind of shadow for your trips to the beach, you'll thank me later! Nevertheless, the place is great, lots of space, even a grill, kayaks and lots of activities nearby.

Ron is a very professional person. He gave us all the instructions before we arrived. His condo is very nice! It has everything you need and a spectacular view.

Excellent place, very comfortable! There was everything in the condo, excellent service, and the property manager was very friendly. Very nice, lots of space, and a perfect ocean view...

The condo far exceeded our expectations. The view from the balcony was amazing. We were also very happy to have access to the kayaks and had tons of fun exploring. Will stay at one of Ron’s places again soon for sure!

Prívate Beach área, Beautiful Views, well kept condo and excellent service from Ron. The only thing I can think here is that the pool shown in the picture belongs to the hotel to the side from us, we did have access to the hot tub. Everything else was excellent!

It is a formidable and spectacular place on the shore of the beach, with its sunrises and sunsets Wonderful San Carlos, I highly recommend it!!! Ron is always on the lookout for everything, up to the last detail to feel at home, with all the confidence in the safety and quality of everything, the whole family happy and happy, of course I would return to this beautiful place, Thanks, it was great

The place and views are spectacular. Ron was always there to help and his number 1 priority was to make sure we were happy. Definitely recommend this place. Modern and amazing views. We got to see dolphins right infront of our balcony. And its right in the entrance of San Carlos which makes it even more wonderful.

Ron's place is amazing, the beds are cozy, the pictures are accurate, the view is amazing and you etre right at the beach! We loved it!

Ron is a very nice. He spent a long time talking with my husband. The house was very clean and very well kept. Everything was up to date. I will definitely be staying there again!

Ron is a great host! He is attentive, listens and does have your best interest. One thing I liked were that his pictures are VERY accurate! I’ve had experiences where the place doesn’t have the same features the pictures show but Ron’s condo looks just like his photos.

The condo is located right on the beach, so you get beautiful views and can hear the ocean all day long. The decor is tasteful and the place is super well equipped, it is funny how much one appreciates having a blender and toaster when away from home. Ron was a good host and replied to all of our inquiries in a timely manner. In general our stay was pleasant and we would definitely consider booking this property again.

Ron was amazingly attentive and showed up on property at the first sign that we needed assistance. My boyfriend appreciated the 2-ply toilet paper, and ample amenities - dishes and pans for cooking, extra towels & blankets, etc. You can’t beat the view, and the proximity to the ocean! I loved having the neighboring hotel bar so close by, and the pool was a nice bonus!
