Excellent option if you are going to the lagoon!

Everything is very good. The house is huge. The view is beautiful, the location is very good, and it has everything you need to have an incredible time.

The house is very nice. It is spacious, has very nice views, and access to the lake for swimming, and the pool is very nice too. It has space to park 2 cars, and access is easy and direct. Communication with Ruben is smooth, and he was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Best place on the Laguna, especially for a big family. Amazing views, modern vibe, and Ruben was super responsive with any questions we had. WiFi was also great, which was a huge plus for me.

The place is very beautiful just like the photos, the hosts' attention was excellent, they were very flexible and attentive, if you visit Santa María really do not hesitate to get to this place.

New, spacious, three storey, modern house right on the Laguna with amazing views from every floor. Lower floor has swimming pool, access to Laguna, BBQ area, outdoor kitchen, dining area and toilet. Ground floor has sitting room, kitchen, toilet, and garage big enough for four vehicles. Upper floor has another sitting room and three bedrooms: master bedroom and en suite bathroom with views; double bedroom with two double beds; and double bedroom with two single beds. The latter two share a bathroom. Main sitting room and all bedrooms have AC and blinds. Finally, there is a rooftop terrace with more great views. There are restaurants on both sides of the house and a small minimart selling essentials. This was handy as we needed to buy drinking water, ice and drinks. All round we loved Ruben's place and had a great time!

We loved Ruben's house. It's huge and has a delicious restaurant just a few steps away. Everything is very spacious and the direct access to the lagoon is amazing. We were delighted to spend our New Year's Eve at Rubén's house. We already want to go back!!
