It far exceeded our expectations. The membership for Vidanta is the best, and the apartment facilities are even better in person than in the photos. The staff is very friendly, and communication with the host is excellent. One of the best experiences we've had as a family.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The accommodation was immaculately clean, very comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything my family and I needed to enjoy a few very pleasant days. Communication with the host was always quick, friendly, and helpful, making the whole process very simple. It was definitely an experience that exceeded our expectations. My whole family was delighted with the stay and, if we come back to the area, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend it!

Lupita was an excellent host! We got there late and had to get our bracelets next day due to our traffic delays. But the condo is amazingly furnished, so clean and as pictured. Condo area was peaceful, pristine pool, and friendly staff. Thank you Lupita for your amazing hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Lupita’s condo during our time in Puerto Vallarta. I was recovering from surgery, and the space was perfectly comfortable, peaceful, and cozy, which made a big difference for our trip. The condo was clean, well laid out, and had great views of the pool, which we really enjoyed. My wife, son, and parents had an amazing time enjoying the pools and beach at Vidanta, and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything we wanted to do was less than a 15-minute Uber ride away, making it incredibly easy to get around. Lupita was an exceptional host — she was always available and responsive if we had any questions or needed help with anything at all, which gave us a lot of peace of mind, especially while I was recovering. Overall, the condo truly felt like a home away from home, and the experience was relaxing and memorable for our whole family. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta.

A very good place to enjoy as a family We'll definitely be back Vidanta is one of the most important resorts in Mexico, and especially Nuevo Vallarta has everything for an unforgettable vacation. Lupita's property is second to none.

Now I confirm why everyone who stayed there rated it perfect. Lupita was always attentive and very kind. The apartment is just as it is in the photos. The staff is very friendly. The pool on the first floor is warm and delicious. It was a bit long to go to the amenities of Vidanta, but we did have access to the vast majority of them. We had an excellent time! We would definitely return.

We loved the apartment, it's true to the listing and we had an amazing time on our vacation. It has membership in Vidanta and we loved spending time with the family in its facilities, and the apartment also has direct transportation to the complex. All the employees of the condominium were very friendly and above all Luis was always very attentive to our needs and very kind. Overall, everything was great. The apartment also has a really nice view where my husband and I would go out for a cup of coffee in the mornings before leaving. Mrs. Lupita is very kind and always attentive to our needs to spend a very good family vacation. I also really liked that he was very specific about everything we needed to be able to get in, who was going and the location. I thought that was very good and comfortable. Thank you for everything. We hope to return soon 😊

The place is very nice and reserved the arrival to the beach is very easy to transit, Lupita is very attentive to our needs and all the very friendly building staff 100% satisfied!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Seibal condo in Puerto Vallarta! Our family of five, including our three sons (16, 12, and 5), absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave. The access to Vidanta amenities was a huge plus—so much to do for all ages. Lupita was a fantastic host—very accommodating and responsive. We’d definitely love to return!

The condo is very spacious and clean and the location is very safe and secure. We had a couple of quick issues at the beginning but lupita quickly resolved them and response to communication very very quickly. She also provided suggestions on activities and restaurants which proved to be some of the highlights of the trip. Would definitely stay again.

This condo was exactly what we hoped for. Easy access to the Vidanta property and the shuttle drivers were readily available to transport us. A large water dispenser is available in the unit and the front desk guys will deliver a new one on request. Pickleball was a surprise addition with open play ($10 USD) every day from 8-10 am on the Vidanta property. The pool at this condo was beautiful and quiet. Several restaurants are within 1/2 mile when the shuttle drivers deliver you to the main road. Lupita is the most responsive and patient host we’ve ever encountered when renting from AirBnB. She answered all our questions with detailed answers. I would have no reservations from renting from her again. She even scheduled in condo, hour, $50 USD massages for us! What a treat! Thank you for hosting a great vacation for us!

This condo was great! It was perfect for our group of 6 including 2 kids. The kids loved the pool! It was also nice being able to access Vidanta resorts.

Lupita is an excellent host. She is always attentive to everything and ready to help in any circumstance. She helped us with local recommendations for activities and restaurants. I would definitely book an Airbnb with her again.

Lupita is a great host and super responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed every bit of our stay including the access to Vidanta resort amenities. There was comfortable accommodations for our family of 7. The main pool was so quiet it felt like it was all our own and the views from the patio were wonderful. Having the staff available to take us to taxis or the resort was priceless. The location is so close to walk to some great restaurants like El Estero, Las Alcatraces and Tino's La Laguna. There were tons of kids activities at the resort and we even got to see baby turtles being released. Overall this is a great place to stay and we look forward to going back to stay again at Lupitas place.

Lupita is a great host who before you arrive, she is on the lookout for everything you need. She offers you a cleaning service and making you the super and offering you a cook and that's great Cristi, the person who helped us with cooking and cleaning is a great woman who has a great spirit of service and delicious cuisine The building staff is also all very friendly and the condominium facilities and amenities, up to what is paid! congratulations

The apartment was very nice, very well equipped with everything we needed and organized! I was surprised with all the things it had for us, with the purpose of enjoy the vacation and make everything convenient and comfortable. Loved that it had good speakers in all the rooms and that the kitchen had EVERYTHING!!!

If I could rate this any higher I would! Communication with host was amazing. Her ways of going beyond herself to help in every need and request was very appreciated. The place was spotless, decorated in a very tasteful manner, extremely convenient location, great pools and accesible beach proximity. The cleaning and cooking additional services were committed to making us feel more than pampered. Having vidanta’s membership to access was a very fun and convenient plus to try out everything from beach clubs, kids pools, restaurants and more without having to actually stay there and have the hectic entrances and departures. Security and staff of the apt complex made us feel very well taken care of. Distance to shopping centers, downtown, and even airport were a breeze. Everyone ( adults and kids) enjoyed every amenity offered. We cannot be more grateful for an absolutely perfect vacation!

The apartment was impeccable! The kitchen is super well equipped and everything is very well maintained. You have access to the Grand Mayan by Vidanta, so there are lots of things to do! The apartment's pool is very large and quiet

The accommodation was perfect overall, as was Lupita's service. The condominium's pool is excellent ! The only bad thing is that the playa de vidanta ( you have access to the facilities ), it is a little far from where the beds and palapas are, from there in addition, everything was very good.
