Bolongo is a wonderful place. The beach is truly incredible, the pools are great, and the restaurants are excellent. Even though we stayed during one of the busiest times of the year, there was always space at the beach, pools, and restaurants—it never felt overcrowded. That said, the apartment would benefit from some renovations. The furniture is quite dated: the beds are old, and the dining room chairs are very worn and uncomfortable. The refrigerator is also very old and was not working properly, so we had to request a technician. Additionally, we experienced about a day and a half without electricity. While power outages can occasionally happen in Mexico, it would be important to ensure that the emergency generators function properly to avoid this issue in the future. Overall, an excellent location with outstanding amenities, but the apartment itself needs updating to match the quality of the surroundings.

We loved staying here :) the place is very comfortable for large families and small children. The beach is super nice! This is the second time we have stayed here.
