The experience at the accommodation was excellent, first of all, and it may sound very repetitive because of how they write in other reviews of other accommodations. In my opinion, the reality far exceeds the published photos of the place. In fact, the apartment more than meets what is published. The rooms, bathrooms and common areas, such as the living room, dining room and kitchen, are in excellent condition. You have everything you need for a good vacation and more. The view from the apartment is unbeatable. The beach, the The waves are super nice. The amenities, such as the pool, beach area, and restaurant-bar, are super quiet (maybe because of the date, I had a lot of privacy). Everything is very well maintained, and the people on site are very friendly. I think the restaurant-bar is a super plus because there are several options for dining. My family and I were delighted with the whole place.

Very nice apartment, everything was very clean and tidy, with everything you need to have a good time. Beautiful ocean views from every room and from the living room. Unbeatable!! All the condo staff are very friendly, and all the facilities are in very good condition. The restaurant by the pools has good service and a varied menu with delicious dishes. The beach in front of the condominium is very nice, very clean and free of stones. There are enough palapas, lounge chairs and chairs. The apartment is very spacious, the kitchen is super well equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. The condo is located far from the road, so it is very quiet and peaceful, excellent for resting. But it is very well connected to go to the airport, other beaches, and Puerto Vallarta. We went as a family and felt right at home :)

This is a good condo. Nicely decorated with good furnishings, lots of kitchen equipment and comfortable beds. Flamingos is great location. Excellent beach and the complex is well maintained. Decent affordable food at the restaurant. Convenient to Bucerías, grocery stores and transportation. Alejandra was very easy to communicate with. She always answered promptly and with clear instructions.

The location is ideal: literally a few steps from the beach, which made the experience even more special. I was able to enjoy the sea every day, walk along the shore and see beautiful sunsets without having to move around much. The place is comfortable, clean and very welcoming. The decor is beautiful, with details that make you feel at home, but with that summery touch that reminds you that you are facing the sea. Also, the host was very kind and attentive, always available for any questions or recommendations.

we had an amazing vacation. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the sea, an elevator, very clean pools, many amenities such as a soccer field, tennis, soccer, ping pong. Great that they have a washing machine. The mattresses and pillows are super comfortable, the kitchen is impeccable. We really had a great time, we felt at home and Alejandra was always attentive. We will definitely be back soon.

We have been staying at the Flamingo’s condominiums for four different times on different condos, but this condo by far was the best stay of all. Not only it has the most amazing beachfront location, but also it has a wonderful ocean view,. The condo has a great layout, amenities and host of all. If you are looking to stay in, and have kids of your own like us, this is the place to book. The beach is so peaceful, the restaurant’s service was incredible, on site and on the beach, every single person of the personnel were super nice. The hosts were fast to answer and very helpful to our needs and requests. This condo is espectacular!!

It was an excellent stay, the place is very nice, clean, semi-private beach, few or no vendors, which I think is very good for relaxing on the beach. Excellent waves for children and seniors. In the subdivision, there are places to have breakfast and lunch within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks Ale

Everything flowed great. Very clear in communication and super friendly. We recommend it 100%.

Apartment well located in the hotel area, very nice, very clean, well equipped and its furniture very comfortable including its beds. The ocean views are spectacular, in 2 bedrooms through their balconies and in the living room the view extends to the dining room and kitchen. The beach is a few steps away, you just have to go down and cross the pool area, the latter is clean and with friendly areas for small children. On the beach there are straw huts with good shade and there were always loungers at our disposal. We really enjoyed the stay, an excellent option to return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view is incredible… you can’t get any closer to the ocean (which does make it loud at night though!). We didn’t even touch the AC because there are so many windows (with screens) and you can easily get a beautiful cross breeze. The condo is large and beautifully furnished with nice little and thoughtful touches. The complex is older but still very nice and surprisingly very quiet at this time of year. Our kids enjoyed the extra amenities like mini golf and foosball.

We loved it! Beautiful place people at the restaurant and all around are so friendly, The place was Better than how it was described! Loved the laundry service they have on site! Everything was just so nice!

The apartment is in very good condition and spacious. It is in front of the beach, its view is excellent, I think it is the best location within the complex. The complex is over 20 years old, but I like it because they keep it in good condition, people are friendly, and there are fewer people comparing to modern developments, which for me is much better. There's a restaurant, simple, and good. We really enjoyed everything, I highly recommend this place and the good attention of their hosts, thank you
