Stayed at this resort multiple times. Second visit to this location and it was as expected. We were very happy with the space. Andrea was very responsive and offered flexibility when needed. Would definitely like to stay again.

Everything was fine; the condo is very nice, right on the beach, and has all the amenities, and there are good restaurants nearby. Andrea's service was very good; she was attentive to everything. I recommend it 100%.

Better than five stars, this place was amazing! The only downside was that we ever had to leave and go home after a week! Absolutely beautiful with all the amenities of a luxury hotel, but all the comforts of home and a beautiful kitchen to cook in when we wanted to! We were there on a three generation trip. The layout was absolutely perfect, plenty of room and so much privacy, but also nice common space to share meals and games and togetherness. there are two luxe primary bedrooms with king-size beds and luxurious bathtubs, which were perfect for the two grown-up couples, and then a third bedroom with two queen size beds, so our teenage daughters were ecstatic to have their own big beds and their own bathroom! We enjoyed everything about our villa, as well as all the incredible amenities of Villa la Estancia the resort! 100% recommend!!! Andrea was responsive and helpful along the way. Thanks for the memories! ❤️

Our extended family of 7 had a great time at this condo. Everything was as it says and Andrea was quick to respond to our questions. We had an easy check in at the lobby. Room is in a great location near an elevator. Gym is nice and the facilities are great. Would definitely like to stay again.

Beautiful villa! I would definitely stay here again. The resort is in 4 stars but felt like 5 for sure! Everyone was so professional and attentive. Has all the amenities you want including washer/dryer.

Welcome to paradise! Our family once again enjoyed Andrea's place. The space is more than enough for our family of 5 to spread out in. The place is exactly as described and looks just like the photos. Andreas is a great host. We had no issues and highly recommend staying here. Can't wait for our return!

Loved our stay at Andrea's place! Great location, very large and comfortable unit. Really great space for 3 couples. Everything we needed to cook meals. Balcony is huge, the view is beautiful, and the unit is very convenient to the elevator that goes down to the pool/beach. The resort is very well kept and staff were very friendly. Andrea was really great regarding communications. The resort tries to sell you the all-inclusive option and have you go to a timeshare breakfast when checking in, but we declined. Attending the breakfast gives you lots of discounts at the resort, but we were only there for 3 days, so we didn't want to spend any of our time on that. We found the prices at the restaurants/bars at the hotel to be fairly reasonable.

This was the third year in a row we have stayed at Estancia with our grandkids. By far the best experience. Andrea communicated clearly and was flexible when we asked her to be. I highly recommend her place.

5 stars all around. The condo is well appointed, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, and though condo is by the pool (all the condos are), it is 5 floors up and quiet. We had 5 people- it was nice to all have our own space. We didn’t realize that one bdrm/bath is separate from the main condo, but it worked well for us. One key opens both and there’s a locked gate outside so you can keep the doors open to be more connected. Lots of plates, glasses, pans etc. We loved using the boogie boards. Villa de Estancia is very nice and well-kept. The pool never felt crowded and the beach is nice. We walked to dinner in Bucerias every night- found some great restaurants. We also walked to the grocery store-a 20 min walk. I had a cpl minor questions for Andrea, and she was very helpful and responded quickly. The resort service is great but we did have trouble checking in - room wasnt ready until 5 and check out line took 30 mins. Wouldn’t keep us from returning. Overall, amazing stay

My family and I stayed at Andrea’s condo for a week. We had a great time! The location is perfect, easy walk to Bucerias along the beach or bike path. The condo is beautiful, clean, quiet with an excellent pool and right on the beach. Perfect for our grandkids too. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful with any questions we had. The gym was excellent, and we all tried out the pickleball courts for the first time playing the game and had a blast. Andrea is quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. We would love to return for another family vacation at her condo.

The place was wonderful and the pool amazing. Also, the service and ambiance was great.

Definitely one of my favorite spots to get away with the family, thanks Andrea for everything. My only observation about the restaurant is that the prices are very high, as is the bar.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The unit was spacious enough for our family to spread out and for my mom to have her own space. The kitchen is well stocked which was helpful as we prepared a few meals here. Andrea was always responsive to our needs before and during our stay. She answered my questions and gave useful suggestions. The resort is pristine and the beach was great. There was even a boogie board in the room for us to use. Overall it was a great vacation and we look forward to coming back. Thank you Andrea for everything!

Enjoyed our stay here ! Family of 4 with 2 being children. We were able to use the kids club. Everyone at hotel is friendly and helpful! Felt safe at ever moment of our stay. Would definitely recommend!

My girlfriend and I stayed here with 2 other couples. Lots of room, awesome views, a beautiful beach and a kick ass balcony to hang out and bbq on at night. Everyone in my group enjoyed their stay. We will be back. Thanks Andrea, you are an amazing host.

The condo was a perfect place to stay for 3 couples. There were 3 beautiful bedrooms with private baths and a great shared living area and kitchen. The large balcony and view are spectacular. The resort amenities are excellent and we would recommend highly.

My family and I have been coming to VLE for the past ten years and this beautiful resort never disappoints! Their staff is always super friendly and the pools and beach are amazing! Andrea’s unit is big, and the couple of issues we had, Andrea was super responsive and took care of them right away.

Had a great time staying at Andrea's villa at la Estancia! We all had our own space, beautifully decorated and anything you could want or need during your stay. Pool was great, so glad it had a swim up bar! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Definitely want to return and stay here again!

The resort is beautiful. The photos and description are very accurate of what you see in person. There was ample space for our family of 6 and we were very comfortable here. We enjoyed how it was more peaceful and not too loud at this property. Andrea was an amazing host with excellent communication. I highly recommend booking with her.

Great place to unwind. Beautiful grocery store is a 5 minute cab ride away and amazing dining 10 minutes away in Bucerias. Andrea is a great host!!

We have been staying at Villa La Estancia for many years and keep coming back due the resort size (not huge), close to the beach, amazing warm pool and gorgeous sunsets. This condo was huge 3 bedroom with 4 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as a washer and dryer. But the best part is the huge balcony…great for eating meals while enjoying the ocean view. And playing games in the evening. And Andrea was extremely responsive and prompt on any inquiries. She made sure we were taken care of. I’d highly recommend renting from Andrea and this condo!

This was our second stay with Andrea. It was again an amazing trip. The resort and employee's remain excellent. The refrigerator had an issue with cooling. I communicated to Andrea and when maintanence could not fix it she had a brand new full size refrigerator delivered the next day! That's what I would define as responsive. We look forward to our next stay.

Andrea is a wonderful host. She helped us coordinate check in with my parents arriving earlier than my wife and I, helped me find a wheelchair rental for my father, had a great attitude and was very attentive. The unit is great - huge 2 bedroom suite connected with a king room, the jetted tubs are lovely, views of the sunset from the balconies were unbelievable, la estancia is a beautiful property right on the beach. Perfect for a peaceful getaway.

We enjoyed our stay! We had a few questions/issues and found Andrea’s communication on all of them to be very quick and superb! It was very comforting to feel like she was available for us.

Very nice, Andrea answers all of your questions. It's ideal for people with disabilities or with little mobility. Very friendly employees, especially Mr. Fidel. The only thing is that at least you stay 7 days, they don't even pick up your trash.

An excellent place to enjoy alone or with a family. An excellent place to relax and put aside the stress.

It is an apartment with all the amenities, very clean, and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and we really liked the decor. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and the pools, and it's very easy to get to them. We loved it. Highly recommended for a return visit.

What a great place! It was exactly as described and worked so well for our families. Andrea was super responsive and the resort staff were incredibly accommodating to our requests. The resort is amazing and had good food options, pool, beach and a great workout facility.

We had a great time at Villa La Estancia! The unit itself is very big and has all you need to enjoy your week. It's very close to the elevator (but you can never hear it) and is central to all the amenities. You can walk to either pool (at Estancia or Palmar, the sister resort) within 1 minute. All the restaurants, gym, spa etc are within a 2 minute walk as well. The view from the unit is incredible and is situated so you can see the sunset every night. The unit was clean when we arrived and everything is very comfortable. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living room are all very large and have everything you need. We opted for the all-inclusive package while there, but the kitchen is nicely equipped should you want to prepare your own meals. Andrea was super responsive to our needs (ex. arranging for a crib to be in the unit on our arrival) and even accommodated a change in booking due to COVID. We will definitely consider the Villa La Estancia, and Andrea's unit again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa La Estancia. The staff is very accommodating, the pool is amazing, and the condo has everything you need. The Japanese restaurant at the Villa del Palmar next door is amazing! Taxi from the airport was $35 by crossing the pedestrian bridge from the airport.

This unit is two separate adjoining units. It was great for our family vacation. The service was incredible, unit was clean, and the accommodation were perfect for our family. Swim up bar, four hot tubs, wading pool, and local market made it extremely convenient. I will definitely come back here again.

Excellent apartment, better than I expected, larger than what you see in the photos. Beautiful view from the balcony. First-class service at the hotel. Very well located for a relaxing vacation. Andrea is an excellent host who was always attentive.

The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Spectacular setting with plenty of room for our family of five plus baby. The staff were great. Andrea was incredibly responsive and very supportive when we had to deal with flight changes due to bad weather back home.
