Excellent accommodation Very spacious house with private parking and three bedrooms, very clean. Very clean rooms, with air conditioning, and with very comfortable beds and pillows; two of them are right next to the pool. The pool is very clean, with cool and warm water for the heat in Tequesquitengo, and it's spacious and safe enough to swim in. It has everything you need for cooking and having a barbecue by the pool. It's not right on the lake, I'm specifying this because some people might be looking for that, but it's very close and has a very nice and very relaxing view of the lake. The property itself is right on the main avenue, but the area and the surroundings are also very quiet; in fact, there's no bothersome noise in the vicinity, and the place feels very safe. The hosts are super attentive, and they were always looking out for us.

Everything was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, and the location is superb. Everything is very close, whether it's Oxxo or Bodega Aurrerá, in case you need anything. Alonso was very friendly and showed us the whole house. He was always available if we needed anything. The only drawback was that the internet wasn't the best, but everything else was excellent. I highly recommend this place :) I would definitely stay here again.

The house is much better than the photos, it has an amazing view of the lake. We arrived at night and the temperature of the pool was great, we were with children and they enjoyed it a lot. The host's service was spectacular, very friendly. We felt at home.

Excellent place for a vacation

We had a nice vacation thanks to the house having everything you need to enjoy it. Spacious and clean spaces, a spectacular view of the lake, a very functional barbecue. The pool is very clean and has a good depth. The spacious and air-conditioned rooms. We went to Vikingos beach and it's a highly recommended place to eat and hang out.

The house is very nice, it has everything in order, the water is very nice, we were able to swim late and it was still at a very good temperature. An excellent house to spend the weekend with the family. Mr. Alonso is very friendly and always attentive. The house is in perfect condition.

The host Very friendly and with the required availability. The house has an elegant and cozy design. Also recommended if you have children. Each room has air conditioning, which made the stay much better, even at night. We'll definitely be back.

Casa Mar is on one side of the small road that goes around the lake. It is a house on three levels going down. On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room, dining room and a terrace where you can have pleasant meals. On the second floor there is a pool and two bedrooms. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and they have what you need. They have air conditioning!!! The only thing is that the rooms open with a sliding door, which is really a large window. The blinds don't completely block the privacy of the rooms. The pool is perfect. There are only two tambourines, but plenty of room to sit. There is also a pretty nice BBQ grill. On the third floor below is another room and a nice garden. The owners are pleasant, attentive and always in communication. 100% recommended.

The experience of visiting Tequesquitengo was very pleasant, since the stay at Casa Mar was far above expectations: comfortable beds, terraces for sunbathing and breakfast, a very well-equipped kitchen and good internet. Mr. Alonso and Dulce were always helpful in suggesting places to eat and activities in the surrounding area. We will definitely return to this accommodation. Very close to Jardines de México and the Vista Hermosa hacienda, where you can visit and have a good time with very good food.

It was a great experience, a house with very large spaces, the pool is lit by different colors at night and gives it extra plus. In the living room's terrace, it has an incredible view of the Tequesquitengo lake, where you can appreciate incredible sunsets. Communication with Dulce was excellent, always available for the comfort of my friends and I, we would definitely return to Casa Mar again.
