My family of 9 (my parents, husband, 5 children and I) stayed at Susana's place and had a wonderful time!! The house was clean. The 4th bedroom has its own entrance and bathroom downstairs, which was perfect for my parents. The beach was clean and gentle enough for the kids to swim and boogie board in. The pool was the perfect size for my younger kids. We loved watching the whales and pelicans every afternoon. Restaurants were within walking distance (10- 20 minutes). Some of the closer restaurants were bars and quite loud for our family, but there were plenty of others to choose from and explore. Communication with the host was easy and the cleaning ladies were very kind and helpful and communicated with us through Google translate. We were sad to leave and would love to return!

Near the house, you can find everything you could possibly need. The area is very comfortable and quiet, and best of all, it's by the sea. A wonderful vacation without too many people around.

Extraordinary experience, everything is as described and the apartment is very spacious and cozy, you go down some stairs and you are on the beach, the sea is very quiet and fully recommended to spend it there, you really enjoy the tranquility because there are no large hotels in the area, so it is worth it if you want tranquility. The kitchen is fully stocked, do not bring anything, in addition you are 10 minutes from the Del Mar de la Cruz de Huanacaxtle market, take advantage and buy seafood for cooking. If you like me to spend a lot of time on the beach and in the sea, I recommend bringing proper chairs or rugs because there is nothing, besides a shade if several people go because an umbrella in the apartment may not be enough for more than 3 people. Susana's attention is always extraordinary and accessible, attentive and with the aim of an excellent stay.

Susana was attentive to us from before we arrived until the end of our vacation. The place is just as described, or a little better than, the description. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house has a spectacular view and we have promised to return if you allow us to stay in such a beautiful space again. The location is amazing! You go out and you are on the beach. It is a very quiet place, perfect for resting. You walk 10 minutes and you get to an area with very nice restaurants and cafés. The apartment is spacious and cozy, the terrace is spacious and very comfortable. We had a great weekend! Super attention from Susana, always attentive; the place is as described in the reviews, super comfortable and everything was very good.

I really liked it, the place is beachfront with direct access, you practically don't need to go out except for food. The house is very comfortable as are the rooms. The pool is shared between 4 apartments, but it is a good size. Mrs. Susana is always attentive answering any questions. There is a chedarui 5 minutes from the place. I recommend the panini restaurant that is practically across the road ($130.00 approx. price per dish)

Outstanding location and service

We Encanto the condominium, being in front of the beach is the best when you travel in the family and with babies we do not have to walk long distances since the beach is going down 4 steps , highly recommended. Very clean, the very spacious rooms and bathrooms are also very clean

My family is out of luxury and children didn't even say, they really enjoyed the pool and the sea another pool, super quiet.

EXCELLENT LOCATION, THE WONDERFUL SEA

This is a dream location, right on the beach--you have a key to open a gate at the end of the back courtyard, and there you are, right by the sea. Spend breakfasts on the back porch of the apartment, watching the waves. The apartment is wonderfully large. We were five adults and two children, and never felt the least bit cramped (except for occasionally in the kitchen, cooking, since it's very narrow). It's also very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with even a washer and dryer. It simply felt like home for a week--divine. The "bachelor flat" downstairs, attached to the larger apartment but with separate entrance, is ideal for an additional guest who values their privacy--it even has its own fridge. Bucerias is a delightful small resort town with an artisan market, old town, and a stunning gourmet restaurant scene. It was a little bit of heaven for a week--thanks to Susanna and to the wonderfully kind and competent Rocio.

It was perfect for our family. Right on the beach and a short 10 minute walk by beach to el Centro. The pool was just the right size and air conditioning in the bedrooms were great. We’d be happy to return again.

Susana is a great host. Very prompt on replies, the additional information given after booking is most helpful as well. Our stay here was fantastic. The location is perfect. We walked to the centro, markets, and resturants (easily even with kids). The supermarket is about 10 mins away via taxi. The condo has all the necessities you will need for your stay. The view was spectacular and can hardly wait to come back again. Definitely would recommend this property! Thank-you Susana

certainly my best experience using Airbnb, the condo is gorgeous, you will see the best sunsets in the world. the beach is a few steps out of the property, there are stores to buy anything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped.

An excellent place to relax with an excellent location to be able to travel to the different beaches, Sayulita, Punta Mita and Puerto Vallarta.
