A very nice and well-equipped place.

The private beach is very accessible, and the house has excellent spaces and facilities in the clubhouse for a great weekend. The only criticism I would have is that the beds are already very stiff, but everything else is a 10 👍👍

Very beautiful accommodation! You have to take into consideration that once you have booked, the house rules indicate that dogs cannot be in all areas of the house, take it into account for the care and protection of the accommodation, but above all for families with dogs that are not used to sleeping in patios.

The house is super nice. I loved it! It's really as shown in the photos, everything is very clean and well kept. I love the design of the space, they have taken care of every detail in the decoration and the house is super well equipped. As an extra comment, just to take into account if you want to book, if you bring a pet, its access to certain spaces is limited (which is not specified in the description). Other than that, everything was very good. Sofia's service was always very good, she is friendly and kind. I would definitely go back to enjoy this beautiful place. I highly recommend it!

Good place To rest

An excellent place for a group trip to SMA. The house is in excellent condition, well furnished and with everything you need. Very quiet area ideal for relaxing and just minutes by car or Uber from downtown. Sofia was very friendly and answered our questions quickly and effectively. We will definitely be back.

The house fulfills everything the listing says. My family and I were very comfortable. The only thing I would add is an air conditioner and the ability to check out a little later. Other than that, we had no problems. Thank you!

Excellent place!!! Very comfortable and clean, 5 minutes from Oye Habitas, easy access. The only thing is that the Airbnb instructions send you to a different address, but Sofía answers your questions and provides support at all times.

The listing doesn't do justice to what the house offers. The facilities are spacious and comfortable, just what we expected. The residential development exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and peace of mind. The internet service was reliable, and the water pressure never failed. We have nothing but gratitude for the host, who, although we did not have the pleasure of meeting her in person, was always available to answer any questions, no matter how minor.

We loved it; the house is much nicer than what you see in the photos (and it's already nice in the photos). Everything was perfect!

Excellent place, the house is well worth it, it's close to downtown (10 min by car), very comfortable for living together, very sufficient spaces, very nice residential complex.

The house is a beautiful property, everything is in perfect order and the subdivision is extremely quiet and safe. I had to sleep in the room that is in the courtyard and that at noon it gets a little hot, but nothing that can't be solved by leaving the door open at night. We had a small incident with my pets because they broke a small mosquito net, but I contacted Sofia and I'm still waiting for her to tell me how much it is to replace it. Definitely highly recommended to stay at this place.

Perfect place to stay and relax. Close to central San Miguel and other small towns worth exploring in the area. Quiet and safe, the complex has nice grounds to walk around, and pool area.
