Beware of this guest review. He was initially quite pleased with the room after receiving a complimentary upgrade until he realized that it didn’t have a blanket, even though, heavy blankets are not advertised anywhere on our amenities list or photos due to temperatures in this area averaging over 80° daily this time of year. He then lied about the toilet being clogged. After refund request was denied, he sent falsified documentation to AIRBNB to receive a refund. We then uploaded proof to AIRNB that the guest lied about the toilet being clogged as evident by the time stamped video after the guest checked out showing that the toilet was completely functional and not clogged at all, which led to us being fully refunded by AIRNB. It is sad that someone would purposefully try to sabotage a business over a blanket. If cheapness was the issue, this guest would have never been offered a free upgrade to our most expensive room.

Hello Byron, thanks for taking the time to review our property. If you look on our amenities list on the website, you will notice that we never listed television as one of the included features. However, we left the television in the room for guests who have firesticks and are able to stream their shows. Also, I am not sure why your overall rating was 3 when your ratings for all of the categories that you made were 4 and higher.
