WOW! WOW! WOW! Both my guest and I were extremely pleased with both the accomdations and the staff. We enjoyed this place so much that we've already recommended it to several people., and are tryjng to decide our next trip with other family and friends. Staying here is definitely an experience. I recommend that you gather a group of your family and/or friends and book a stay here - YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! All the bedrooms are spacious. My favorite ones were the ones on the lower level. Hire the chef, as it will take the guessing out of meals and the hassle of deciding a restaurant.

Amazing location in the old city - close to everything and perfect for a large group. Delicious meals and hospitality from Aidyth. Beautiful rooftop but pool was a little smaller than expected. Would recommend!

This place is really good. Lot's of space. It is at a quiet street but still very close to all thr action that's going on in Cartagena ! The staff that works in the house are very nice. The security guard O is really cool and can get you everything you need. The lady that is in the house during the day cooked very delicious breakfadt/lunch she also did our laundry ! A++ Will come back again

Totally recommended, the place is very nice and comfortable, just like the description and photos. The pool on the terrace was a plus to cool off from the heat. We were a large group of friends and we had no problems, the staff were very friendly and always available. We asked Ana to make us breakfast, totally recommended.

Casa Bovedas was an amazing stay, it’s inna slightly quieter street of the old city but still walkable to everything you want to see (and right next to the wall) . The pool and tub were very nice and all the rooms have great air conditioning. Ana the house keeper cooked us delicious traditional Colombian breakfast and was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

Impeccable house, as shown in the photos, very well located! Very clean rooms and bathrooms, very nice pool and jacuzzi. The owner responds quickly and is flexible with check-in and check-out. Highly recommended house!!

We had an amazing time at the house, it’s a beautiful and comfortable property but the best thing about this place is the staff. They were super friendly and delivered a great service. It almost felt like you were in a hotel but with the perks of having the space for yourself with private common areas for the group. It’s located in the downtown area, so there’s a lot going on everywhere, which is great if you want to walk around, explore, and go to places without needing a car.

Let me start off by saying that this place is amazing! It exceeded our expectations. Luis was an amazing host with a great team. The house was large enough to accommodate the girls and I. Everything was in close proximity including Food choice, restaurants, lounges, and shops. Last but not least housekeeping was so accommodating preparing breakfast and dinner for us. I will definitely book again. Colombia owes me nothing!!

An absolutely unforgettable experience in Cartagena. The house is simply spectacular, with attention to every detail and a unique charm that makes you feel like you're in a true paradise. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The service was impeccable, always attentive and friendly, willing to help at all times. Definitely one of the best homes I've ever stayed in. I'd go back without a second thought!

The house is in a great location but we had many issues. On the first day 3 of the toilets were not flushing, and one sink was clogged. We contacted the property management and they fixed them but it’s not pleasant to have people working on maintenance while you are trying to relax and enjoy time with your group. On the first night me and my husband were sleeping on the first floor, and I started hearing noises around 4am. The night staff was doing maintenance to the pool, making noises while moving things, as well as watering plants, and that woke us up. Our family members that were sleeping on the top floor had a water leak on the wall behind their bed. The main room on the second floor had condensation issues and wet floors. We also wake up very early and we wanted to make coffee, but the coffee machine was broken. I suggest that the management of the house take a couple of full days a month for doing maintenance to avoid customers having to experience repairs during their stay

This is the place to stay! It’s even better than the photos. Perfect location, central to top restaurants, bars but yet inside it’s quiet and peaceful. The home itself is gorgeous. We always felt safe and secure. Aideth was wonderful - took care of our laundry and other basic needs. Edwin at night kept watch over us and walked us to where we needed to go (not that we needed it, it is SO safe). He was so welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The only thing to be aware of is that you will have the “help” in and out of the home at all times, even some extra people who work for the management company. It didn’t bother us at all but just know that you won’t be alone. The other thing to note is that there is hot water in all the showers and it was super hot and excellent. Some reviews mentioned none but they have installed geysers in all showers. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this place. Don’t look further - book it.

Absolutely loved this Airbnb. Beautiful location and perfectly located. Joy, the housekeeper and chef was absolutely phenomenal. We opted out of using the security guard - only because the location in which he would be there at night was directly across from the master bedroom and it didn’t feel comfortable. The location is very safe though and we were fine without him. I believe security is offered if it’s for a party group and we were only there on our honeymoon. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

We stayed June 23-27 2025, and it was a great location and stay! The house maid Joanna was awesome and accommodating. Only complaint- it rained REALLY hard one evening and water was coming in on 2nd and 3rd room floors! Then the shades that come down over the doors on 2nd floor room got loose from the water coming in through walls and fell off the wall. Needless to say, it was a rough night. We were also coming home at 6pm, and security wasn’t at the house to receive us (he left keys at home and had to go back for them) & unfortunately one of the kids had an accident while we were waiting for him to come back and open up house. (FYI- maid is at house from 8:30am-5pm, then security arrives 6pm-6am). Overall it was fine but I do wish they have someone at residence always so there isn’t an hour gap, cuz they DO NOT give you keys.

Aun así, revisaremos este procedimiento para que no vuelva a presentarse ningún tipo de espera. Gracias nuevamente por tus observaciones y por tu comprensión. Será un gusto recibirte nuevamente.

Great stay overall, with a couple of things to note. We had a good stay at this property- The house is spacious, well-located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The staff was friendly, and communication was easy throughout our time there. That said, there are a couple of things future guests may want to be aware of. The water pressure in the third-floor shower was very low and, despite asking several times, it unfortunately wasn't fixed during our stay. Also, we were surprised to hear from a staff member that the home has indoor cameras. This came up because they were aware that family members waited briefly inside one morning (about 20 minutes) before we all headed out for a boat tour. It would be helpful for this to be clearly communicated in the listing, if true, for transparency. Aside from those points, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality.

My family and I felt very comfortable and safe at all times! The staff of the house made our stay so perfect that we felt right at home! The cooking skills of the woman Aideth were spectacular, so I ate the best coconut rice in my life there! Edwin the house butler ensured our safety and well-being! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

My family and I had an amazing vacation here. The place was pristine, spacious, bright and exactly like the photos! There was plenty of room for the 7 of us to live comfortably, right in the heart of the walled city. Perhaps the best part of the stay was the fabulous staff who took great care of us every day and night. They cooked us delicious breakfast every morning, did the laundry, cleaned the place, and even kept us safe at night. A special shoutout to the hosts for being super proactive and responsive. Every time we had questions or any problems they were quick to come to our rescue. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

We were a family of 16, and everyone had a great time!! Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed their stay in the house. The house was very impressive, with lots of tropical plants along a wall inside, beautiful. All the bedrooms were chilled with very good AirConditioning. The Wifi worked great. The house is in a great location. Easy walking to everything in the Centro area. Quiet at night. Exito grocery store is right now the street, one block away. The lady who cooked for us, Aide was spectacular!! Great meals every time. We felt very safe. Edwin, the gentleman who watched the house at night, was invaluable. He was great!! He helped guide us around town, and went out with us at night, just to make sure we were ok. One night we bought a bunch of meat, and he grilled it for us by the pool. That's 16 people!! Thank you Edwin for everything!! Will stay here again, for our next trip to Cartagena!!

It is a beautiful colonial house, with lots of space and large rooms, it is very well located in the historic center of the city, we were allowed access to the house a little early to store our luggage, my family and I really enjoyed our stay, we loved the service provided by Mrs. Aide, very honest and helped us during our stay, the house is beautiful and very well equipped has a beautiful terrace with great space although the pool looks a little bigger in the photos, the children enjoyed it a lot I would like to highlight that the house did not have hot water I think there was a lack of communication, apart of that we had security at night Edwin very helpful. Thank you very much for everything my family and I really enjoyed our stay and we recommend this beautiful place.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Bovedas. After many years visiting Cartagena and staying at several other properties, the location of this house was our favorite. At the corner is Plaza San Diego, and two blocks away is an amazing shopping mall La Serrezuela. The house itself was amazing! We enjoyed both the pool and the rooftop jacuzzi. All rooms had plenty of space and all had their own full bathrooms. What made this place above all others was the staff. Johana and Laura were very kind and knowledgeable of the area. They were very attentive of our needs and always greeted us with a smile and were always willing to help. Johana cooked traditional breakfast for us every morning and she also cooked two very well known Colombian dinner dishes for us, everything was delicious. This made this home feel very special and surpassed all of our expectations. As staff rotates from day to night, the gentleman that provides security to the place named Osnaider was also very kind and helpful.

Casa Bóvedas is a tranquil haven in the beautiful Old Town, open the doors and you step into a magical space. We were extremely well looked after by Johanna and Osnaida and loved our stay in this wonderful house. It is perfectly located to enjoy Cartagena and I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

We really enjoyed our time at this airbnb! Staff was very responsive and helpful. Interior is as pictured! We also really enjoyed the pool area, though it was a little smaller than pictured. The one thing that could’ve been communicated better is lack of hot water - the water was lukewarm, which would’ve been good to know beforehand.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious BnB! The home was stunning, offering plenty of space and comfort. Osnaidr was incredibly helpful,he went above and beyond to assist us, from showing us around to helping with anything we needed. We also appreciated the housekeeping team for keeping the place clean and tidy. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this stay to others!

Excellent house in a great location in the heart of the walled city of Cartagena. The property has a nice rooftop with a pool, and plenty of space to host a large group. The maids of the property are very kind and made an excellent breakfast for us every morning. Communication with the host is easy. I would stay here again

We loved the house in Cartagena. First of all, it is situated just in the center of the old town so you can walk everywhere. Second, it was extremely clean, the linens and sheets and mattresses were new. They were very helpful, we asked for a new set of sheets or for the air mattress and they brought it immediately. The best things was also that the Villa goes with the service which we didn’t expect. We really enjoyed the time in Cartagena.

Firstly, a big massive thank you to Luis, Jennifer and Laura for making our stay enjoyable and an all round great experience. I highly recommend, Laura was always responsive when we needed her and would even reach out to check on us and how our stay was each evening. Jennifer and Luis were brilliant and despite our lack of Spanish she was always there to help us with food and any washing etc needed during our stay. The house is beautiful and was the perfect spot for 5 of us to spend our New Year’s and time in Cartagena. Most importantly the staff was amazing and went above and beyond including Luis coming in the early ours of New Year’s Eve to let my friends into the house after I had fallen asleep ill with the keys in the house. No request was too big or too small for the team. I will definitely be coming again when I next come back to Cartagena.

Charming oasis in the old city of Cartagena. Surrounded by boutiques, restaurants and fun activities. The place was perfect for our group of 9 adults and 2 kids. The team that helped around the house was spectacular! Kind, efficient and willing to cater to our various cravings and wishes! Totally recommend it ! Thank you Luis and team for the great memories. Beautiful house in an amazing location right in the center of the walled city. The rooftop is great, and the kids loved the pool (it is on the smaller side). One thing to note: there is no hot water. While it wasn’t a real issue for us since the weather is warm and the water wasn’t too cold, it could have been communicated more clearly. This detail is mentioned in the listing, but it’s tucked away in the amenities section, making it easy to miss. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the property!

We stayed at Luis’ place with a group of 6 people. We were very impressed with the home—lots of beautiful light in the common areas, dark and quiet in the bedrooms (strongly air-conditioned), and nice big beds—just like the pictures. We feel lucky we got this place. We had some guests over, but put them on our list of occupants upon our booking, so they were cleared for entry. Random guests are not allowed. We had Aideth cook us 3 typical Colómbian meals and they were 3 of the best meals we had in Cartagena. She was able to easily accommodate one guest who has Celiac. Having Andres as “security” through the night was also totally fine—though noting that we never felt unsafe—the streets are very lively and people are out and about. We just don’t get a key so they need someone to open and close the door.

The house is located in an amazing neighborhood. The listing accurately describes and shows the inside of the house, perfect for large groups, all bedrooms have their own bathroom. my family and I were pleasantly impressed with how roomy it was inside compared to the exterior. The house is located walking distance to beautiful shops and great upscale restaurants. The people assisting us in the house were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We had the opportunity to savor a typical breakfast with home made “arepa de huevo and chicharrón with yuca” Overall we were very pleased with this listing.

We didn’t want to leave. From the moment we booked, Luis and his cohost Erika were very communicative and prompt in responding to any questions. While the house is absolutely beautiful, but our stay was made especially special by the care and attentiveness Aideth and Edwin provided. The house is centrally located and a short walking distance to the best restaurants, bar, and nightclubs. I cannot wait to come back!

great house for a group. each room is large and comfortable with it's own bath. we loved the house team. aideth and Edwin were exceptionally helpful with recommendations and arranging special trips. the rooftop was nice to hang out. the pool is small but was fine for taking a dip and talking.

This has been my favorite property since booking with Airbnb so far. The property itself is beautiful and just as described but what stands out and makes this specific place amazing is the staff. Joe and Ayde were extremely attentive and helpful. They made sure all the small details were taken care of in order to make our experience as smooth as possible. The food was amazing and Joe always made sure to make us feel safe and comfortable. Joe was there 24 hours and was our personal security. He even offered to accompany us anywhere we had to go if we didn’t feel safe. Aydes cooking and house keeping stood out and they were both always available for anything we wanted. They listened and took care of anything we requested. 11/10 experience and I will highly recommend them to anyone. If I ever come back to Cartagena this is the place I’d like to stay and the staff I’d request. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience!

The house was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond. I brought two non Colombian families and they were blown with Aide’s cooking. Edwin could not be more helpful. Surroundings and location were spot on. I will highly recommend and the price is worth it!!! Communication came a bit short but overall great!

The house was amazing. There were 9 of us so it was very spacious. There was enough room for everyone to be in different areas and not be in each others space if need be. The pictures don’t do it justice. Edwin was great at showing us where to eat and party. He was like our own guide and security walking around at night. He knows everyone. Yovahna’s food was delicious. I’ll definitely be back.

Great location in the heart of everything and gorgeous plant wall! Johendri and Mrs. Johana were great and we were obsessed with the breakfast she prepared! The house was always clean. Overall it was great, but a few things were not in line with the hosts description. 1. Host says someone meets you at the house for check in to give you a tour. We had a language barrier so check in was confusing. We wish the host would ask about that to prepare guests 2. Host description says the staff are security, cook/cleaner and butler (for additional cost). We asked for the butler for additional costs and host said it was included. Upon arrival we asked the host who the butler is and they said the security person. Misrepresented. 3. You need cash on your first day to pay for the staff team to get groceries. We couldn’t find an open atm. Would be great if the host gave a map to an atm with hours ahead of time for translation.

The villa was in a great location and the pictures are accurate. Edwin was always available for shopping and security which made our stay super easy for the group. The rooftop was great and the kitchen and all interior areas were air conditioned. The chefs were fantastic and the guacamole was the best that I've ever had. My only complaint was that the shower water temperature was only lukewarm in all bathrooms. I highly recommend this villa.

This place was perfect for our friend trip. Plenty of space for our group of 11. Edwin and Aideth were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Cannot recommend it enough!
