The place is amazing for relaxing with a lot of privacy and easy access. The pool is great for cooling off, and there is a store and pharmacy very close by. The hosts were always attentive.

Pleasant, private accommodation with good space. It is only recommended to bring repellent, since the area, or Tulum, which is a jungle area, has mosquitoes 😁

One of the greater issues was not having a car because it is located 15 minutes from Tulum beach area and they wanted 42 USD each way. We could cycle and walk to many things, but it would be better to have a car.. There was an abundance of taxi’s but they were expensive.

We had a wonderful stay and received outstanding service from the hosts! In addition to the many highly relevant recommendations for activities and restaurants, they were very responsive and welcoming. The location is great for enjoying both the beaches and the Centro. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and there are several restaurants. The condo is really beautiful and comfortable inside. However, we highly recommend adding chairs and/or cushions and tables for outdoor dining in order to enjoy the terrace and pool. Unfortunately, we had to bother the hosts to ensure that the pool was of a suitable quality. It is beautiful and pleasant, but there is no filter, so the water becomes cloudy in no time. However, their quick response and the excellent service provided by our hosts allowed everything to be resolved quickly. Thank you for everything!

The host was amazing. Super helpful from start to finish. When we arrived the place was extremely clean. The A/C was on as well as the fans. It was welcoming. We felt right at home. The host sent us recommendations on things to do, restaurants and cafes in the area. Check in was easy as well as check out. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Such a beautiful condo! I love aldea zama because it’s quiet and removed from a lot of the noise but SO close to central Tulum as well as the hotel zone. The host had such perfect local recommendations that I tried out and were great :) I stayed alone but it definitely would be great for a small group of girls or couples. The kitchen is amazing for hosting. Super stylish interior and I felt so comfortable and slept so well! Loved it!

In a very nice and practical accommodation, with large windows that make you feel like you are in the garden. The only thing I missed was having a washing machine for longer stays.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the host—very responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions. They gave amazing recommendations for restaurants, services, and things to do in the area, which really elevated our trip. Everything was great! The only small note is that the pool doesn’t get a lot of sun and didn’t look quite as vibrant as in the photos—but that didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed relaxing in it during the afternoons. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

The best choice of house with a pool was definitely the one hosted by Froylqna. She was incredibly helpful — she told us what to see, where to eat, the best spots for diving, swimming, and even where to go to swim with turtles. We’re truly grateful to her. The house is stunning — spacious, bright, just like in the photos. An exceptional place, a true paradise in the heart of the jungle. We spent beautiful days here and will definitely return. I’m a luxury traveler on a budget, if that’s you then don’t think twice on this place! My family of 4 had a great stay at this condo! It offered excellent value for money, and the location was perfect — mid-point to the beach and town, everything I needed. I also felt very safe during my stay, which was important to me. Despite being in a condo setting, it still felt very private and peaceful. The host was fantastic and shared some truly helpful recommendations that made exploring the area even better. The only downside was that there was no laundry available, which the host provided me some options. Overall, truly impressed by this home, made our trip 2x better!

My family and I had a great time at Irene’s place the house was clean this is a number one for me ! kitchen was well equipped, the pool was super refreshing , peaceful garden and we really enjoyed the palapa area. We rented a car and drove to nearby restaurants, and nearby attractions etc but there are taxis at the entrance of the private community which by the way has a guard I believe 24/7 We felt safe at all times and were happy to see some beautiful blue birds right from the bedroom which has a full glass wall facing the garden.

I love Tulum, and this place truly added to its splendor! It is centrally located to many places since there is so much to see, do and experience. There is a guard at the gate and we felt truly safe throughout our stay. The outdoor area to the unit was so beautiful and it is nicely decorated! I would highly recommend this place! Our family enjoyed it so much!

Our stay at Irene’s place was great. The host was super responsive and gave great recommendations about tulum. The place itself is beautiful. It’s big and spacious and was perfect for our stay. We felt safe as there was security monitoring the entrance. We had a car so the location worked fine for us.

Irene‘s place was amazing. I was celebrating my birthday. It was exactly as pictured and even nicer in person. The host was very responsive and gave a lot of recommendations for restaurants and places to go. The pool was everything, I almost didn’t want to leave for my whole vacation. Only downside was the water pressure was really low and we did have a hard time, cleaning properly and getting the soap off. Overall, this place was amazing and I would definitely recommend to others. I would definitely book this location again.

Wonderful stay and exceeded my expectations. The layout and the energy in this place was worth every dime. Mauricio was a wonderful and a kind host, responded to every minor detail. So sad the week went by so fast!! The Condo was just as described. As soon as you walk through the front door you’re transported to your own private oasis. Inside, the condo was beautifully decorated with ample space to lounge around. We enjoyed our evenings winding down from our daily activities in front of the flat screen or opening all the windows and taking in the sounds of the frequent night rain showers. The powerful AC kept the place nice and cool, a nice escape from the humidity lol. This place is centrally located close to stores for grocery shopping and near Green Trip for all your touring needs. The host updates you daily with local recommendations for food, beaches, and must see Cenotes and more! We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Irene's! We have now stayed in this unit multiple times and we love it. The pool is amazing and the surroundings are beautiful. The location is safe and clean. We always rent a vehicle which makes errands and beach trips easier without the surcharge that the taxis have. Highly recommended! Thank you!

It was amazing! The airbnb was very clean and comfortable. There was only 2 of us for the entire stay and it worked out perfectly because we were able to have our own bathrooms. Omggg soooo beautiful. Our stay was amazing here! I didn’t want to leave. We stayed for 6 nights, the house was always so fresh when we walked in. The best part, was the pool. Having the pool right when you walked out was so nice and relaxing. We used it every night. The host was amazing, gave recommendations for everything to do around Tulum. The microwave went out and the host fixed it asap, very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone and when I come back to tulum, I would 100% stay here again. The place is private with other airbnbs by it, and has security 24/7. There’s also a grocery store 5 mins from the Airbnb and very close to downtown.

A first trip to Tulum and it was a great visit. The host was immediately attentive at all times with recommendations and answers which was important as we did not know the area. He has a reliable driver for nights out. The villa was perfectly appointed and has a clean, jungle type feel to it. Although you can see out from the inside, it's entirely private due to the layout of the unit and the jungle landscaping outside The development felt totally safe. You could walk out in the morning for coffee or breakfast if you didn't want to cook, and there's a Fresh Market to buy supplies as well. There were plenty of towels and kitchenware. The only caveat is that, while the pool looks just like in the photos and is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, the temperature is too cool for use in the mid-winter over Christmas. Otherwise, I would absolutely recommend this beautiful unit for any Tulum vacation.

From the time I booked this stay until the time I left the host was absolutely HELPFUL and accommodating. This is by far one of the BEST Airbnbs I’ve stayed at and would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here! I booked it for a Bachelorette for 5 girls and it was perfect and very AESTHETIC. I will definitely be coming back. The pictures don’t do this place enough justice it’s just beautiful and clean. Getting transportation is super easy and The Tulum strip is literally 10-15 min away. The host gave me a list suggestions each day and was very RESPONSIVE. The only thing I would suggest is more towels and napkins. Other than that it definitely met my expectations! WONDERFUL !

Lovely modern Tulum feel to the property; beautifully peaceful place to hangout when not at the beach. Quiet and private and great to have the doors open all the way out on to the pool area. Just note you’ll need to use the launderette if you need to wash any clothes.

I would like to say it looks even better in person. I’m super happy I booked this air bnb because it could not have been more perfect. The location felt so safe, the host was amazing. They would text me everybody with many recommendations of the best restaurants, beaches, activities & more. LOVED IT!!!

Awesome place to stay! Super private and relaxing. Host was very responsive and had great recommendations. I didn’t have service so it was tricky finding the spot when we arrived so make sure you find it on maps beforehand and that it matches the location shown on the map in the Airbnb listing. Loved this spot and would absolutely stay here again! Super clean and plenty of kitchenware/spices to stay in and cook!

This place is fantastic and has amazing energy. A short bike ride from downtown or the beach - it was super easy to get around. And the concierge at the front was so helpful. Finally, our host was so wonderful - very responsive, accommodating and proactive about checking in. One of my fave stays ever on Airbnb!

This was a beautiful private villa in a great location. We got some great local recommendations from the host and they helped us answer all our concerns while we were there. It was super secure and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the pool and villa.

Mareh's place was excellent very clean and loads of space, centrally located to town and to beach...some small stores close by to buy food and drinks. The pool is beautiful and much needed for the Tulum heat. Her contact Mauricio was very response and had lots of great ideas for places to eat and visit. I would recommend either a scooter or a car as the beach and most excursions are a cab ride away...Mauricio was happy to help with that as well. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!
