Me and my family stayed at Ana’s place for a week and it was amazing! TGE place was clean and it was easy to find stuff in the. Ana was very responsive and helped us with anything that we needed or needed help with. I really recommend staying here if you’re traveling with a large family because the house is very big and spacious and the location is great for walking. It’s only 10 minutes from the hotel zone and 15 or 20 minutes depending on traffic to the beaches! I definitely would recommend staying here! Ana is the best host we’ve ever stayed with
We were a group of 7 and we really enjoyed our stay! the house is really beautiful and spacious, even better than the pictures. The house is a bit older so we ran into some issues with outlets not working and loose shower handles but Ana was incredibly responsive and had Gustavo come and fix them right away. they were both fantastic! Nice location, there is a supermarket near by, some restaurants, and about a 30 minute walk to the beach. Overall, we really had a great time and highly recommend this place! thank you Ana and Gustavo!
Ana is fantastic! Super responsive to whatever we needed and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better host. If you’re looking to get away from the resort vibe and feel a bit more at home while still taking in all the beautiful beaches and sun, then this is the spottttt :)
Great location with easy access to everything. The beds and sleeping space were as described. The kitchen space had one or two minor issues, which were resolved after talking to the host. The place had hot water boiler but we never really got hot water (not a big deal for most of use except some of the little ones).
The house is nice, spacious, comfortable and well located, the place seemed safe to us, the beaches they recommended were 16 or 20 minutes away by car, which was not bad because we rented a car, the house has a garage with electric gate. The only thing we needed were more cooking utensils (cork uncover) Also soap to wash dishes and scrub but in general the house is very good, if I recommend it and if I would come back

It was a great location, right in the main or Cancún with still a peaceful location. It was a family trip, my kids loved everything and even the pool especially. When it was down time, they were quite relaxed and ready for bed, however I think a tv in living room would be great too. But nevertheless very spacious with a lovely stay and great hosts. We will be back for sure! 😊
Ana’s place was just what my 5 coworkers and I needed for our Workcation in Mexico. The bedroom layout is as followed: 1st floor: an office with a futon style couch 2nd floor: a bedroom with 2 double beds and no bathroom, 2 queen size bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king bed and the other with 2 double beds) with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom in between them. The kitchen had enough dishes to suit all of us at the same time. The private pool was an amazing bonus. We easily and comfortable fit at the dining table and living room area. The front gate added an additional layer of security. Ana was always kind, responsive and helpful!
We stayed at the house for 9 days and we were a group of 10. It was a very big house and we felt perfect. The pros of the house: - Close to restaurants at walking distance - Nice pool - Close to bus station - Very comfortable beds!!!!!! - Outside terrace was amazing - Lots of rooms and beds for big groups The cons of the house: - Stove barely works - we gave up on cooking at the house - Outdoor BBQ is not usable (extremely rusted) - Showers in all the rooms except the main room was barely leaking water - Chairs and furniture on the terrace are old and broken (would need to be replaced) - Kitchen needs a lot more tools. We had to go buy a wine bottle opener. It is very basic equipped. Like any house, there are pros and cons, but in all honesty, the pros are much more than the cons. That's why I rate the house 5 stars. I rented many Airbnb homes in Cancun and this one is by far the best.
This was my first time in Cancun. Staying at Ana’s place was perfect for the occasion. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with 5-7 minute access to groceries, restaurants, and malls. The house was absolutely gorgeous. There were ample towels and other thoughtful details. We asked a question about the internet. Instead of a phone call she sent her assistant by to show us exactly what to do. Thanks Gustavo. Ana was very kind and accommodating during our visit. I’ll be back soon and hopefully Ana’s villa will be available.
This AirBnB was a lovely stay for the 7 of us. It was in a convenient enough spot in Cancun where we could get where we needed to go with walking, but a car was definitely a plus to have. The place did have a garage big enough to fit a van though, as well as plenty of extra parking on the street. Most of the rooms had AC, with the exception of the room that had the two single beds. The two single beds were also only accessible through the master bedroom, which might work if you have small children, but isn't ideal for friends. The place was very clean and had the tools to be able to make dinner and breakfast with ease. The pool was nice to use as well, it got a little cold during the nights, but it was great to use during the day. Overall, I would stay there again if we were back in the area.
Ana is an excellent host and was always available to help when we needed it. The house is spacious and was perfect for our stay. The location was great, would def recommend for anyone looking for a place!
The Air B&B is conveniently located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is not far from a Main Street with supermarkets, gas station, pharmacy etc. The house itself was very spacious for my group of 12. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans to prepare a meal. The pool was refreshing on a very hot day to say the least. We ran into some issues with the water that was beyond the host control but she was very responsive to our concerns and tried her best to help whenever possible. I would definitely recommend this Air B&B.

1000% recommended house, super super spacious, the rooms are deluxe, pool area 100%, fully equipped kitchen all in pristine condition. The house is in a super quiet and safe area and close to anything you need. We'll definitely be back soon.
The house is very nice and large, just like the photos and the location is excellent as it is very close to Puerto Cancun and the hotel area.
The accommodation is in an excellent location, close to the entrance to the hotel zone, close to restaurants of different types of food, plazas, near pharmacies and convenience stores. It is super clean and has very good facilities, comfortable beds, equipped bathrooms and warm water was never missing. The pool is delicious and super clean. All bedrooms are refrigerated and accurately meet the description. In addition, the host was always very kind and attentive to any details we might have. I highly recommend this place to have a vacation with families. :)
