Great place, quiet, very relaxing with great view. Security staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a grocery store, Walmart, and a few restaurants nearby. Downtown is about a 25 min walk. Uber works great in San Jose, with polite drivers usually arriving in 2 minutes.

We stayed for three weeks and felt right at home. The staff were friendly, the area was good, the pool was great, and the home wonderful to live in. As we stayed there during the height of summer, we would go for walks in the morning and enjoy the pool in the afternoon before going out in the evening. San Jose del Cabo is great, and this home is the perfect place to reach it all conveniently from. We will stay here again if available when we return.
