Our stay at this property in Antigua was simply outstanding. The location is unbeatable, we were able to walk to virtually every key spot in town, which made our trip incredibly easy and enjoyable. We were a group of 12, and the house accommodated us perfectly. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-designed for large parties. The kitchen setup and the plentiful chinaware exceeded our expectations preparing breakfast for a big group was effortless, and we were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped everything was. But what truly made the experience special were the hosts. They were exceptionally responsive, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we booked until the day we checked out. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made us feel completely at home. We definitely got much more than we bargained for. I would highly recommend this property to any large group visiting Antigua, you will be positively surprised by what you find. Absolutely fantastic stay!

The house is large and comfortable… with an authentic colonial style, the terrace has a nice view of the volcano. Great location.

We book this place just for one night and we decide to stay another night because the place was worth it and beautiful .. luckily was available . 100% recommended and looking forward to come back.

The house is situated in a great location, within walking distance to the market and downtown. The neighborhood is peaceful at night, offering a restful retreat after a day of exploring. It’s an ideal space for large families or groups of friends looking to stay together comfortably.

I’ve been traveling to Antigua for years. I have never stayed in the City center because I have been wanting a peaceful and quiet stay. This is exactly what I got !!! Such an amazing place. Definitely recommend it. Thank you for everything !

Amazing place in Antigua! Fernanda’s place is perfectly located. Our family of 10 loved the place. Every room has its own bathroom and there are plenty of outdoor seating areas, we were very comfortable. We had a great bbq on a sunny afternoon. We hired the services of Ana and were delighted by her personality and work. She made fresh corn tortillas for us! We hope to come back and definitely recommend this place!

Excellent location in Antigua within blocks of the central plaza. The house and yard were beautiful. It easily housed all 17 of us that stayed there. The views of the volcanos is excellent from the house. Minor item is that the beds are double beds (matrimonial), so small by USA standards. We never personally met Fernanda. Ana was at the house to greet us. She was awesome and very helpful. She was our primary contact in Antigua. Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay!

Can’t express enough how beautiful and family friendly this home was for my family. We enjoyed the home to the fullest. The host was always responsive before, during, and after our stay. The place was beautiful and very convenient, we were a large family group with kids, the place is very spacious, with different views and beautiful gardens. Located near restaurants and walkable main streets and attractions. The hosts are welcoming, kind, friendly, very responsive, and helpful. We spend fabulous weekend with family and friends.

Fernanda is extremely responsive. The location is perfect - close to parque Central, restaurants, coffee, and the supermercado. I've stayed here many times and can recommend.

Very nice and well kept property. Lots of space for large families. Ideal location close to center of Antigua. I recommend it.

Only two things that I think could be improved. 1. At check-out, the person in charge of receiving the house entered at 10 am without ringing the doorbell I consider when there are guests should touch out of respect, since many people were sleeping and can take the scare of seeing a stranger. 2. Maybe if more than one toilet paper can be left in the bathroom as we don't locate more Removing the above I consider a very nice house and of course I would recommend it.

Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful house, great hosts, Timo the housekeeper was awesome, helpful and friendly. Good house for a large group. The location is a bit far from central Antigua but Ubers are available. If you don’t mind walking you can get around as well

Fernandas place was huge and amazing. I didn’t realize how big it is when booking so we had plenty of space for our party of 8! Ana was so kind and helpful, the place was clean, and great location. Overall, wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house in Antigua, Guatemala. The place comfortably accommodated our group of 14, offering plenty of space and a unique, beautiful atmosphere that added character to our trip. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, making it easy to explore the city. When our flight got canceled, the hosts were incredibly flexible and kind, allowing us to store our luggage until a later time. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would highly recommend this place for large groups looking for a memorable stay in Antigua.

Such a beautiful space. Location is great. Walking distance to just about everything in Antigua. Ana who manages the property is a real gem. For an additional fee she will make beds and clean up each day as well as make a wonderful breakfast. Her personality makes you at ease and comfortable.

We LOVED our stay. This house was wonderful for our group of 4 families to stay while on missions trip in Guatemala. Location was convenient, home was well maintained and clean, Gardens were beautiful. Ana was SO pleasant and helpful and hard-working. We contracted with Irma to make our group breakfast each morning and she was WONDERFUL. We really enjoyed the interaction with Ana and Irma. The only caution I would have is that a number of us got sick while we were there and we questioned the filtration system on the water, but Fernanda was very accommodating and helpful. It could have been the filtered water at the home or somewhere else in Antigua. We can't say for sure it was the water at the AirBnB, but we did purchase bottled water for the remainder of the trip after the sickness. We wouldn't hesitate from renting here again!

Our experience was excellent, the house is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Fernanda is very proactive and attentive to needs, as is Don Tino, who welcomed us very kindly. It is a quiet and private neighborhood with a very tastefully decorated house, and everything is taken care of and organized in every detail. The rooms were very clean and in perfect order. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, this place has it and more.

Location is great and close to Antigua restaurants and shops. The house was immaculate, beautiful and very welcoming. We were a group of ten and we all felt like home with plenty of space and comfort. The check in process was easy and responses were timely. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing stay in Antigua! This lovely house was perfect for our group of 7 friends. It was the ideal combination of private and shared spaces. We each had our own bedroom with attached bathroom. The rooftop terrace with incredible volcano views was a nice gathering place. A very special thank you to Ana and Irma for taking such good care of us during our stay. We especially enjoyed the delicious meals they prepared. Overall a wonderful experience!

The house is just like the pictures, very nice and super good location. The attention received from check-in was very good and also the flexibility due to I had to make traffic. The person who checked us in even returned because they had not left enough towels, which shows their excellent attention. Fernanda was always attentive to my stay and there was very good communication. I would definitely return.

Very satisfied since we communicated, the person was very kind and sincere, the clean house and the manager who received us was very kind and the whole family was very happy and grateful, very well recommended for those who want to stay in it.

We had a great stay At Fernanda's place. Drinking coffee on the roof deck and watching the volcano erupt in the mornings was delightful. I also enjoyed the bird songs in the morning they were so nice to listen to. Her place is located near the center plaza so we were able to walk everywhere. We were able to work out a deal with Anna, to have breakfast made for us each morning. Hand made tortillas rice, beans eggs, and fresh fruit! this was a working trip so this was so nice to be able to eat there and enjoy the space before heading out. I highly recommend this home.
