The house was more spacious than anticipated, very well equipped and the cleaning service very helpful. The swimming pool was clean, warm and very large. Lots of great amenities. We would definitely consider returning as we had a great stay!!

Everything was 10/10: the location is super close to the beach, and there was always someone there to answer our questions in person. The Airbnb, wowww, amazing, fantastic, we really loved it. The only criticism I would have is the bathrooms. The showers are old, and the water sprays everywhere. The drains get clogged (in fact, our bathroom flooded once while we were showering), and the water is hot when it wants to be hot and cold when it wants to be cold. I wish they could fix that in the house, because that's the only negative thing I would point out. But I'm giving it a 5-star rating because, honestly, despite that minor inconvenience, it's the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at. We had a great time.

The ultimate Bucerias experience. This house is much larger than we expected, and it was well stocked for the 4 people we had that stayed here. Beds were comfortable, pool was clean, and we really enjoyed our stay here. A bit of a hill to walk up from downtown, but how else are you going to burn off all those calories? Host was easy and quick to communicate with. Would stay again!

We had a lovely stay. Jennifer was responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend the taco stand around the corner. We easily walked to and from restaurants and markets from the house. A bit of a hilly walk, but manageable. Nice to cool off in the pool, comfortable beds, and the view is gorgeous.

The stay was quite good, the host was attentive and the cleaning girl was always very kind. Everything was very well equipped: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living room. It has a garage so you can store your vehicle with enough room for a large van. The pool is clean and has warm water. I would definitely book there again. 10/10 stay.

It's a beautiful house, it has everything you could want, plus a private pool. The house is perfect. And the communication with the host Jennifer was very good. Definitely recommended. 🚨Things you should know🚨 The water in the entire house, even the water in the shower was salty. But this is something that has to do with the city (Bucerias) not with the house or the host.

Everything is very nice and I like it

A beautiful house. Very large, for several people comfortably settled in. The pool is very good. Close to the beach, 700 meters. You can walk but the streets are very steep, the house is in a very noisy neighborhood, but Jennifer leaves you some earplugs to sleep, the kitchen has everything for cooking, but we hired a local chef with Jennifer who left us impressed, the food was delicious. It has board games and air conditioning/fans throughout the house. Excellent place and highly recommended. Like everything, it has its details, which do not detract from its value.

We had an amazing time. The house is very spacious inside and outside. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the supplies you need for cooking. It’s very close from Bucerias downtown and the beach is 10 minutes walking. The area felt safe and was easy to communicate with the housekeeper lady whenever we need anything. They provided water, and enough towels for the pool and the beach. We really enjoy the pool, and the terrace had an amazing view. Communication with the host was great and was flexible to do an earlier check-in. Definitely recommend.

A very comfortable place

Our stay was incredible, we really enjoyed the time in the pool, the house has all the amenities suitable for a pleasant stay, Jennifer and her team were very friendly and maintained communication at all times. For my family and for me it was ideal because our travel plan was to get to know the surrounding villages and have a place to return, rest and have a good time as a family! If your trip is by car it is ideal why if Bucerias is small and in one day you can see what it has to offer. If one day we go back to the Rivera de Nayarit . It will be our first choice!

The house is super nice. It looks great in the photos, but when you arrive you realize it's much better. The attention from Jenni and the girl who helped us at home was always very attentive. We were a party of 6 and stayed 3 nights. The home is as listed. Very clean! well equipped with everything you need. Lots of room for everyone to have sperate spaces. Beds are comfy. Pool and outside area was awesome. We felt safe in the area. I would recommend a stay here, we loved it.

Place was great! Bucerías is a beautiful little town we loved it more than Sayulita! Book this airbnb and you’ll feel right at home. House has incredible view of the beach. Pool was very private and had its own restroom.

We believe that communication can be improved if you had a phone number to talk to when you arrive and for emergencies that usually happen, in addition to the smell when we arrive is not very pleasant. And the fact that we have to wash the dishes doesn't seem right to us either. As for the price, it seemed a little high to us. From everything else it is a beautiful and pleasant house. We will definitely return

Jennifer's house is an incredible space, in person it looks much better than in the photos, it has everything you need for a great stay, it is very well equipped, the pool has an excellent temperature and Bris the girl who takes care of the house and helps in cleaning is extremely attentive and beautiful. In terms of the area where it is located you have a few blocks from grocery stores, an Oxxo, places to dine and buy fresh seafood. I recommend going to the beach by car since if there are some complicated climbs and more if you are going with seniors, you must cross the road to get to the beach. We live an inconvenience but it had nothing to do with the Airbnb or Jennifer, the beach area that is around the Plaza de bucerias is very unsafe, I do not recommend that they settle there, better go to the hotel area just behind the Chedraui or the chamomile, there are many playitas no more than 10 min. where they will be quieter and without inconvenience.

The house is so beautiful and clean! I loved how the rooms are set up there is two downstairs and one big one upstairs with three beds and a private bathroom. Our favorite part was the outside with the pool and chairs where we enjoyed most of our time.

What a great house! Jennifer was so awesome to work with. She very generously allowed an early check in and late check out to accommodate our travel arrangements. She was extremely responsive and helpful and the house is beautiful. It is very large and well equipped, the pool is great and the view from the roof is fantastic. The neighbourhood is within walking distance down the hill to restaurants and the beach and we found the whole stay really enjoyable. Nice touch to provide ear plugs because it there are roosters in the area who like to make sure you don't miss the sunny Mexico mornings. We would stay again!

Wow, wow, wow! What a fantastic stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better location and set up. I have rented over 100 airbnbs and this was on of the best! The local contact lives next door and they were very friendly. Jennifer set us up with rides to the airport, have us insight into the lovely area, and was a fantastic host. The house is 100X more beautiful and expansive than the photos. This rental is chock full of amenities and beauty. The rooftop view is blissful! Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Thank you!

Met at the property by the lovely housekeeper, no English but a beautiful smile, showed us around and gave us the key. The house is even more lovely than it shows in the photos and larger. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom is massive and has a balcony with a lovely view. The two main level bedrooms are also large and well equipped. Two indoor sitting areas, large tv and a bonus boombox which connected via Bluetooth. Kitchen is also well equipped however we didn’t feel the water pressure in the sink was adequate to use the dishwasher so we just washed by hand…..certainly not a big deal! The pool on the lowest level was such a bonus and has a half bath there for convenience as well as an outdoor shower. Beach towels provided! Anytime I messaged Jennifer, the response was very quick. She was so gracious and helped us several times with taxis…..especially since we were Spanish illiterate! The housekeeper, Briese, was just a doll and I think we may miss her most of all!

Beautiful, larger than we expected, the pool was wonderful, the view from the roof top was amazing. Bris the maid was right on top of everything, and had the place sparkling clean and beds made each day was a treat. Love the little touches of earplugs in each room. wish we could have stayed longer

Beautiful, spacious house with a very nice pool and lots of space to sleep. Clean, lots of amenities. Hot water didn't seem to be working. Overall though the house is great. This has nothing to do with the house but I feel compelled to say it anyway. In Bucerias you really feel the socioeconomic disparity between the locals and the foreign tourists. It's a bit uncomfortable to stay in such a nice house knowing that most people around you could never afford it.

the casa is awesome. views are great. housekeeper was super sweet and excellent. I wish we stayed longer. The neighborhood is authentic for a small Mexican town. was nice to experience that and be away from the tourist central. we had a couple of small issues at the house and Jennifer had someone there in minutes to check on it.

Jennifer’s description matches my thoughts exactly. Gorgeous house with nothing else you could want. The house is identical to the photos. The decor is both comfortable and beautiful. The AC blows as cold as you could want. WiFi fast (starlink). The house is the cleanest thing in the entire city hands down. We are a small family and had a lovely stay, very walkable, very local. Oxxo is 4 blocks, restaurants 5 blocks. Beach easily reached. The pool was lovely and the outdoor space very welcoming. For the parents: Fairly kid friendly overall, beds were a little high for toddlers. The gated space and first floor areas make it easy to contain. We were sad to leave, hope to one day be back.

It was very cozy and quite pleasant. The house is great and it's like an escape from stress. You can even choose to stay there, without going for a walk on the beach. Excellent atmosphere. The service is almost like that of a hotel, except that everyone made their own food. But it's quite nice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO WANT A FEW QUIET AND PLEASANT DAYS!

Dream vacation! Jennifer was amazing. She was easy to communicate with, helpful, and kind from the time of booking through check-out. The home was more beautiful than shown in the photos. It was newly remodeled so every part was fresh and clean. From the wall painting to the bedding, every detail was beautifully coordinated. The home was well-equipped and all details were considered to make the home as comfortable and relaxing as a beach vacation should be. From the brand-new beds, enormous new master shower, to the lawn furniture, it had every comfort. There was amble space with multiple areas of the home to enjoy. The kids were over the moon for the private pool. The views from upstairs were absolutely stunning and the home is also a short walk to the beach. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy a central home base. We were able to enjoy the amenities of Bucerias, take the short drive to Sayulita or Puerto Vallarta and spend a few days just relaxing at the house.
