Excellent house

Claudia was very responsive and very helpful with recommendations. We had a pleasant stay and she even recommended a personal chef to come to the home and cook for us for a reasonable price. I’ve stayed in this property multiple times and it will continue to be my preferred stay when I visit Guadalajara. Highly recommend!

Impressive

What a beautiful place & location. Claudia was an amazing host. Claudia met us at the location and gave us the rundown of her amazing property. She even reassured us of the safety in the neighborhood (we felt extremely safe & ran into zero issues) We traveled in a group of 9 people and we all felt very comfortable as we all had a bed to sleep in. Pool was fantastic for us to relax and enjoy. The outside amenities were also great! There was a Bluetooth speaker for us to use. If we are ever in Guadalajara again, I am staying at this location as it was a very easy commute from the airport and every other place we traveled. Thanks Claudia !

Excellent property with an excellent common area. Without a doubt, the pool and the terrace are the crown jewels.

Claudia is the best host ever, the house is beautiful, spacious and clean ,just as described and more , pool is warm and has an area that it’s even warmer (kind of a hot tube ), everything was perfect, we are happy that we found this gem in the city it’s close of everything, very safe area . Highly recommended, when we comeback to Guadalajara we are staying here for sure . I will leave Six stars if I could ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This house is amazing! Perfect place for a large family get together or a group of friends looking to have a great time in Zapopan. There are amenities close by (convenience stores and restaurants). The host was very responsive. I highly recommend for large groups that want to enjoy a large home with lots of entertainment space.

Claudia’s place was beautiful. Although upon arrival there was big roaches, followed by there babies. Seemed like they noticed and went away the rest of the days tho. Lots of dust throughout the house; has lovely high ceilings which are hard to reach places, understandable, but most shelves in the closets were also dusty, a personal wipe and the job was done, easy just not ideal. A hair or two was found in most sheets. Overall seemed clean just felt uncomfortable at first. Besides that the pool was great. Neighborhood was amazing and very ideal. Would definitely stay here again if the initial cleaning upon arrival was improved. Claudia was very responsive with great easy directions. Thank you.

Claudia is a great host and location is great.

Excellent place to stay with a group of friends or family; it is very spacious, and all the bedrooms are really spacious, as well as every area of the home. The pool is quite large, it is heated 24 hours a day, and there is a small area on the terrace that is perfect for enjoying the pool and some snacks. As for the area, it is perfect, very safe, and very convenient for getting to different places. It is definitely charming, for the price, the area, and the place. The space is everything we were looking for, and it delivers what it promises.

Claudia’s place is amazing and I would recommend staying here to anyone. With the cartel shutting down the city on Sunday and no food or water options, she had the neighbours come over and cook a meal for everyone. One or the best hosts around with the best neighbours as well. Anyone who stays here is very lucky. Thanks for everything.

The house itself is a big and wonderful place The downstairs bathroom didn’t work And the doors to the house don’t lock so you will sleep with doors open the main one does work and lock that’s the only thing other than that maybe a bit more of cleaningness can help too !

Our stay went perfectly in this large apartment with a beautiful terrace and pool. Well located close to Plaza del Sol and ideal for a group, with very large common areas. Claudia was very responsive, accommodating and friendly, thank you so much!

This place is amazing, we were a large group and we had a great time, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, large bathrooms, but without a doubt the gem is the heated pool, we will definitely be back when we are in Guadalajara again!!

Claudia was such a great host from the moment I booked the home to when I arrived back home. She was super helpful in coordinating pickup and drop-off for 14 girls from the airport. Her communication was great, she was super responsive and got me in contact us with a caterer that had amazing food! The home was super spacious for all 14 of us women. The only minor things I would recommend is to have the cleaning crew/service be a bit more thorough to help keep the beauty of this home :) P.S. Fans would also be super helpful in the lower floor as it can get a bit warm throughout the day, but all rooms have working AC! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

The house is great! Perfect to go with family and friends! The attention was the best. Super flexible and immediate communication. The pool was super clean and warm, which is rare to find.

Claudia's service was excellent, the property is nice but it needs a lot of maintenance, the windows do not lock and practically stay open, the water from the showers comes out everywhere, the fountain looks neglected... improving these aspects would make the stay much more pleasant

This place was amazing for the group of people that stayed during our reservation, plenty of space, privacy but most importantly multiple areas around the house to hang out in before or after exploring the city of Guadalajara.

Claudia and her home were both excellent. The home is larger and more spacious than the photos even show. There is a large hot tub and niceoutdoor patio. The home fits 15 people comfortably and is in a peaceful and safe neighborhood in Zapopan. Claudia also communicated extremely well and was always available for help. Highly recommend staying here when you come to Guadalajara.

Very attentive and very good service.

The place is as magnificent as the photos show. We were here for the week for a family wedding and had 3-9 people staying at any given night and many family dinners and gatherings. All were wowed by the grand design of the space. The issues in Guadalajara are water and air quality. A thick film of dust settled on everything inside and out. We had one cleaning midweek but If we returned I would sign up for daily cleaning. Claudia was always immediately responsive.

My stay at Claudia’s place was absolutely wonderful! Claudia was incredibly kind and flexible with our schedule, allowing us to check in early and check out a bit later, which made our trip so much easier. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and very well-maintained. We had a couple of questions during our stay, and Claudia was quick to respond and resolve everything right away. She was always so responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

We had a wonderful time in Claudia’s house. She was responsive and helpful all the time. House needs a bit of maintenance but she explained it was occupied the whole time so they hadn’t had the time to do so. She let me go and see the place before I arrived with all my guests which gave me an idea of how we will sleep and that was really accommodating of her ❤️

The claudia house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area as well as beautiful. The garage is huge, has nice lawn areas, the rooms are spacious. The pool is for the whole family with a baby area, one for children and another deeper side for adults, in addition to being heated. It was a nice stay for my family and me

Home was beautiful! Our host was always helpful if we needed help. Location was perfect, neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful as well. The house was a perfect fit for our big group. We enjoyed the swimming pool, terrace and pool table.

This home is so spacious and beautiful. My family loved the pool, it was so perfect for the summer heat. The house is spacious, plenty of room and places to sleep. It's a very luxurious home located in the heart of the city with great restaurants just a short 10 minute uber. Highly recommend. 5 Star Airbnb and service by Claudia. The house is beautiful. It's truly a gem. The common spaces are very spacious and comfortable, the pool is heated, and there is shade for many hours. The rooms have the most comfortable mattresses in the world and are extremely spacious. The walk-in closets make it very easy to stay organized between guests. There are blackout curtains, so rest is guaranteed. Claudia was attentive to our needs. She even sent the cleaning lady at no cost and always communicated well. The area is very quiet and accessible. We will definitely consider this option whenever we return to Guadalajara.
