This was one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Beautiful house, comfortable rooms, and responsive and helpful hosts. Everything went smoothly. There were some issues with the washer but the issues were being actively addressed as best as possible during our stay. Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our group’s comfort. We have several kids in our group and the pool was used daily. We appreciated that it was cleaned daily as well.

The house is beautiful, very comfortable, and the stay was very pleasant. The care and service from the hosts was excellent. I would definitely come back.

Great, open space. Loved the large dining room for our group, and the sitting areas. Loved the view when we entered - open space with the pool and greenery. Beautiful! Maintenance and cleaning crews were friendly and accommodating. They kept the water stocked daily and refreshed our towel supply. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was the perfect place for our family holiday gathering. The large house had old world charm with updated modern conveniences. The 7 bedroom ensuites allowed for lots of privacy, while the large kitchen,dining room and other spaces made made family gatherings comfortable and fun(GREAT house to play hide and seek with the kids!) Antonio and his staff were beyond excellent....an A+ for everyone. Would love to return someday!

We stayed in this beautiful home for 5 nights. There were 11 of us. We had a wonderful time. The house is perfect for large families. We loved the pool and highly recommend this place. Very clean most important. We travel alot and this home is as nice as any one we’ve stayed. Justino was great. There when we needed him when we had any questions. Antonio was prompt with his replies prior to us arriving. We purchased water at the store and when we got there we found there was more than enough supplied for our stay. Our first trip to Merida and if we return this is where we will stay. Thank you very much for everything

Our stay was fantastic. We have some local friends who joined us for dinner. They are going to recommend this place to any large group that comes down. One of our group is already trying to put together a large family trip to this Airbnb. I could tell you about the all of the amenities, but they are as listed and we were pleased with everything. The only issue, that bothered some, but not all, is there is a roster and some mornings it won’t shut up. They have earplugs in the house for you. Everyone in our party would stay here again. I highly recommend this location.

Get this house if you can. Our group of 6 came to Mérida for inspiration and this beautiful Hacienda kept it right on theme. As soon as we walked through the door into the grand hallway and courtyard we were whisked away into another era. This stunning house is made up of two sides which surround the courtyard and pool. Each living space/room has its own design and character that flow together with big doors and open to the outside. Of the 7 bedrooms 2 upper level masters have their own en-suite bathrooms. Another lower level bedroom w/ a loft also had its private en-suite. The remaining 4 bedrooms were divided into 2 sets of double bedrooms which shared a Jack and Jill bathroom. There was also another full bathroom connected to the courtyard. The location is walking distance to all the best places in Centro. Never had issues with finding parking and the neighborhood rooster wasn’t too bad, lol. They also clean every day so you come back to a nice place. Absolutely stunning property ♡

This "house" is quite an impressive villa situated in a prime location in Mérida! It was perfect for our family reunion. Our group of 11 people fit well. There was enough communal space for us to lounge together by the pool, but also ample private space to retreat to our rooms for quiet time. I also loved that there were at least 2 sets of adjoining rooms connected by a bathroom, so my two kids could sleep in their own room but were very close (and shared a bathroom with us) if they needed anything. Justino greeted us warmly and showed us around when we arrived. And when a coffee machine wasn't functioning, they quickly replaced it. The kitchen is nice and well stocked with ample dishware and cooking pots/pans. Outdoor spaces do get buggy so there are fans to help. Bringing bug spray is a good idea. Also, a rooster lives next door, but the house supplies ear plugs. I'm not a deep sleeper and it didn't bother me much. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house and are incredibly grateful for how accommodating it was. It allowed us to host our entire family for a special event, and the spacious, numerous rooms, each thoughtfully decorated, made it feel like home. A big thank you to Mr. Justino and Doña Lupita for their excellent service and for maintaining the house so well throughout the week. The location in Merida Centro was perfect, with great restaurants, bars, and tourist destinations all within walking distance. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This rental exceeded our expectations. We were a 3 generational family and the property felt safe and comfortable for us all. We hired a private chef for an evening and he was wonderful—he also found the kitchen to be well complemented. The location was also fabulous—a short walk to all the major sites in Merida. I recommend this property for a future rental for everybody!

The location in Santa Ana couldn’t be better—everything is within walking distance, from fantastic restaurants to vibrant cultural spots, making it easy to explore the best of the area. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with—responsive, accommodating, and ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless. Additionally, the on-site caretaker was wonderful, always available to assist while respecting privacy. I can’t recommend Casona Sirenas enough! If you’re looking for a place that combines elegance, comfort, and an unbeatable location, this is it.

Where to begin? We booked Antonio's home for my 50th birthday weekend. There were 13 of us total and the house was the perfect size for us. From the moment I booked, Antonio and his wife were always responsive to my many questions as I wanted us all to have the best weekend possible, and we did. My friends and I agreed, the house was perfect. We had a buffet-style meal the night of my birthday with a 10-member (4 women, 6 men) mariachi performance. We were all speechless. The pool is the perfect size and we enjoyed sitting by it each night with a drink, discussing the day's events. So many walkable restaurants & cafes. Justino, the house manager, was so warm and helpful and very responsive to our inquiries. He and the cleaning team were flexible with our timing each day. I couldn't have asked for a better space to spend my birthday with my loved ones. It was perfect and this house had a lot to do with our experience. Property is very very big, has several rooms to be in, dinning room can accommodate a fully occupied house. Patio in the middle and pool were great!

This was hands down my favorite Airbnb I've rented. The house is stunning—the pictures don't do it justice. My friends and I rented the house while we were in town for a wedding, and staying at this house was one of the highlights of the entire weekend. The only minor drawback is that a neighbor's rooster woke us up quite early every morning, but I understand that is out of Antonio's control! And the house is so nice that it makes up for it.

We had an amazing stay for my 40th birthday. We were a group of 10 adults and an infant. The pictures don't do the place justice...it is hard to capture the scale and size. We loved the pool. The rooms were comfortable and having the air conditioning was so great for the 90 degree days. We were walkable to so many sites and it was easy to find street parking for the cars we rented for excursions. Such great food, shopping, and art galleries all around. Justin and team were amazing. Would highly recommend for large groups.

Incredible house, location, and hosts!

The pictures and description don’t do this house justice. It is absolutely amazing! My family of 16 had more than enough room. Antonio was great. He answered my million questions and gave lots of recommendations. Justino and Lupita come everyday to make bring water, clean the pool, clean the house, etc. Both were outstanding and we really enjoyed talking with them. The house is within walking distance of downtown, but there is also plenty to do within the block. There is a rooster and pack of dogs that live close by and are night owls apparently. Earplugs are provided though. AC in the bedrooms and living room are a god send. I would absolutely recommend a stay here. Antonio and his place are perfect.

Just returned from vacation in Merida with a group of 12 women. We all stayed here and it was perfect. It’s huge and has comfortable communal areas. The pool and rooms stay cool even during the hottest part of the day. It’s located in the Centro and we walked to everything other than our out of town excursions (celustun and cenote). Santa Ana square is down the block and there are tons of shops and cute stores. Antonio provided everything we needed from buying an additional hairdryer prior to our arrival to providing suggestions for cenotes and personal chefs. (The Chef was named Anslam and he made us a delicious upscale traditional Yucatán dinner for an amazing price, highly suggest hiring him for a night or more). It’s more beautiful than the photos. Can’t recommend enough. Just book it.

this is a fantastic property in the heart of Centro and a short walk from numerous excellent bars, restaurants, cantinas, and shops. The cleaning staff and property manager were very nice and accommodating. The host was easy to contact and access to the property was simple and easy. The home is very large and spacious and has great internet. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who wants a great, big, mansion in Merida. The host leaves some earplugs in the kitchen for guests to use and I would recommend them because the next door neighbor has three roosters that start crowing at 4am and do not stop! definitely use the earplugs!

Beautiful home with a fantastic host! We absolutely loved our stay. The house is exactly like the pictures, although I’d say it’s even nicer. The pool was very nice, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was incredible. Antonio also went above and beyond in helping us with several things, from finding a chef to cook for us, to providing dining suggestions. We would absolutely stay there again.

This is the second time that we stay at Casona Sirenas, and we will keep coming back for as long as they have us! Such as a beautiful magical place, the attention we got from the house keepers and Antonio was wonderful, and we felt right at home. HIGLY Recomended !!! Plus everything is walking distance. So so good.

All I have to say is I wish we could've stayed longer! But we will be back! This place is AMAZING!!! Beautiful, clean, and in an amazing locaton footsteps away from Santa Ana Park where you can purchase regional food and smoothies. I can't wait to stay here again and introduce it to more friends!

Antonio was extremely accommodating and helpful from the start, answering all our questions, helping to facilitate activities in Merida, and setting things up for our arrival. The home is gorgeous and very well-appointed with everything we needed. The pool and courtyard are a little oasis, and it made it hard to leave. Additionally, Justino was so helpful and proactive, keeping the place clean during our stay and helping us navigate errands in the city. Incredible spot, do not hesitate to book for a large gathering.

Beautiful home!

This place was beyond my expectations. The pool guy, Justino greeted us and was very attentive to our needs. The cleaning lady was very nice as well. Super sweet both of them. I couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay for my wedding week.

This home was absolutely stunning. The location was incredible, we could walk to everything in the city center. The pool and fountain were gorgeous, the kitchen was fantastic, we had everything we needed and our host was so responsive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in Merida!

He filled our needs with 12 family members with the seven bedrooms. Very spacious rooms and dining room. Kitchen enough. Everything works great. The small central garden, the deteriorated grass could be improved. Justino, the manager is very attentive and helpful.

I and 13 of my friends had a wonderful stay at the Casona Sirenas. The caretakers Justino and Maria were so helpful and did such a good job that it helped make the whole vacation very relaxing. The location near plaza Santa Ana and Calle 47 were very convenient to walking to the central plaza and some of the best restaurants, and it was only a five minute walk to Paseo de Montejo. This house is a perfect way to accommodate a number of people and introduce them to Merida and the Yucatán. The pool courtyard was beautiful and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was very efficient. I couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough!

This is a great house for large groups, like family reunions! The location is excellent within a safe and quiet neighborhood, and almost everything within walking distance. The house is beautiful and well designed and equipped for families: karaoke, swimming pool, board games, tv, grill. The local staff is top notch! Terrific experience!!

Casa Sirenas is a dream house in prime location of Merida Yucatán: only two blocks away from Paseo Montejo and walking distance from downtown. Justino and Lupita were enchanting people. The pool was pristine and the rooms were comfortable. The beautiful kitchen was reasonably well equipped. We will definitely come back if we have a chance!

What a great place to stay. Close to the downtown area, as well as Avenida Montejo. So much to see. The house is a great place to stay, the pictures don't do it justice. The place is just BEAUTIFUL. Antonio is very responsive and a great host. However the icing on the cake is the property manager at Casona Sirena, "El Senor Justino" El Senor Justino goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Anything that you might need, El Senor Justino try's to help and accommodate your needs. When we return to Merida this is the only place to stay for me. BOOK YOUR STAY, you wont regret it.

A gem just steps from Paseo Montejo. We had a magnificent stay in this house that due to its large spaces allowed us to enjoy an amazing family days. Everything is close by. On the corner is a delicious chilaquiles restaurant, pizzas, gas station, Mercadito, and Paseo Montejo all within walking distance. The house is super spacious, with high ceilings and enough full bathrooms for large family stays. The kitchen is very spacious with everything you need. His poolside barbecue was one of our favorite spaces. The dining room and in general all the spaces that the house offers invite coexistence. A house equipped with everything you need, including board games and Karaoke. The pool is a delight. There are no butts for this house. We hope to be back very soon.

It is an excellent stay, with a very good location, completely spacious to accommodate many people and have privacy despite being all in the same house. The kitchen is fully equipped, the barbecue can be used, only the stone oven is decorated. The best house I've ever stayed in.

wonderful house with great support by the owner - wonderful communication - housekeeper is there every other day to clean and is available to cook while you are there (she and her sister cooked us a very good chicken dinner with lime soup) - Justino the house manager was very helpful and friendly - he comes everyday to look over the property and deal with any concerns - we have stayed in over 20 airbnbs and this one was the top - exceptional house, great communication and wonderful hospitality - the location is perfect and very safe (8 blocks to the Zocalo many excellent restaurants nearby) - do not hesitate to book this wonderful house in Merida

Spectacular! This is one of the best Airbnb houses I have stayed in. It’s beautiful and really represents traditional Merida with all the modern amenities. The location is amazing! It is walking distance to Paseo Montejo, the traditional food market and many other venues in Merida. Parking is available in a nearby garage. The communication with Antonio and the guest keeper was fantastic. We were even allowed to come in earlier and leave a few hours later. I highly recommend this house and Antonio to the Airbnb community.

Wow what a place and what a host. I mean look at those photos, they truly speak for themselves. Incredible listing. My family had the time of their lives, they can’t stop talking about it. The other highlight, your host to be Antonio. What a guy. A couple weeks before our arrival part of our family experienced some unfortunate challenges where we nearly canceled our trip, but Antonio went above and beyond and accommodated our family needs, making this trip to happen. The communication with Antonio was efficient and very genuine. Excellent, friendly

This is the perfect house in Merida if you’re with a large group. Everyone has enough privacy and the spaces are beautiful! The location is perfect and the atmosphere and facilities very nice. We loved the beautiful courtyard and the kids were non-stop in the pool. Antonio and his staff were very helpful with arranging things like groceries and breakfast service. We highly recommend this place!

This property is truly magical - like a fairy tale - and located on a bustling street right amongst the best restaurants and coffee shops in Centro. Antonio is an excellent and thoughtful communicator. Justino, who helps run the house, went way above and beyond numerous times. And Lupita, the daily housecleaner, was also a wonderful, sweet and helpful presence.

This house is simply magical. From the landscaping to the rich history of the property, it is truly a wonderful experience. As a group, there were 10 of us and everyone had a fabulous time I know that they will remember forever. The home has everything you need: great air conditioning in the bed rooms (Merida gets very hot), huge refrigerator, many appliances, brand new washer and dryer. The staff was amazing. Justino & Lupita were beyond welcoming and accommodating - I cannot even imagine the trip without them! Antonio is an incredible host, just simply incredible. You will really see how much he cares about the property and how much your positive experience means to him. Every question and request I had, he responded immediately. I don’t think there could be a better AirB&B host out there. The downtown is a short walk, about 5 or 6 blocks and it is enchanting. I highly recommend taking the bus tour around the town. This is the perfect house for your visit to Merida. Spacious and charming - it is an amazing setting for your vacation memories!
