The place is beautiful, very central, with lots of privacy, spacious and really nice. But the girl who gave us the house made a complaint to us because we reported to Mr. Hermann that when we arrived the house was not ready. Check-in was at 4:00 and they didn't give us the house until after 5:00. Although Mr. Hermann acknowledged it at check-out time, the girl complained to us in a somewhat rude manner, and honestly, with that attitude, we were tense the entire stay.

It is a very cozy house and has enough amenities for the accommodation. The pool is large, and the patio/dining area is comfortable to enjoy with friends or family. It is located very close to the entrance to San Juan and the residential area is very quiet, so there is no problem with vehicles or safety. This is the second time in less than 5 months that I have visited this place and I would gladly stay there again. Hermann was very attentive and always promptly answered any questions I had.

The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and just 10 minutes from a supermarket. From the moment you enter the residential complex, the doorman provides very friendly service, which creates an excellent first impression. The house is small, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is clean and ideal for both children and adults, as it has different levels, and it also has a roof to protect from the sun. In the courtyard there are beach chairs, a grill and space to dry clothes, which is very practical, they even have a little plate to feed your pet. The beds are spacious and comfortable, and the sofa bed is also quite comfortable for an additional person to sleep. The host was always attentive to everything, before, during and after the stay, which made the experience even better. Definitely a highly recommended place.

It needs a TV at least in the living room. It needs to remodel that kitchen that is falling apart and is badly located in the backyard, therefore it attracts too many flies. You need to change or remove that fake grass around the pool because it stinks and is always flooded and attracts mosquitoes. You need to relax a little with those strict rules you have in your accommodation. People come to have a good time with their family, with so many rules I felt like I was in an army camp. It was the first time I arrived at a place and they gave me limited energy consumption. I was worried about not going over that limit. I didn't really have a good time at that place. Thank God it was only one night we spent there.

Unfortunately, the place was not properly cleaned before our arrival. There were hairs in the toilet, and the only soap provided in the bathroom was a used bar of hand soap, which was not acceptable. The property needs better cleaning and attention to basic amenities.
