Upon arrival, the room I had booked was not available, which was an initial inconvenience. However, the host resolved the situation by moving me to a higher-category suite. I appreciate the efforts to resolve this and the helpfulness shown. As a suggestion, it would be ideal to improve the organization of reservations to avoid these types of situations. I'd stay there again ✨

Stayed at 1 Million Suites in Medellín and had a great experience. The host Anthony was fantastic—super helpful and responsive throughout. The apartment was modern, spacious, and very clean, thanks to Lili and Rosa who did an amazing job. Perfect location close to the nightlife, but still well soundproofed so you can actually relax and sleep. Great balance. Will definitely stay again.
