The villa was amazing for me and my group of friends. We were able to spread out and have enough space! It was a little shocking that the stairs outside are the only stairs to go upstairs to the rooms. Not a major convenience but more of out of the norm. Second thing we were not aware of the plumbing struggles in Tulum and were taken by surprised when instructed after check in that you must throw your toilet paper in the trash instead of flushing it, but Maria offered her cleaners to take out the trash every day to help this unexpected difference for us. LASTLY omg those mosquitoes were hell! If you can pack bug spray and a portable WiFi. The property has WiFi, but it just didn’t get the job done.

While it is a common architectural feature in many homes in Tulum, we understand it may be different from what some guests are accustomed to. Regarding the plumbing system, Tulum's infrastructure is unique, and many properties in the area require toilet paper to be disposed of in waste bins rather than flushed. We understand this can come as a surprise to visitors, which is why we are always happy to offer additional housekeeping support to make our guests as comfortable as possible. As for the mosquitoes, Tulum is located in a tropical jungle environment, which is one of the reasons for its natural beauty. We always recommend bringing insect repellent, especially during certain times of the year. We also appreciate your comments regarding the WiFi. We are continuously working with our providers to improve the service and provide the best possible experience for our guests. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. Mariana was very helpful before , during and after :) the home was beautiful! Strong AC ! Pool man came everyday, shower towels and pool towels provided . It was quiet and peaceful. Thank you so much for a great time and gorgeous home :)

We stayed here over the holidays with our extended family traveling in from Alaska, Massachusetts, and Florida, and it was an ideal place for all of us to be together. We had 12 people across the two units, with a wide range of ages, and the setup worked beautifully. Everyone had space to spread out, but it still felt connected and comfortable. The location was excellent, and we always felt safe and private. The property itself is really beautiful and well cared for, which made it easy to relax and enjoy being together. It was exactly what we needed for a meaningful family holiday. We made great memories here and would absolutely recommend it for larger groups or families traveling together.

We absolutely loved staying here! The place looks exactly like the pictures. It has everything you need. Mariana is also super responsive and has a number to a concierge service where they can offer all sorts of services like having someone come cook for you or decorations. It’s walkable to other restaurants and shops nearby. Absolutely perfect Airbnb! Would stay again!

Mariana place was great for our group trip. The villas were private with security at night, clean, 10-15 mins from the Tulum strip via cab, and everything was clean. She helped with cabs and other accommodations throughout the whole trip in a timely manner

The 2 connected apartments were perfect for our group of 10… the local recommendations were fantastic. A minor issue with one of the pools was dealt with promptly. Communication was easy and prompt. We had a fantastic stay!

Great twin villas, really accessible and right next to one another, you do not feel separated at all. Hosted me and 8 of my friends and we were split between the two. Villa looked amazing and host was very friendly, and quick to respond, would highly recommend to others

Our group really enjoyed our stay. We had a group of 8 and booked both villas. The place was private and only a 15 minute walk to downtown. If you like, there’s a scooter rental within an 8 minute walk and they were super helpful. Everything was clean and we appreciated all the bathrooms for our group. We would definitely stay again

I booked this house to accommodate my people to celebrate my 30 th birthday and i definitely would say everything was great and just like the pictures. I loved the home I just would say the steps to get from one villa to the other do need to be replaced and also there wasn’t a lot going on in the area pretty quiet everything you needed you had to definitely drive. But overall the house was great❤️
