Hi Sara ,  maintenance and contractors spent the majority month of November reviewing and performing upgrades.   we checked in with you and received no communication regarding any complaints.    Until now after you left.   we are regularly changing linens and maintaining the property.  If previous occupants had broken and/or stained any linens that cleaners and maintenance overlooked it would have been appreciated that you communicate directly with us.

Hi Austen ,  I understand you were unhappy about insects around the exterior of the property and some that got in during hard rains.  we had issues with you locking the pool company out and them making extra trips to clean the pool.   we did everything possible to accommodate your needs on a short stay.  The houses get regular treatment (inside) and when there’s tropical storms insects seek refuge.  We went out of our way to accommodate you with your short stay even offering you to have the company do an extra treatment which you declined.  We did extras and even set up a crib for you after you were unable to do so.   We take our guests stay very serious however we are drawn back at your review.   If there’s something else we could have done other than spray the entire jungle to earn a better review let us know with a PM.
