This place was fabulous, very clean and felt right at home, with secure entrance and parking. The view from the balconies was spectacular it included the most amazing sunset and we seen lots of wildlife including monkeys and birds. It had a shuttle service to and from the local beach and access to a local beach hotel which was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

This place is AMAZING! Very spacious, fully stocked kitchen, very clean and lots of outdoor space. Towels provided for the pool (which is deep, warm and wonderful given the heat). The windows provided so much light and the motorized shades were perfect for darkening the rooms down. So fun to sit and watch a storm from the family through all the windows. AND - we saw Monkeys.

Beautiful house in a very nice area. We could see monkeys from the balcony. The host responds very quickly and also had good suggestions for restaurants and activities.

Kelen was an amazing concierge, not Luis Diego. She was the best person to work with and to build an itinerary together. Kelen responded immediately to every request and every time we reached out. We cannot say enough beautiful things about Kelen. She was eager to help our kosher needs and to research anything that we needed. She has been working with us the last 2 months. After each activity, she made sure to get our feedback and was receptive to hear any and all of our feedback. We highly recommend working with Kelen and staying at Casa Ama. It is the most winning combination for a magical vacation where life long memories are made and kept.

Our host Luis was very good. He answered all our questions and was there as soon as we arrived to make us feel at home.

Casa del Arroyo is a dream house in a unique location. Tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. We've never lived in such a great house before. We also enjoyed using the included beach club in Playa Espandilla during the day. Kelen was always available for questions and requests and organized everything perfectly. Absolutely recommended.

Beautiful, comfortable, amazing views and service, shuttle to the beach…animals to spot…I wouldn’t change a thing. The whole experience was perfect!

It's a quiet spot on a private piece of land just outside all the noise of Quepos/Manuel Antonio, and honestly it ended up being our favorite out of several villas we checked out in Costa Rica. When we arrived there was a welcome package with fruit and snacks and a personal welcome by the host. We didn't even have to go looking for wildlife, we just sat on the terrace and monkeys, macaws, iguanas all showed up on their own at some point. And we loved the wonderful infinity pool. Highly recommended.

Amazing home and service. It made our time in Costa Rica even better. Our concierge, Luis, was incredible and made everything super easy for us. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

Our family had an outstanding stay at Casa AMA. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, bright, and well organized, with breathtaking views and a beautiful infinity pool and hot tub. The property management team was responsive and coordinated everything seamlessly, including housekeeping, beach access, and reservations. Every room was immaculate, and the primary bathroom featured an impressive, spa-like shower. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

The house was perfect and heavenly. We felt like we were dreaming, and the host was always attentive to our needs. In the morning, we could hear the sounds of the animals, and we were able to see little monkeys. We will be back. Thank you so much for this stay.

From check in to check out. This condo was amazing. Beautiful, clean and an excellent location. Plenty of places to walk to for food or shopping. The wildlife we saw from the balcony made the stay so fun. Tons of monkeys, Tuscan, frogs, and scarlet macaw. Not to mention the views!!Vanessa was so responsive, she organized our days at Espadilla beach as well as answered any questions that came up quickly. You can't go wrong with a stay here. Pura Vida!!

Fab property. Spotlessly clean, even better than the photos even if that's hard to imagine. I will definitely be back.
