This place is AMAZING! Very spacious, fully stocked kitchen, very clean and lots of outdoor space. Towels provided for the pool (which is deep, warm and wonderful given the heat). The windows provided so much light and the motorized shades were perfect for darkening the rooms down. So fun to sit and watch a storm from the family through all the windows. AND - we saw Monkeys.

Prachtig huis in een zeer mooie omgeving. We konden vanaf het balkon apen zien. Host reageert zeer snel en had ook goede suggesties voor restaurants en activiteiten.

Die Casa del Arroyo ist ein Traumhaus in einmaliger Lage. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben noch nie in so einem tollen Haus gewohnt. Wir haben es auch genossen tagsüber den inkludierten Beachclub in Playa Espandilla zu nutzen. Kelen stand uns jederzeit bei Fragen und Wünschen zur Verfügung und hat alles perfekt organisiert. Absolut empfehlenswert.

It's a quiet spot on a private piece of land just outside all the noise of Quepos/Manuel Antonio, and honestly it ended up being our favorite out of several villas we checked out in Costa Rica. When we arrived there was a welcome package with fruit and snacks and a personal welcome by the host. We didn't even have to go looking for wildlife, we just sat on the terrace and monkeys, macaws, iguanas all showed up on their own at some point. And we loved the wonderful infinity pool. Highly recommended.

La maison etait parfaite et paradisiaque nous avons rêvé et l hôte était toujours à notre écoute et le matin nous pouvions entendre les bruits des animaux et nous avons pu voir des petits singes nous reviendrons merci infiniment pour ce séjour

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa del Arroyo! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die grosse Terrasse und natürlich der Pool waren für uns absolute Highlights – einfach perfekt zum Geniessen und Entspannen. Ein ganz besonderes Plus war der hervorragende Service. Auf Wunsch wurde sogar Housekeeping angeboten und unsere Wäsche wurde für uns gewaschen – das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Kommunikation mit Kelen war von Anfang an super. Wir erhielten viele tolle Tipps und wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr herzlich und persönlich empfangen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Magical home away from home! Our concierge was incredible and extremely helpful in suggesting local restaurants. One of our highlights from the stay was in the in-home massages Kelen coordinated. The housekeeping team was the best surprise! All of the best of a hotel while enjoying the comforts of home!

The most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. Everything was extremely well thought out in Diego’s place. His home was very spacious and comfortable. Kelen our concierge was very helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. She helped us set up an in home chef that prepared a wonderful Costa Rican meal. It was an awesome experience. We would stay there again without question. Thanks for helping to enhance our vacation.

The pictures and listing don’t do Casa del Arroyo justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. The location is peaceful and quiet, but it’s easy to get anywhere in the Quepos and Manuel Antonio area. Every morning we sat outside with our coffee watching the birds, and we even had monkeys in the trees right outside the house. It was such a special experience. Luis, our concierge, was incredibly responsive and helped with every request, even at the last minute. Kendy kept the house spotless all week. It might have missed it in the listing, but I was not expecting daily housekeeping! The home is beautifully designed, thoughtfully equipped, and exceeded our expectations. We’re already planning our next trip back. If you’re thinking about staying at Casa del Arroyo, don’t hesitate. Book it!
