The hotel is acceptable, too bad the sea even with a lot of sargassum, it is quiet and the people who attend are very friendly...

This was our second time staying with Sivana and I’m not sure what has happened. We had problems with the WiFi, and the room cooling down. Breakfast was no longer served and this wasn’t communicated beforehand. We attempted to contact the host and only received a response once we had canceled our stay. We hope things change for them. But as of right now we wouldn’t stay again.

I had a good stay here. It was in a great location for walking to restaurants and bars at night. I didn’t spend a lot of time here other than to sleep, as we were on the move for the few days I was here. The AC only works from 8pm to 6am which I didn’t love because I found my stuff was wet due to the humidity, not being able to have it on during the day, because I don’t sleep with AC, so hardly had it on at night. I did find it extremely dark for walking around at night, I had to use the flashlight on my phone at night so I could see, and the stairs up to my room were twisted and a mix of wide & narrow, making it a little tricky. Otherwise it was pretty chill there, at the front desk and with the staff. I grabbed some nice photos around the property. I didn’t spend any time at the beach club because there was a a lot of sargassum, so we went to cenotes and did other things instead. But it was worth the money I think, for being on the beach and in walking distance to lots of stuff.
