Very pleasant stay, it is a very quiet place, you have an Oxxo nearby and a few other places to eat. It's a bit far from downtown, but apart from that it's perfect. Very comfortable and everything to make you feel at home

Very spacious condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed long walks on the beach and watching the oyster divers, the fish and the whales. Convenient location with an Oxxo store across the street and Walmart is a short Uber or bus ride away. Not many restaurants in Cerritos but many restaurants in the golden zone and downtown near Plaza Machado. The only negative was there are lots of rocks in the water so had to walk 15 minutes up the beach to swim in the ocean.

Nice apartment, spacious and comfortable...maybe the pools in the common areas could be improved...other than that, everything was very good.

The place was amazing. It’s very clean. Very quiet. The view is amazing. The pool is very private. Claudia answers back really quick. I highly recommend this place.

Family vacation fun! We are a big family and sometimes the places we book aren’t as spacious but this one was one the most spacious. We were able to enjoy every part of the place. We enjoyed breakfast in the kitchen, relaxing days at the pool, and fun family nights out in the balcony. One of the best things was being able to see the ocean and listen to the waves at night. We appreciated how the host replied to our questions almost immediately and were happy to answer our questions. We are so grateful for their hospitality. We look forward to being back.

Our group of 3 couples enjoyed our stay at this condo! Everything was very clean and functional. The views were unbelievable and everything was as pictured in the photos. The condo was very large with lots of space so the group never felt crowded. The beach was wonderful for long walks. We walked to Walmart, there was a Oxxo and a good little restaurant across the street and lots of other restaurants nearby as well. We used the bus and uber with no issues. The Building Administrator, Ivan was available to help with anything we needed and was always asking if there was anything else he could do for us? He really made us feel welcome and comfortable. Fernanda, the property manager was also great and dealt with any questions in a timely fashion. We would not hesitate to book this Condo again, we had an amazing month. The condo was amazing! lots of room for the whole family to stay in one place instead of separate hotel rooms. Gorgeous views and right on the beach. Plus the beaches north of the marina and the Malecón are spectacular! And much better than the Malecón area. co-host Fernanda was extremely helpful and responsive. We locked our selves out on new years eve and Fernanda solved our problem in minutes. (thank you Fernanda!!!) Like other reviews said, the exterior of the main building is rough. But the interior was perfect! Main pool was warm too. next time we're in Mazatlán with a large family group I will most defiantly be booking here again!

Everything was perfect! The condo was great for my family. The multiple balconies was amazing to sit outside. The view was worth everything during a sunset. Would definitely recommend for any family to stay here.

Absolutely beautiful sunset views. The balcony was spectacular! Each bedroom had it's own bathroom plus there is a 1/2 bath in the living area. Such a nice place for a large group. Decorating was fabulous. Outside of building was in need of some repair, however the inside suite is in great shape and gorgeous!

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, it is literally right on the beach and has very good views. Claudia was very friendly and attentive. The main pool is at a pleasant temperature but the jacuzzi is cold. The location is good, a quiet area with Oxxo and a very good restaurant across the street, shopping center and supermarket no more than 10 minutes away.

Great place, beautiful ocean view!

Everything was excellent, very comfortable, we had a great time, the hosts always in touch to see how we were and answer our questions. The place is just as described and shown in the photos. The tide is naturally high on site, so the beach is limited to a few hours of the day when you can take advantage, in the same way there are public beaches very close to spend the whole day. The views from the apartment are beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Overall worth the stay, highly recommended for families, we hope to be able to stay again soon.

The condo offers everything described in the post. The stay was comfortable and it has a spectacular ocean view. The air conditioning units work well and keep the temperature of the condo at a good level. The host's attention is very attentive.

The view from the condominium is spectacular. The sunsets look beautiful from the terraces. The place is very spacious, more than we expected. Very clean, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were looking for a place that was quiet and family-friendly, and that's what we found. Gabriela was really friendly from the start, answering questions, and she met us upon our arrival.

The place is bigger than what you see in the photos, the host was always attentive and responded very quickly, the stay was excellent, and the photos are exceptional.

We had a great stay. Claudia and Ivan were great. Rental car had an almost flat tire. Manager Ivan filled up the tire with a compressor and offered to change the tire, Great hosts. Everything's in order. Only when we arrived were we told that we couldn't have guests in the building's facilities and that there could only be a maximum of 10 people. And the entire time, a family of 17 people (10 adults and 7 children) was in the pool area, monopolizing all the lounge chairs, the palapa, and the pool all day long. We were also told that both pools were heated when we arrived, but only one of the two was. This is not the hosts' fault, but in the building, they were somewhat strict when we arrived, and we saw that their rules were not being followed by other guests. The hosts were excellent, with a very positive attitude and always helpful. The place is just as shown in the photos, even bigger than it looks.

Excellent communication from the beginning, the place very comfortable, clean and spacious, the location safe and with shops in the surroundings to get food or anything you need, the hosts super accessible and friendly, as well as the employees of the condominium.. We could not access by the condominium to the sea because the waves are very strong, but whoever likes fishing out there can be done..

The Condo is located in a beautiful and quiet area about 20 minutes from El Malecon. The Condo is as gorgeous as the pictures show. The views are phenomenal.

Excellent place, super comfortable apartment with excellent ocean views from all the rooms and from the living room and dining room, with a spectacular terrace. Juan's service was outstanding, attentive all the time and with immediate response. The pools were great. We enjoyed them a lot. They only have to go over the checkout process with you there, and it felt a little awkward, as if you were going to take something. There are Oxxos and Walmart nearby. The service from the building's caretakers is also super friendly. The building's exterior makes you wonder, since there are parts that look old, but when you go inside, you're surprised. My whole family was super happy. 1000% recommended place.

The best experience. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It's super clean and has everything we needed. It's super nice. I would definitely stay there again without a second thought. Maria Elena's service is unparalleled. She's always attentive and pays attention to details. We had a technical problem with the air conditioning, and they resolved it immediately (I wasn't going to mention it because it was simple, but it's important to note that if something isn't right, they resolve it in minutes). Since I came to the comments at some point to guide me, believe me, you won't regret it...

María Elena and Claudia – Excellent hosts. The property exceeded our expectations; it's very spacious, and the photos you see on the Airbnb page are accurate. TIP: If you don't have your own transportation, use the green taxis. The red Pulmonias and small trucks (Aurugas, I think) are very expensive…

We had a great time! The flat is really spacious and the facilities were great! The access to the beach could be better but overall we enjoyed our time there.

Highly recommend the area of the best of Mazatlán

The apartment is very very spacious, exactly as in the photos, it has 2 very large rooms, we were 12 people, 10 adults and 2 children and we just fit. The condominium has its own electric garage, each room has a TV and mini split, towels for swimming and for bathing right there, the elevator was direct to the beach and pools, which were 2. The area is quiet and peaceful since it is far from downtown. In front of the building there is a 24-hour Oxxo and a store 1 block away. A taxi to downtown cost us 200 pesos. In the season we went (late October) we didn't get to go to the beach right in front, but a few blocks away, that would be the only thing I would add. Everything else was excellent and the service was very good too, we were in contact at all times. It is a 100% equipped and recommended place. Thank you very much for everything

Excellent apartment, just like in the published photos, and the ocean views are even better. We received a very clean place. There is a supermarket nearby where we bought groceries, a 24-hour OXXO store across the street, and a pharmacy nearby. We couldn't access the beach because it was high tide, but very close by (a 2-block walk) there is access to a beach. They rent umbrellas and chairs there because there are no palapas (250 pesos for an umbrella, table, and 2 chairs). We went to the Golden Zone by truck ($11). We caught it right outside. I highly recommend them. We had the best time. The place is worth every peso.
