This is a cute place a few blocks from the main area of Leon. My only complaint was the beds were not great and there was no hot water so the tub is really just a cold plunge. There is also another small apartment that joins it but does not lock from the larger apartment side.

Great location with a beautiful garden. We loved how the living space was open to the garden with multiple areas that allowed us to be together or separate when we wanted to. It's is also a few blocks from the Cathedral/town square which made it very walkable.

The place was more than what we expected. It was HUGE and had a beautiful open concept with the outdoors being part of the home. The photos don’t do it justice. It seems like many homes in Nicaragua are this way. There are insects, ants and even birds, but we obviously treat it as part of the home. The location is very walkable to León Cathedral and many eateries, stores, etc. We enjoyed this city very much and wished we stood an extra day. Thank you for having us!

A beautiful and unique stay! This airbnb is so much bigger than what it looks like in the photos. Also, super close to the spots the action while also feeling very safe. The majority of the property is open to the outdoors so be aware that things you’d see in a garden can access the outdoor spaces easily. Bedrooms and bathrooms are closed off so we didn’t have any issues there. Highly recommend this place when in Leon for something different with plenty of charm and space!

After reading several reviews, the place is indeed even more beautiful and pleasant in real life than in the photos. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. The accommodation is very well located, and we felt safe. Maria was very responsive and gave us lots of advice. I highly recommend it!

The host was very proactive; we had a problem with the air conditioning, and within the next 4 hours, everything was fixed. The apartment is very large, and everything is nicely furnished. Our kids loved the indoor courtyard.

Such a beautiful house with in León. Very spacious and clean, air conditioned bedrooms. I absolutely loved the indoor outdoor spaces with so much seating and living areas. Very responsive host and also Enrique organized all our travel for the week, from airport pickup, a ride to San Jorge to the ferry plus another airport drop off. Would definitely stay here again.

The experience was disappointing. We booked six months in advance and the property was not ready. The rooms were dirty, the doors full of dust, a strong smell of humidity and a wall peeling from leaks. The courtyard and parking lot looked abandoned. The furniture looks old and neglected, although in the ad it appears to be new. The kitchen was greasy, the utensils full of dust and the garbage cans with previous waste. The beds in the double room are not comfortable. In addition, there is another rental room inside the same house; although it has a separate entrance, from its windows you have a view towards the interior, compromising privacy. I reported everything to the host, who apologized and sent cleaning, but the problem is maintenance and deep cleaning. My daughters and I are allergic to mold and humidity and we react immediately. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AT ALL.

Este grupo de huéspedes ha sido extremadamente exigente y parece que después de no poder ayudarles han insistido en únicamente fijarse en problemas, incluso llegando a insultar nuestro personal de limpieza. Home is beautiful, from the outside you wouldn’t imagine it is as spacious and comfortable as it is! There were red fire ants that were not at all friendly, so I’d definitely bring sandals or something to wear to do laundry or late bathroom runs but that’s not really a Marias home exclusive problem, that’s a Leon Nicaragua thing and they just really liked the grassy area in the back by the laundry.

One of the best places that we had in Central America. extremely spacious, pictures are not even showing how much space you have. the AC was a big plus.
