The family area is very nice. The gardens are beautiful. Boats for skiing arrive directly. The staff is very friendly, easily adapts to your needs, and is always willing to help with a wonderful attitude. We went during the rainy season, so mosquitoes and many other bugs were the order of the day. My recommendation is to bring a lot of repellent. The rooms have fans but no A/C, and some areas of the kitchen have been damaged by being in a place with a lot of humidity. It is a comfortable and pleasant house to enjoy with family and friends.
