Wonderful apartment close to everything! Staying here was a great decision. Close to the station, main streets, no noise around, next to the mall and surrounded by restaurants. Very comfortable house

Quentin’s place is exactly as described and worked out very well for my colleague and me. We appreciated finding some kitchen basics and good internet, and the location was both quiet and close to restaurants without being in the noisy center of PDC.

We had a great stay at Quentin’s place. The apartment is exactly as listed and has everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. They went above and beyond with everything. I could not recommend them highly enough!

We really enjoyed this comfortable and functional apartment with its terrace and furnished rooftop. It is very well located, 10 minutes walking from the 1st beach and 5 minutes walking distance from the well-known 5th pedestrian avenue, there is also a 3-minute walk to the Mega Soriana supermarket convenient for shopping, as well as the stop for easy collectivo buses to get around. The 2 swimming pools in the residence are very well maintained and quiet because the residence is small with only 3 floors. We hope to be able to come back, thank you also for the provision of the water fountain in the apartment.

I have no words to recommend this property and the work team behind... all hosts should learn from how things are done:) The building is amazing. super location... we hired it with 1 hour in advance and still everything was perfect! don't hesitate and if this depa is available, grab it before you beat it!!!!

We had a great stay in Playa del Carmen. The location was close to everything we needed-groceries, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, activities. We were far enough away from the 5th Ave. craziness, but close enough to walk when we wanted to get involved. We walked everywhere from this apartment, the location was great. We enjoyed the outdoor patio space, especially the upper deck.

This was our best stay in mexico. This appartment has everything - enough clean towels, washer machine, STUNNING privat roof. Close to beach bars, restaurant, even big grocery store is 4 minutes by walk. I would totally recommend and I hope to come again

Quentin was great and literally saved us by responding straight away when another host let us down on the day we were due to book in. He answered straight away with any questions we had and was friendly and helpful. We loved the apartment, spacious, and loads of outdoor terrace space, really comfy beds, and a good kitchen. Also, Netflix is available if you are chilling in. The private roof terrace is a great space equipped with a toilet, shower, and BBQ. The location was perfect for us, easy walk into the busy areas and beaches, but peaceful and chilled. There are supermarkets and shops within a block away, and some really good restaurants, we recommend El Fogon for awesome tacos, Casa Ceviche was excellent, and also Don Sirloin and the Goumet Park... all less than 5 minutes walk. We are really happy we booked and highly recommend.

Everything was fine. The place's location is great, and there's a local restaurant nearby. The apartment is in good condition and has a private part upstairs for sunbathing or a barbecue. It also has a private patio outside the kitchen. Great for people who like to eat outdoors (like me). Quentin's attention was good and always friendly.

Loved this place. It was a little away from the hustle and noice, yet so close that you can walk into it. Grocery store was very close. Coffee shops near by, coworking space near by.

Quentin's place was just as we expected. We were very comfortable there. We did our research and knew what we were getting which was generous space with lots of outdoor area. We were aware that it is not a new shiny build and may be a bit "weathered" and that was fine with us. The large rooftop deck with its own half bath was wonderful and we even used the bbq once. I can only comment to the master bed but it and the pillows were very comfortable. We have stayed in places in Mexico where you cannot flush toilet paper (but rather put in the bin) so that was not a surprise either. The location is great as others have mentioned as easy walking to everything and good restaurants, grocery store, fifth Ave, and beach. Nice that it is in an area where you don't hear the noise and chaos of the big bars but still fun to watch the street and people watch. Quentin was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We would recommend this space. Thank you Quentin!

We just spent 9 days at Quentin's place. The description is spot on and the location is where you want to be. Close to everything. We're frequent visitors to PDC and we really enjoyed being close to Mega, 30th ave, small organic grocery store, street food and other restaurants. The beach is about 7 min away, down the street, which is a fun walk. The place is big enough to comfortably host 6 guests. We enjoyed the rooftop private terrace and the other smaller one next to the dinning room. This is not one of those new building with all fancy amenities but it was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious, 2 full bathrooms + extra on rooftop, very bright and well located. Quentin was very reponsive and accomodating. We strongrly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return to this place! We are a small family and it was great to have a full kitchen and two bedrooms and the roof top was super nice too. Very nice to have parking for our car and also a great location as everything is nearby.

Great cozy spot just minutes away from all the things you need in playa. Also quiet enough that you don’t get woken up by loud motorcycles and club music. Great deal considering the size of the place, number of balconies, and ensuite laundry

5 star stay! Quentin's place is so clean and so well-located that you can easily to anywhere. Lots of restaurants nearby and very convenient. The airbnb itself has everything, and my friend was able to use the shared swimming pool on the property. Solid wifi, comfort beds, well stocked kitchen and nice roof terrace to relax at! We were really satisfied with our stay. Quentin is always responsive to our needs. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, you find everything you need to cook, relax and don't worry! Everything is beautiful and comfortable :beds, sofa ,coffee maker ,table, oopsf referees has everything. I was delighted that there was a water and cold water filter,thank you for the ice in the fridge! spectacular accommodation simply beautiful and comfortable!! The beds are super comfortable, with everything to the living room and kitchen, you are looking for 5th Avenue, and above all the Mexican shopping, you have everything close by, the beach too, which you can ask for more, I will gladly stay again. The accommodation and the residence are very nice. This totally matches the photos on site. Away from the noisy streets, but a 10-minute walk to the 25th Rue branché de Playa del Carmen The interior of the apartment is well decorated and quite comfortable. I would definitely recommend Quentin's place to guests.

Very good location and the facilities are good. Yes I would come back. Hot water all the time, comfortable beds and the place feels safe. It's good to have your own parking lot.

Very cozy, spacious and clean apt. Responsive and friendly host, always answered our questions and requests. There is a swimming pool on the territory, the sea is a 10-minute walk. A large supermarket across the street. Thanks for the hospitality♥️

Nice private Airbnb with private roof top! Was close enough to 5th ave that you can walk but are away from the busy night life. Quentin sends out very detail oriented welcome messages to make sure your stay runs smoothly. I didn’t have any complaints but he was very attentive and made sure our stay was problem free.

Perfect place for me. Great location, great building, super spacious, decent wifi. Quentin and crew were super communicative. The bathroom shower was leaking they noticed when the last tenant left and immediately started fixing it even before I arrived even though it was a tiny tiny leak. Upper level is a big private rooftop perfect for relaxing in the sun. AC units are strong. Zero complaints.

The Margaritas is a very nice place to stay. It's modern, comfortable, quiet and clean. It's very well located. There are shops, stores and restaurants nearby. The place is very well illuminated, there is good air flow, and air conditioner works like a charm. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay at Playa del Carmen.

We had an excellent 6-day stay at this place. It is a spacious apartment with everything we needed. Located in the town center so it is close to everything, yet it's quiet and peaceful. Quentin & Tali were excellent host, they were always around to help us when we had questions or problems.

Very nice accommodation, spacious, functional. Its location is perfect, close to the Mega and 5-10 minutes from the Quinta. Quentin is available and responds quickly if needed. The roof top is lovely in the evening and the pool is welcome.

Fantastic place with plenty of space, large living room and fast internet and amazing private rooftop. The location of the condo is the best!!! And the common areas with the pool are wonderful. This place is the best and highly recommended!
