Very comfortable and nice stay, perfect for the family

Ricardo was very kind to us from the moment we arrived. He also lent us his beach umbrellas. The only thing we didn't like was that the pool in the photos looks like it has lights, but when we arrived they weren't on. Otherwise, the place was very nice and clean.

I would visit LaPaz again just to stay at this home with my family! It was hot outside but the home and pool kept us cool and happy. Ricardo was kind and very responsive! Thank you so much Ricardo!

We absolutely loved our time at this charming Airbnb in the El Centro neighborhood of La Paz. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the Malecon, local shops, Mercado Nicholas Bravo (highly recommended for local cuisine, fresh fruits/meats), pharmacies, and fantastic restaurants serving fresh seafood and local fare. It's quiet and cozy, which made it a perfect retreat after days exploring local hikes and beaches (Playa El Tecolote/Tecolotito/Playa El Merito, Cerro de La Calavera). The house itself was thoughtfully equipped: comfortable beds, full kitchen with a large fridge, and an adequate dining area for enjoying family meals. The pool was a great addition that allowed the kids to hang out and cool off. Our host (Ricardo) was super responsive, providing great tips on nearby spots and ensuring check-in was seamless. If you're looking for an authentic, convenient base in La Paz, this is it. We'd book again in a heartbeat! 5 stars all around.

Great location near the Malecon but outside of the resort bubble! Parking was easy both inside the garage and on the street, and the stay is easily accessible to beaches outside the city (Balandra, Tecolote). The back patio was great for hanging out, eating dinner and lounging in/by the pool. Ricardo was super helpful ahead of time with restaurant recommendations and very attentive during our stay (he lives next door). We had some issues with the solar water heater and only had warm showers on the last few days when it was sunny, but Ricardo was working to get the propane backup heater working throughout our stay. Wifi was too slow to stream anything on the TV, but suitable for trip planning purposes.

Ricardo’s place was excellent. Access to the property was seamless, and Ricardo was a gracious and attentive host. He checked in periodically throughout our stay and was always responsive whenever something needed attention. The home is conveniently located about ten blocks from the Malecón. It was clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty of space for my family to relax and enjoy our time together. The checkout process was also very straightforward. I would absolutely consider staying here again in the future.

The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The pool is very large and the patio area is spacious and pleasant. The living room, kitchen and dining room are perfect for large groups and have board games. Super comfortable beds and the perfect climate inside the house.

The accommodation is just like the photos, we did not use the pool, but it looked in excellent condition. We had a situation that was out of Ricardo's hands, and he was always attentive, he did everything he could to help us. Our bad luck was that it rained a lot the days we were there and we had some leaks, but Ricardo was able to fix it the same day. Since it's a place where it doesn't rain much, it's understandable that this type of thing happens.

A beautiful and inviting house.

Ricardo's house was spacious and clean and pleasantly decorated. We felt very comfortable there relaxing after some long, hot beach days (hooray for A/C and the cold pool!). The sounds of the neighborhood didn't bother us, but the rooms were rather bright at night. Fortunately we had eyeshades, so not a major issue. Having a covered and secure parking spot was a nice perk! Ricardo was very responsive and friendly.

Our stay at Ricardo’s place was wonderful! Spacious, clean and so comfortable. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed cooking in the wonderful kitchen. Ricardo was always available to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Ricardo is a great host. He was very responsive and helpful. The beds are quite firm which was fine with me. One of the few negative things were the dogs around that barked a lot. One next door appeared to be chained up without the owner around. But still well worth it.

Ricardo is a great host to stay with. His place is very walkable to the Malecon and part of a good neighborhood and he is very helpful and understanding if you have needs while you are there. We had 3 family members get food poisoning one night and he helped us with fresh laundry and to get soiled sheets cleaned right away. The location is great with only one issue at the apartments next door they have a dog that barks nonstop late into the night. Ricardo’s house has lots of privacy but if you struggle to sleep bring ear plugs or ear buds because it is a city and you may hear the dog or nightlife. A+ rating for this host and the place is really lovely and very true to the description. WiFi is very fast and we greatly appreciated the jug of drinking water. We would stay here again.

I stayed in la Paz for 5 weeks and we had an incredible time. It’s close to so many great restaurants, has a garage for parking and lots of towels and other amenities. The pool and backyard gave a great vibe! Great host too! He was constantly answering my questions and had so many recommendations for us. My kids and I will definitely come back!

If you are in La Paz this is your go to home. This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and it was definitely a great experience. This home is beautiful, clean and in a great location. Very close to the malecon. The host is great very attentive, gave great suggestions and all around a great host. Check in and check out process was very easy! I will definitely be staying here when I’m back in La Paz.

Ricardo was a wonderful host and his home is so lovely. The space is bright and clean and enjoyable to spend time in and the back patio of the pool was also excellent. We got ready for a wedding there and all of the large mirrors and natural lighting were perfect. Ricardo was responsive to all our needs and we will gladly book this home again :)

We loved Ricardo's place! Very good location a few minutes from the pier, very downtown. It has a garage with an electric gate to store the car and the area feels safe. The house is very tidy and with clear instructions, the pool is a plus! Ricardo was always very attentive, very good communication and also very kind, he recommended places, and lent us a hielera that was very useful. We would definitely stay here again, in addition to everything the beds are very comfortable, 10/10 ☺️

Ricardo is such a great host and the home is fantastic. Perfect location within walking distance of the core downtown area. The house is on a nice safe street and has a huge outdoor living space with a big pool perfect for family get together. Ricardo was extremely attentive to any way he could help including letting us borrow an umbrella as we forgot ours in Cabo. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Mil gracias Ricardo!!
