Jean Francois was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating. He recommended some exceptional restaurants and guided us to a few great experiences we likely would not have found on our own. The roof top deck and private pool were much appreciated. The space is bright and spacious and a real gem. Highly recommend!

Great house, we were there with a bunch of friends and we all felt like the house was everything that we expected and more. Jean was very easy to reach to and he always responded fast to our questions. The house is very close to the street with all the restaurants and bars, close to awesome food trucks and coffee places. The house provided enough privacy for all and still few great areas to hang out. The house was clean and very tastefully decorated and designed.

My friends and I stayed at Jean’s place for my bachelorette trip in Mexico, and we had the best experience! The home was exactly as described. Clean, spacious, and perfect for a group. Jean was a great host, super responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We felt safe and well taken care of the entire stay. Excellent stay at Jean François' villa. Responsive and attentive team. The villa is as described and the neighborhood is very quiet despite the proximity of the commercial arteries. It is possible to move around easily on foot for amenities, restaurants, convenience stores etc. The pool is very good and clean. The small outer house (additional room) is welcoming and creates a unique experience in the heart of Tulum. Thanks again for hosting us, we enjoyed our stay

I choose this villa to host my bachorlette party and so glad that I did! When searching for a villa in Tulum I found it difficult to find a place that seemed safe as me and my bridesmaids were concerned about safety. The area La veleta is very safe and has so many great local restaurants and cafes. Jean was an awesome host and was very reliable. This vila is very neat and clean and aesthetically designed, spacious, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Jean is very responsive, anytime we had question and gave us a very nice tour of the place. We were so surprised and glad to have him greet us at the door. I am very much satisfied with my stay here at casa sun in soul!!

We loved staying at Jean-francois's place. Interesting location between the town and the beach. Great restaurants, taco stand, coffee shops, and bakery all within a couple block. Jean-Francois also had grat recommendations for cenotes and a beach club.

Our group had an amazing stay at Jean-François’ villa! The location is great, and the villa itself it’s extremely spacious and perfect for a larger group. Jean-François and concierge team were very responsive with any requests we had during the trip.

Perfect stay for a bachelorette or group! Loved all the high ceilings and spacious rooms. Easy to walk to cafes, taco stands, and grocery stands nearby.
