Joshua

Villa Hyacinth was an unforgettable stay. The views across Lake Atitlán to the volcanoes are spectacular, and the beautiful house, gardens, lakefront and private dock make the estate feel like a destination in itself. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the jacuzzi lovely and hot. Arrival was smooth, communication was clear, and Joshua and René made us feel welcome and well cared for. We had no issues with insects, water or electricity during our stay. There are substantial stairs from the road, so keep that in mind when planning your arrival. They weren’t a problem for us, and we loved the privacy and natural setting. This is a place to slow down, enjoy the lake and spend time together. We absolutely loved the estate and would happily return. If you’re looking for a memorable private retreat on Lake Atitlán, Villa Hyacinth is a wonderful choice.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful. From the arrangements and communications I had with Joshua and the team to the beautiful home with everything we needed. We celebrated my sisters and best friends birthday and the local chef came to make us dinner which was delicious and beautifully presented. The team also arranged for a birthday cake to be delivered and our table to be beaufuly decorated. We ended up parking on the premises although it was about 300 stairs to get to the house. The team was there to help us with our suitcases and bags. We witnessed a beautiful sunrise and the natural surroundings of this property made everything even better. I simply can't thank the team enough for such a beautiful evening. Rene was also available for us for whatever we needed. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
