Excellent condo in a quiet and comfortable setting in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Walkable to everything in Playa del Carmen - great to have a rental car if one wants to explore the rest of Riviera Maya.

Great place and location

What a beautiful condo. We loved everything about the place. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Terrific kitchen. Loved having the washer and dryer. First time in Playa and the location was absolutely perfect. The pool was great and never too crowded. Host was super responsive and flexible as were the staff onsite. Just book it! I’d absolutely stay again.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It has two common pools for the building that guarantee you peace of mind in the middle of downtown Playa del Carmen. You're meters from 5th with access to a promenade and restaurants. I went with my kids and it only has a projector in the dining room. It has parking, which is a luxury for that area, and everything is organized for entering and exiting the building. I'd come back here.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. My absolute favorite place to be bleach morning was the balcony. The chairs are comfy and there is full shade. Each morning I would sit and read my book with a coffee to start my day. I would go back just to sit there each morning. The condo was very well stocked with kitchenware. Shampoo, conditioner and soap were provided. The rooms were clean and cool! As hosts, Johnny and Juliana are top notch. Proactive and responsive. The only detractor for me was the nearby beach. It’s more of a boat/fishing beach and not exactly the best for kids to swim and play. That said, we took the 15 min walk to Mamitas with kids in tow and had a blast. Thank you!

Within walking distance of all the action (restaurants/shopping/beach). I was happy there was a washer & dryer with laundry soap provided. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The surround sound was awesome & I like the movie projector to watch movies on. I would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Beautiful balcony view of the courtyard pool and the ocean, comfortable furniture, and equipped kitchen if you want to cook. The pool is really nice as well. Excellent location close to Quinta Avenida/5th Avenue. Host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

This property is beautiful and very well decorated. It was super clean, and the view from the condo is just amazing. It's really close to everything, which makes it a great choice for anyone looking for a comfy and well-equipped stay. We had everything we needed and had a fantastic time. I highly recommend!
