Very nice house, very well maintained and tidy with many details and amenities. I really liked it and my family did too. We would love to return soon. Also, Juanita was always attentive and the beach club was great!!... In short, everything was excellent, without any drawbacks

I highly recommend! Great location and wonderful amenities on site. The home is stunning and just as beautiful as the photos. We enjoyed cooking meals on the rooftop and watching the sunset from the beach which is a 2 minute walk away.

This place was awesome. Super modern and clean. We went with our kids and had just the best time. The small pool at the house is perfect for a quick dip and to relax. We loved the roof top terrace for grilling out or just watching the sunset. The beach club felt like a dream. Easy walk. Beach was super nice and never crowded. The pool and lounge chairs were so easy and fun. And the B Nayar beach club and restaurant were honestly pretty dang great! Bucerias is nearby and has a ton of great food and drink. And the host was so kind and responsive. We would love to get back!

The house the hosts were absolutely lovely ! The house is spacious and immaculate. The hosts were immediately responsive to our inquiries and so very kind. The house is several blocks from the beach and there is no view of the ocean from the house. We could walk to The beach club which was beautiful. There is a lot of construction noise from a lot of construction projects that surround the house so it wasn’t very peaceful during the weekdays. We loved the Sunday market in La Cruz and the private beaches is Punta De Mita and Litibu.

A family Christmas to remember in a beautiful home! We all loved the space and vibe of Fernando’s home… simply put it is STUNNING! Juana, the host was incredibly kind and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The home has so much space and privacy and is very well appointed and was as described. Literally the only small complaints we had were- it was quite difficult to get in the security gate (we used Ubers) even after the same guard saw us at least 3 times, and our Uber would often get sent to the other gate. The other thing we thought the home was lacking was some full length mirrors, another set of towels would be most welcome and some acrylic glasses for around the pool. These are all quite minor things and really did not detract from our stay. I would definitely recommend renting a car as getting an Uber to that area can be incredibly tricky. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us. We truly loved it and hope to return.

The house is amazing. It is very spacious, clean, with a beautiful design and everything is very comfortable. We loved the pool, we spent a lot of time there, and the owners' service was excellent, always attentive and very friendly. The house has everything you need to enjoy yourself. The only thing I would improve is that there were some ants in the kitchen, but other than that, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back.

I only hesitate to write this review because I'm afraid that too many positive reviews would make this place impossible for me to stay at in the future. The house is truly gorgeous. It is nicer than the pictures. We really didn't want to leave. The house has such a cool design and is really well laid out. There isn't a much better feeling than barbecuing on the rooftop in the morning, hopping into the backyard pool after eating, heading to the beach club in the afternoon, and hanging out in the comfy living room after a nice dinner. It is about a 4 minute walk to the beach club (downhill there and uphill back). The pools there are beautiful and the staff is friendly. It is quiet, so don't expect a party atmosphere. Juanita was exceptional, responding quickly and was very friendly. The pool was cleaned at least once during our stay. Checkout was simple and flexible. I can't say enough about how much I loved this place. My whole family says they wish they were still there.

The house is spectacular, very comfortable and just as you can see in the photographs. It's quite spacious and the pool is the best part of everything, we enjoyed it quite a bit. We look forward to returning soon.

We had a great stay at Fernando's place! The house is beautiful - very clean - and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool at the house for relaxing in the afternoons / evenings! The beds are very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The Club pool / beach access is an easy walk down the street and has decent food for lunch and good drinks. The location is great for exploring the area - it was pretty easy to drive everywhere we needed to go. They are still doing construction in the area and looks like they will be for awhile so you do hear some construction noises during the day but it wasn't too bad and didn't disturb us. The only suggestion we have is to consider adding a TV in the main area. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

the accommodation was 5 star. very large, very pristine, furnishings first class. beds so comfortable. loved the private back yard with beautiful salt water pool. a short 5 minute walk to the beach club with several pools and comfortable chaise lounges. the beach club restaurant had a good menu and very friendly staff. nice walks along the seashore. Fernando was very nice to deal with and responded to our needs within 15 minutes. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Juana & Fernando were amazing hosts, very responsive and helpful. We asked for highchairs for the babies and they purchased 2 before we arrived. They helped us with groceries when we arrived and were flexible on our late check out. We stayed for 12 nights and loved every minute of it! There were two families (4 adults, 2 kids and 2 babies). The house was beautiful, comfortable and very stalked with essentials, the pool was a good size and the perfect temperature, the beach club and ocean were so close and not busy at all! We went into La Cruz and Bucerías, both close Uber rides away. Both towns were great, good food and great beaches! One thing is that one of the "bedrooms" doesn't have a door to it and is open so there were only three actual bedrooms which we didn't know until we got there, but other than that I would 100% recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We can't wait to come back.

It’s a dreamhouse indeed! Very well equipped, great design, super comfortable, clean, private, the mattresses are wonderful and the pool is everything! The thing is that you just don’t want to leave!! We loved!

We had an amazing time at this place! I came with my family to rest and spend time together, and the stay was very comfortable. It was very well equipped with everything you need and more, and they were always available for any questions or anything we needed. Everything was very nice and clean. The pool was the best! We had 2 small children with us and they spent their time playing in the pool, which was at a perfect temperature 👌🏼 We hope to be back soon to enjoy a great vacation again! Fernando's place is spectacular! Well appointed on every level. I visited with my two son's and had such a great time. It is designed very well with all the details you could possibly need. It is very spacious and very comfortable. We would have loved to stay longer. Fernando is a remarkable host and extremely attentive to any questions or needs. I would love to visit again.

What a beautiful, modern place. The beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning is cold. And the furniture and such is beautifully appointed. The pool was bigger than expected and the perfect temp. Thanks for having us Fernando!

Fernando's place was beautiful, and he was a very accommodating host. The house is not far from Bucerias, which hosts some great restaurants, cafes, and lots of variety for groceries. Would highly recommend having a car as the location is not walkable. There is beach club access with some great pools. Fernando's place is equipped with everything you need to live comfortably and enjoy your stay.

It is an unparalleled place, a very tasteful house and everything is new, equipped with everything you need to feel at home, in a very nice area. The pool and beach area with all its services at 100! And the hosts, not to mention! They were always attentive to us, very friendly and accessible. I would definitely put this place as my TOP 1 on Airbnb

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is very spacious and clean. It’s well appointed with all the little luxuries like fluffy big towels and nice linens and rain showers, and a well equipped kitchen. We could use the resort facilities and it was a pretty easy walk into the town. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Many thanks Fernando.
