The place looks exactly like the pictures. The view was incredible, and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful stay.

The property is exactly as shown in the photos of the ad. The garden is spacious, the common area is comfortable. The pool is a very good temperature. The kitchen is a bit old and the bathrooms are very small, but it was not a problem for us. The house is very clean. Daniel and Isabel's service is excellent, always friendly and willing to make the visit pleasant. The area is nice, close to downtown by car and walking distance to some good restaurants.

Very nice house, very well located, with a warm pool, beautiful garden, with very good service from the hosts who provided us with everything, even support to make breakfasts, meals and cleaning that we requested in addition, it is ideal for groups! Highly recommended! They let us arrive earlier and leave a little later than scheduled.

We had a great time, the pool was at an ideal temperature, my 5 and 2 year old children loved the pool and the garden, we were in the house all day, we didn't have to go out at all. Mr. Daniel and Isabel were always attentive to us and kept the house impeccable throughout our stay. The house is just like the photos, even better in person. We already want to return.

The house exceeded my expectations, it is in excellent condition, very clean and beautiful!! The icing on the cake were Isabel and Daniel!! They are super helpful from the moment you arrive until you leave, they took care of preparing everything for us and helping us at all times. They made our stay unique. I'll definitely be back!!

Carlos' house is very nice, conveniently located, and has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the garden area and the pool The cleanliness of the entire property stands out, and the excellent service from Isabel and Daniel, who make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Isabel helped us with breakfast and is a great cook. In our case, we also enjoyed its location that allows hiking and has a paddle club within walking distance. It is definitely a property we will return to

A very nice, pleasant and quiet residence. My two kids had a really fun time. The house has all the amenities that are advertised, so we were able to adapt and feel at home almost immediately. Mr. Daniel and his wife were always attentive and made our stay a warm and very pleasant experience. We'll be back soon!!

The stay is very nice, comfortable and ideal for resting. It's a very quiet area, which allows you to be calm, without any noise. The pool area is comfortable, the water was nice. The staff that welcomes you is very friendly, and they are available if you need anything. They prepared a good breakfast (for a price you pay directly to them), which was great. Overall it is a place that I recommend, and I would return to spend a weekend at the pool relaxing.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay in this house. We were on Christmas-the well-equipped kitchen with an oven, dining room, and spacious living room were all we needed to celebrate wonderfully. An amazing place I'm sure I'll be back to! Like the name of the house, a complete paradise. The photos and description fall short, each space was not only comfortable, clean and perfectly designed but the view of the Tepozteco is spectacular. I went with my family and I can say that it is one of the best places I have rented on Airbnb since we were able to rest, enjoy the pool and garden, eat with incredible views and more. This place is a complete oasis that also differs from others due to the attention and help of Daniel and Isabel, who make you feel at home, take care of EVERYTHING, and are the friendliest and most attentive people we have ever met. Finally, I would say that Carlos the host always responded quickly and made sure that we were received in the best way. I can't wait to come back because this place has it all!

Carlos and the Concierge team were great at communicating. The place was peaceful and very close to the town center. It was exactly as shown in the pictures and what my family and I were looking for. The staff were very helpful and assisted us with our request. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

Carlos's place is really lovely. You can tell that he and his family have great taste. It is in all the details from the swimming pool to the plateware to the candles in the fireplace. The caretakers, Daniel and Isabel, are very kind and available for whatever you need and obviously do a wonderful job caring for the property and they are not at all intrusive. Daniel basically comes to clean the yard and uncover the pool for you in the morning and covers it and turns off the lights in the evening and Isabel is available to cook and clean in the house but we didn't opt for that because we were only there for two nights. This stay is definitely worth the price and I would go back in a heartbeat. It is quite surprising to me that it's not booked every weekend-- an ideal escape from Mexico City with a beautiful garden full of many tropical birds, a heated pool and a view of the mountains.

The house has an amazing view, in a quiet area and close to the access to the Venaditos waterfall. Very nice heated pool. Yes, there are ants, but that's normal for a house near the hill. The two people who do the common cleaning live inside, and they are very attentive and respectful of privacy. Overall a good place for a weekend!

Charming place. The house is very well located and is much nicer than what you can see in the pictures. Everything is very clean and has everything you need. The view of the mountains is spectacular. We really enjoyed eating at the outdoor garden table. Mr. Daniel and Ms. Isabel's service was excellent. They were very attentive and very respectful. They maintained all the hygiene and distancing measures required by the pandemic. Communication with Carlos was very good. He quickly resolved all our doubts. We are very hopeful that we can return soon.

A very large garden, everything is very clean, everything you need for a pleasant weekend. Great view of one of the mountains. They helped us at all times, the pool at perfect temperature, board games, pay tv. Just a small ants issue on a small kitchen terrace. I would recommend having 3 tooth plug adapters as they are only two.

My only recommendations would be that, in winter, they should offer the option of extra blankets, and that there should be a bathroom outside the bedrooms, if needed. The house is very nice, everything super clean, maybe a bathroom in the pool area would not be bad, the mattresses of the beds are a little uncomfortable but I think that's not inconvenient for the beautiful view and beautiful house. The people who take care of the house, especially Mr. Daniel, were very attentive and kind. However, his wife was suddenly a bit intrusive. She was very attentive to any movement we made, which made us feel uncomfortable. The owner's service is always friendly and timely.
