This Airbnb was clean and spacious. We rented all 5 rooms. The rooms were clean and the beds had warm blankets. The lady that had the key was prompt and helpful. We enjoyed the living room and kitchen as gathering areas for all the guests.

Amazing stay!! Its modern and elegant design is very clean and conveys a pleasant home atmosphere. Without a doubt, an excellent option to enjoy as a family because it has enough elements to prepare the meals of the day and its rooms equipped to sleep without being cold with clean beds. A magical idea to spend an afternoon as a family preparing the campfire and creating unforgettable memories.

Everything was very good, only slight inconvenience was that the person that welcomed us and gave instructions didn’t speak any English. Luckily our tour guide from a former trip was able to come and help us translate so we could understand all the information.

in general, the house meets expectations, but personally I understand that I did not have the Wi-Fi that was promised and they were not able to repair it or at least the attention to respond to my multiple messages reporting this situation. I do Home office and it affected me too much not to have something they advertise. Another unpleasant issue is that they stopped for the keys to check in at the house but never showed up. I think the place is good, but these details are very different from the experience .

Good morning, thank you very much for your review, first of all I apologize for the internet problem, but as Regina told you, it was a problem with the cable provider (megactable), which started to fail just the day you entered the house. They were reported very many times with them and the relevant complaints were made but unfortunately they did not go to repair it during their stay, I guess because the end of the year crossed. They arrived a few days later and they told us it was a cable from the outside that was broken. An apology again, but it was not something that was in our hands to fix, if not with pleasure. It's great that you liked the house and we really felt the inconvenience of the internet. We still hope you'll visit us again some other time. Regards

Everything was as described wn the ad was described. Unlike many other homes, this one is new and with furniture, sheets, practically new accessories, and top quality. We had a great time.

beautiful house! We loved the size of the rooms and common areas, very nice decoration and cozy atmosphere. It is very well located, between 7 and 10 minutes walking you can reach the center, I do not recommend asking for a taxi or using a car for this journey. The garage is good for one car, or two type of sedan tight and struggling a bit, but if they fit. It is very well equipped, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, ice in the freezer, heaters in the rooms, enough towels, pillows, sheets, bedspreads and firewood for the fireplace, among other things. you can reach the house and use it immediately without having to go to the store for anything else except for food and water. Highly recommended!

The house is great and even better than in the photos, we stayed 2 nights and I tell you that if you want to go to rest and sleep late, it will be impossible because in the surroundings there are many roosters that start to sing from 4:30 am until 7:00 am approximately, but the house itself is 100% recommended.

We loved staying at Casa Pueblo Paraíso. The house is just as seen in the photos, even better. The cleanliness was a 100, as was the communication with Regina. The only drawback we had was that the listing mentions that it includes an iron, and there wasn't one. Other than that, everything was perfect. We highly recommend staying at this house, especially if you are a large group as was our case, since there were 17 of us and a puppy.
