The place was spacious and looked very safe. The backyard was nice. It was tidy, and you could see trees and sometimes animals like birds, iguanas and howler monkeys. I recommend bringing repellent, since you couldn't spend much time in the backyard without it. The mosquitoes bit a lot. I also recommend bringing plug-in repellents or things with a strong smell to keep them away. On the first day, there was no electricity due to work being done in the area, but they let us know before we arrived. There was also a problem with the air conditioning in two bedrooms upstairs, and they sent a technician the next day, who fixed it. If you want cleaning, it's paid separately, and I recommend coordinating the days and times in advance. You can easily get to downtown and the beach. There's a short stretch of dirt road, but any vehicle can drive on it. I also recommend checking the pool in the morning. Since there are wild animals, they made it dirty one day, and we had to call for special cleaning.
