We really had a great time. Everything was very nice and clean, except for a couple of dirty towels, some windows in poor condition, a door that was very loose, a toilet door that was only held by a hinge, and mosquito nets in poor condition. The view was spectacular, the pool water was warm and very pleasant, and the fact that it has speakers is great. You can really relax. Yes, I highly recommend it.

Excellent house, everything was very nice. The host was always attentive to everything and gave good recommendations of all kinds. The only thing is that there are a lot of bugs, but that's normal because it's a house in the mountains. Everything is perfect.

If you are looking for a secluded spot with easy access to all major towns this is the place for you. The layout and pool were awesome- just a reminder you are in the wildlife but that didn’t stop us! The views are amazing. Gabriel was really responsive to all our urgent needs and a cleaning lady even came mid week! We loved this property and would stay again!

A very nice house to rest with the family, the delicious beds and the heated pool. It has a very nice view of the lake.

Very comfortable house although the access street is not paved. The house is excellent for a family of 8-10 members, there are many bathrooms. The pool is warm, so it's very enjoyable. The only thing is that the house is in the mountains and there are many insects that can appear in the bedrooms.

I loved the accommodation, but it needs to be fumigated because there are MANY insects. The pool in the photos looks large, but in reality it is small. The air conditioning of the pool is good, the beds are great, but in the bedroom with the bunk beds, it needs to be fumigated a lot. We had big spiders and it's better to buy a repellent. In general, you sleep very comfortably and enjoy the stay a lot. I loved it! I would come back :)

Everything is great, they should just leave or warn you to take raid because there are many scorpions and spiders (obviously it's normal for the hill) but to take precautions.

Just a heads-up: there’s no AC, only fans, so plan accordingly if you’re visiting during warmer months. Since it’s in the mountains, expect a few insects and wildlife! Overall, a great spot to unwind and enjoy nature.

I really like the place. Nearby spots in the riviera of Chapala, around 5 min to San Juan Cosalá and 20 min to Ajijic. The pictures are quite accurate and the host was always friendly and replied quickly. We would definitely go back to this calm and cozy place.

We enjoyed the house as a family. There are spaces for children, young people and adults. All the bedrooms are well distributed, except the small one with bunk beds, which is like a place where they said someone will sleep there, but in general everything is very good

The place is very comfortable for you a large group of friends. We used four of the five bedrooms available; all of them clean and with a full bathroom so it was nice. The fifth bedroom is not very usable given that's rather small in comparison with the others and the top bunk bed is too close to the ceiling (and fan). This did not impact our group given get w didn't make use of this room. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool just beware there's no shade so it may be a little too sunny for some people. We also made use of the grill, we used the the deck's dinning table the most because it has a great view of the lake. Overall it's a cool place.

Everything tidy and clean, heated pool

The place has common areas with a view of Lake Chapala, the pool and terrace are very nice, enough for the people who were there, the bedrooms are separated and have bathrooms, some insects and spiders are in the house since it is in the countryside so you have to be careful. Overall we had a great time and the price paid met our expectations very well.

Gabriel's house is as shown in the photos, super clean, easy to get to, the beds are super comfortable, the pool is super warm and if you like contact with nature... this is the place!!! Well, it has incredible views and is surrounded by plants and vegetation, we will definitely be back!

very pleasant place, peaceful the water in the pool is excellent, only no day was it cleaned as a leveling of ph aspiration of impurities that go to the bottom and those things the place is very nice, the rooms are very comfortable, an oxxo wax, mercaditos etc. to buy what you need carry insecticide and repellent, since as it is in nature it is obvious that there are insects overall a pleasant and quiet stay

The photos do not do justice to how beautiful the house is, it has an incredible view of the lake, super comfortable rooms and beds, it is perfect for vacationing with the family, it has several terraces, pool and a very large garden; only it is not very recommended for elderly people or who need help on stairs because there are many. The host is super attentive and responds immediately

Great place and great view of Lake Chapala

The house is so beautiful. It has a beautiful view of lake Chapala. Everything was wonderful, the house is somewhat on a hill, and feels really private. I’d stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed the stay, they were all very happy. The house is just like in the photos, it has a great design and we received it very clean. The view is fabulous and the terrace a great place. The pool was perfect, beautifully heated. It has a great horn system and the kitchen was super well equipped. Yes there are many insects but nothing that will bother us, I found it understandable because the area is like that and the house is between vegetation. The area is very quiet and the beds seemed very comfortable, we slept very well. They were attentive to us. Some details were that mosquito nets were a little broken and that it has a stove but the flame was low and I don't think we could have cooked comfortably. But overall we had a great stay, we highly recommend!

Our stay at the House was very pleasant, from the punctual reception, the impeccable facilities, everything clean and tasteful, the pool with warm and very clean water, the new equipment, the terraces with incredible views of the Chapala lagoon. This is a quiet and safe place, with excellent attention with an attentive host at all times. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The house is on the hill and has beautiful views of the lagoon, both from the garden and from the dining room, which is on a terrace at the top of the house. We went during a very hot season, so our favorite place was the pool. Thank you, Juan and Gabriel, for your attention and help.

We stayed at Gabriel's house as a group of friends. We were looking for tranquility and rest, a beautiful place surrounded by nature, and we found it. The view is spectacular and the house is beautiful. Absolutely nothing is missing. The pool is lovely and the beds are super comfortable. Definitely recommended if you are looking to disconnect from the noise of the city and let yourself be enveloped by the sounds of nature.

We loved the house. It's beautiful. The mattresses and rooms are spectacular, and Juan's service is amazing!! The kitchen is equipped with utensils (pots, pans, etc.) but it has no napkins, salt, or oil. Why bring all those supplies? But overall, it's AMAZING: the location, beds, warm pool, rooms, view, service. Great for family or friends.
