The house is cozy and has very spacious areas, perfect for a large family or group of friends to visit. There were no problems with the check-in or during the stay. There was no need for further contact.

Excellent for taking your entire family. It has spacious rooms, each with a bathroom and shower. My son, nephews and sisters enjoyed it very much.

Just like the photos and better. The place is comfortable, spacious and very well equipped, all the rooms have air conditioning and you can see that it is well maintained. If you're hesitating to book, don't think too much about it: what you see is what you get. Ideal for relaxing and spending a few very comfortable days, it is located 10 minutes by car from Paseo Montejo and also within walking distance of places and restaurants in the center. The host's service is 10 out of 10, always attentive, the area is safe, highly recommended.

Francisco and Maria are great hosts. They were really responsive and quick to resolve any issues that arose. Casa Talavera was more than what we expected. Will definitely be coming back.

Several colleagues stayed in the house, in general everything was fine, only that they had problems with the electricity, and what was an issue beyond the control of the guests and the host, the stay was not entirely pleasant. Everything else is fine.

The house is nice, it has a good patio space to spend time together, the beds are comfortable, a good location near Avenida Montejo, you could say that the house is practically new.

Place that makes you feel at home, Great attention from the host. It also has a privileged location that allows you to move around downtown Merida in a few minutes.

The house is just as it is in the photos. A beautiful and quiet place to relax, but at the same time with a great location to get to know. Hosts are very nice, always on the lookout and answer pretty quick.
