The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Some small details, but nothing that can't be fixed. The jacuzzi and pool are spectacular. The jacuzzi is extremely relaxing and a good size. Regina was always attentive to everything, with clear and timely communication at all times. The cleanliness is good. There are basic cooking utensils, and nothing is missing. In my opinion, the beds are comfortable.

Regina was always helpful and attentive. The place is identical to the pictures. The subdivision is very quiet, has shops, and is very easy to access. The house is very cozy and spacious. The amenities, such as the pool table, are a super plus. My nephews and all of us in general had a great time, and we are very much looking forward to returning.

It is a very spacious house, super clean, and has everything you need to have fun, play, eat and rest. We spent a few very good days!!! The Jacuzzi is always warm, you can get in at any time. The pool water was also at a very good temperature. The large garden and the Billiards are very cool! Regina, the host, was very friendly and attentive to all our needs and questions. Thank you Regis!! This is the second time we have rented it and we will return on more occasions because we loved the house and all its amenities!!

We loved our stay with my family and me, the pool and heated jacuzzi are a plus, plus the jacuzzi is under a palapa, so we weren't bothered by the rain or excessive sun. Consider that there are no towels for the pool, that's the only thing I would add. Regina was super helpful at all times.

My family and I loved it. 100% recommended, Regina is always very friendly, accessible and helpful at all times. The pool and jacuzzi water are heated, my 2-year-old was playing very comfortably until 10 pm. Everything was very clean and private, which is the best. We'll definitely be back!

The accommodation is amazing, ideal to relax, unwind and enjoy with friends and/or family. The temperature of the pool and the jacuzzi make you want to stay there all day, the best part is that you don't pay extra for the boiler like in other places. The accommodation is impeccable, the photos don't do it justice and the kitchen is very well equipped, it has many utensils that I had never seen in other accommodations. Regina was always attentive, responded super fast, was very helpful and very kind. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back very soon.

Loved the house as shown in the pictures. The house has everything you need for your stay you should not worry about almost nothing since you find everything there. I loved that the pool was heated and not said about the jacuzzi (it was at the perfect temperature) so I could still be at night. Regina was always on the lookout and was quick to answer any questions or things that might arise. The area in which it is located is very nice and very safe. Personally I would return without a thought

Palapa Cocoyoc was as it comes in the description! We loved it! The place is super quiet, away from the bustle and very comfortable to enjoy as a family. It has a huge running garden, a grill to make a roast meat, the super hot pool, and a pool table to play with. If you go with kids it's the ideal place for them to play, they have lots of movies for them, and board games. The rooms are quite large with super comfortable beds and super clean sheets (rare to find something like this) <3 Regina was always very kind, she was attentive to us and her responses to our questions or needs were immediate! Thank you very much! 100% recommend the place :)

Regina's attention at all times is incredible, which is sure to fully enjoy the amenities of the house. It is in a safe, quiet and very nice area. The house itself feels very safe since it has a lot of surveillance. The interior is super cared for and very nice. The beds and the pool is excellent. We had some issues with the water but Regina I take care of solving it as soon as possible. I went with a group of friends and the truth we had an amazing time. I would certainly book again.😊

A very pleasant experience. The host Regi was super friendly, since we contacted her she was always attentive to all requests, she was very flexible to our requests. The people who maintain the house left everything in excellent condition very kind to the questions we had. The whole house was spotless since you entered the patio with the green and cut grass, the pool and the jacuzzi with the clean water, warm transparent,the Caldera was the best. The kitchen was all clean and ready to use there is everything to prepare food, dishes, pots. the room very comfortable. The perfect cabinets, comfortable mattresses, clean with their own bathroom each had soap, shampoo, and towels. I felt welcome and my family and I had a great time. I didn't want to leave and I'll be back soon. Thank you for everything.

The equipped kitchen, there are board games, the heated pool with a delicious jacuzzi, they have a horn and a grill. From vdd we are fascinated with everything and also nearby there are restaurant and shopping services which make last minute shopping easier.

The house is very nice, very practical and cozy. The pool and jacuzzi have a very good temperature. There is a large, well-kept garden with enough sunbeds. The outdoor dining area is very nice for enjoying the outdoors. We really enjoyed the bikes for going out for a ride. The host was attentive, flexible, helpful and friendly and always responded promptly to any needs or questions that came up. On another occasion, I would again consider staying at this house a good option.

We loved our stay at Palapa Cocoyoc. The house is in a very nice and safe residential development, and we were able to go for a walk without any problems. Overall, the house is very well equipped and the kitchen had a Nutribullet, a barbecue, and a large coffee maker. We played pool and took advantage of the jacuzzi, the pool and the sun loungers. It's a very pleasant house to spend the weekend, and if we come back, we would definitely stay there again.
