Loved Gabriela’s place. Located in a very private and secure area. Location was walking distance to coffee, restaurants, groceries and convenience stores. The interior was clean and beautifully decorated. The highlight was the exterior. The plunge pool and outdoor tub surrounded by trees and bird sounds was perfect. No one would be disappointed with this place.

The villa was beautiful and serene once we found it, it truly felt like stepping into a magical world. The Mayan inspired design and all the little details spread throughout the property made it feel both unique and peaceful. The host was kind and professional from start to finish, and communication was easy throughout. They were very helpful in providing directions, answering questions, and setting up everything we needed for a smooth stay. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Tulum who's looking for a quiet, relaxing escape with great hospitality.

We spent 5 nights here in late March 2026. The villa is beautiful and exactly as described. The neighborhood is amazing with so many walkable restaurants, amenities and services. You will feel completely safe. The common area pool might not be for everyone, it is in a very dark area and not entirely clean. So make sure beach clubs are on your to-do list. We tried several restaurants from Gaby’s suggested list and all were amazing. The communication for concierge was not always timely or clear and we prefer only communicating through the airBNB app instead of off the platform. That said, we started communicating many days before our trip so getting airport transfers and a beach club booked was completed before we arrived. We booked other reservations and services on our own as it just seemed easier and faster. In the end, you will love this place and its location. Only a 15 min ATV ride to the beach !

The gated community that this condo is in is perfect for walks (gyms nearby, restaurants nearby, shopping nearby— all walkable). The location is perfect too, in between Downtown Tulum and Tulum beach. Each about a 10 minute easy drive! We especially loved the garden area, and being able to shower with the sliding glass door open— it’s like showering in the jungle. 10/10 experience overall, we loved Tulum and Gaby’s place was such a cornerstone of the memory. LOVED this location, absolutely beautiful, stunning building, and apt villa. From the entry to the front door and the overall space, this place was amazing. Loved the private plunge pool, garden area, and private outdoor bathtub. The 2x stunning showers, beautiful kitchen, and lovely bedrooms. I was only here at the end of my trip and for 2x nights, 3 days out of my 9-day trip. I would have booked this spot for the whole trip! It's also super close to DT Tulum, easier to get to shopping like La Comer, and all the DT Tulum restaurants. I had a car, but having a bike, scooter, or even walking would be doable from this location.

My wife and I stayed five days. There was more than enough room. It would easily fit 4, but the main bedroom is a loft, so privacy would be limited. The highlight for us was probably the back patio. It's very peaceful. The place was very clean, and had what we needed, though the kitchen wasn't as well-stocked as some, if cooking is a priority for you. The dining area is large and comfortable with a great view. Our only real complaint was the clothes washer/dryer, which is a single machine. As an American, I've never quite figured those out, and we were hoping to do more laundry. Gabriela and the management team were very responsive, nice, and easy to work with. We liked the location. It feels safe and walkable. It's a little over a mile to the heart of town, which we covered mostly on rented bikes. This would also be a great location for biking or driving to the beach.

Gabriella was an excellent host! The location was great, a lot of things to do and restaurants within walking distance. Marius was also lovely with communication and with setting up drivers and reservations during our stay. I would definitely recommend to people looking for a positive experience in Tulum!

Wow! This place was absolutely awe inspiring and breathtaking. Located in a private gated up community surrounded with 24hr security and amazing views, incredible restaurants accompanied by easy commute within a 10minute radius of all night life attraction. Gaby’s list of recommendations were full of a wide range of awesome places to explore. Gaby has been warm and welcoming and excellent at having an open line of communication before, during and after the duration of my stay always checking in to ensure everything is going smoothly. The house itself is SIMPLY GORGEOUS!! The architecture is impeccable! Everything here is pristine and state of the art! Definitely worth the rate. Will book again in the future. Thank you ❤️

Gaby’s place was beautiful! The location was perfect, close to both town and the beach, especially if you rent a scooter, which is easy to do at any of the spots just up the street from the Airbnb. The patio was the real star - very private, but with a gorgeous pool, lots of seating, and a covered outdoor bathtub :) Gaby and the team were incredibly responsive, but we had plenty of privacy. Would absolutely stay there again if I’m back in Tulum!

It was a great stay! The place is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It is extremely peaceful, the accommodation is very good quality, the furniture and decor are very good. It feels like home away from home. The outdoor area is also very good with a small swimming pool and a bath.

Our stay was perfect. The home is within a gated community, and the penthouse configuration had both privacy and expansive views of the jungle. Everything worked properly, and our hosts were quickly available with every need. They secured us reservations for transportation, and they offered so many great recommendations. I truly felt like I had a concierge available for any question that arose. The neighborhood beyond the gates community is quaint with many restaurants. The place is less than a mile walk to central Tulum or Veleta. We rented bikes and e-bikes which enabled us to easily get to the beaches and cenotes. There is parking if you need for a car, but we opted against a car. We enjoyed having a quiet jungle home versus staying in the crowded hotel zone. The only note to add is the home is two stories with bedrooms below the main floor. We enjoyed the layout as we could have some quiet time in addition to spending time together. Would love to return!

nothing bad to say!! all was amazing :) place is beautiful, quiet clean and has everything you need! area is safe and places within walking distance. concierge service was top notch! anything you need they are one click away and responds within minutes. we hired a private chef for breakfast and was the best choice we made! beds were so comfy with soft linens, had the best sleeps the top floor bedroom is on the pool deck so one thing to take note, any guests wanting to go to the pool you have to enter through that bedroom. didn't bother us we were three girls and all friends. the pool!!!!!! spending mornings their were our fave! sun shining with a coffee and a little dip in the pool with the best view! i highly recommend this place was perfect and host was fast to respond and concierge service as i mentioned amazing

The Airbnb was great. Very easy to get to and park. Easy to get into the building. There is an elevator for the higher floors. We stayed in the penthouse (PH3) at Yaxte Maya and it was perfect for a tulum stay. The views from the patio/ pool were very nice and secluded, and the floor to ceiling windows on the upper floor were cool during day and night. The concierge service was very helpful. He recommended great restaurants and aided with whatever we needed. We definitely would recommend this place.

We stayed at Casa Marley and had a wonderful experience. The villa is incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and very clean. Even though it’s tucked right in the middle of nature, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the main strip and about 10 minutes from the beach, which made getting around super easy. Definitely rent a scooter or an ATV while you’re here; it made exploring the area so much more fun! The outdoor area was another highlight. We were a bit hesitant to use it at first, but ended up loving it,the ambiance, the layout, and the overall vibe were amazing. It added something really special to our stay. Overall, Casa Marley is a great place to unwind and enjoy a unique, nature-immersed getaway. We would definitely recommend it!

Really a beautiful place from the time we checked in everything we requested was available to us! We were able to get our ATV delivered to our Airbnb and drove it around for our trip. The hosts were amazing very safe place everything we wanted to go to was 20 minutes away and had beautiful scenery. The place was amazing looks exactly like the pictures. The linen was clean just was a beautiful experience !

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here at Gaby’s listing! It was such a beautiful space and really felt like we were in the jungle. We did get lost finding the listing but i think that was because Apple Maps is different than Google Maps, as our private driver had told us, so use Google Maps! We also loved having a barbecue on the rooftop, though a few basic cleaning tools for the grill would have made it even better. The location is excellent — close to everything you’d want to explore — though it can be a bit tricky to find at first. Templia was AMAZING! Gaby and her team were phenomenal! The space was so private, felt very safe, and everything was spotless! A private pool was so nice to have, we had everything that we needed and were able to communicate so quickly with the team. Their concierge service provided was AWESOME, we had massages on our unit and everything was perfect!

Beautiful, plush space -- looks just like the photos. As the listing discloses, be aware that the unit is in an unfinished community with a lot of construction, empty buildings, etc (a lot of Tulum is like this). We weren't bothered by it (no loud noise), but you will see areas of debris as you walk around. Taxis were readily available and the community felt safe and secure. The unit is walking distance to food, restaurants, etc. We experienced an issue with the unit having no water each morning. We messaged Gabriela about it and received a response within minutes that it was being addressed. Within an hour or so we had water again. Turned out the cistern to the building had broken and would need to be refilled each morning (we always had water by 830 am). Not a big deal once we understood what was happening and Gabriela and Marius did everything they could to make the situation right, which we really appreciated. All in all, we had a wonderful experience.

As many others have already said, this is the best Airbnb we’ve ever rented! The penthouse is absolutely gorgeous from top to bottom. The rooftop deck & pool - exquisite. We watched the sunrise in the mornings from the pool while sipping coffee, enjoying the sounds of nature from the jungle around us. The king bed was so comfortable and the linens felt luxurious. THE BATHTUB. Top 3 best parts of the PH. We are 6’ and 6’3” in height, and love to take baths, and the bathtub was able to accommodate us!! Which is such a rarity. I would come back to this PH for the tub experience alone. A/C in every room & it worked like a charm. It was nice to be able to control the temperature by room rather than needing to cool down the entire house to sleep soundly. Having the washer/dryer available to dry off towels and wet clothes for re-use was great. It’s the little things. Host & concierge were very communicative, warm, welcoming, and helpful! Will stay here time and time again!(October 2025)

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Everything about this penthouse is stunning — the design, the jungle view, the comfort. It feels private yet close to everything in Aldea Zama. The terrace and pool are incredible for sunsets, and the place is spotless and beautifully decorated. Gabriela was an amazing host, kind, responsive, and full of great tips. She even left me a little present in the fridge. The photos don’t do it justice; it’s even better in person. 100% recommended. Can’t wait to come back!

The a/c worked perfectly, which is HUGE for me. The beds were very comfortable. They provide all the basic amenities you’ll need for your stay. The shower was one of my favorite things. But the crown jewel of this place is definitely the balcony and pool. We spent hours out there. The location is peaceful and truly a getaway. Fantastic stay in a beautiful residence. The entry to the building was kind of hard to find because it's tucked behind another building, but they had very clear instructions and a video to help navigate it. Marius was super helpful in arranging transportation and making quick fixes. It felt like you had an inside track. View from the rooftop pool was 10/10.

Extremely obsessed with this place! I had read some reviews mentioning construction in the area, but we didn’t experience any of that so I’m not sure why it was brought up. Everything was beautiful and absolutely worth the stay. The concierge arranged all of our transportation from the airport to the day clubs and even our excursions making the entire trip seamless. Gabriela and her team were incredibly responsive and made everything so easy for us. The house looks EXACTLY like the pictures, no disappointments at all. If you’re looking for somewhere truly nice to stay, I would pick this spot over any other Airbnb. Highly recommend! & everything is within a walk or a quick drive. Also there is always taxi’s right outside the gated community ready to take you anywhere! I’ll be staying here again!

Beautiful house. The place looks exactly like the picture. The location was actually perfect as it was in the middle of everything. We set up transportation and got a scooter through the concierge which was a very smooth process.

We went for our anniversary and loved it! We took advantage of the concierge services, a chef and transportation-the food was delicious and they provided quality customer service.

Our stay at Villa Templia was absolutely perfect! The home is gorgeous, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. It felt like we were tucked away in the middle of the jungle, yet the villa is actually located in a beautiful, peaceful, and safe gated community—conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The vibe is calm, welcoming, and grounding. We immediately felt at ease the moment we walked in. The outdoor patio and pool area were heaven and we enjoyed spending family time there. The service and care from the hosts were above and beyond. Gabriella was responsive, thoughtful, and considerate. She kindly allowed us to have a late check-out on our departure day since we had a late flight. Marius, the concierge, was incredible! He arranged rentals, beach club reservations, birthday balloons and a chef. Erik was also wonderful—always nearby and super helpful. We absolutely cannot wait to return to Villa Templia! My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful time here! Gabriella, Marcus, Eric, and Val were so wonderful and helpful! With their help, we arranged for private chefs and private massages/facials which all happened in this beautiful AirBnB. Also with their help, we rented an ATV and visited ruins and the beach. The location was great as well, being close to ruins and the beach. We also recommend the restaurants Panza and La Milpa!

Amazing house, Amazing stay..and an amazing host

This place was absolutely incredible! The deck and pool were clean and inviting. A stunning view over the trees. The kitchen was well stocked with a Nespresso (and pods!!), spices, pots/pans, bags, foil. The AC worked wonderfully. The water on the fridge is hooked straight up to a water jug that someone came and replaced on day 1! The couches are comfy. The bedrooms are spacious and beautiful. The bathtub and full-length mirror were pristine and inviting. The bathrooms were spotless. This place has intentionally storage options to unpack clothing and tuck away your bags and really feel like you’re at your home away from home. Our communication regarding the ice machine was responded to immediately and we were met at the door with a fresh bag of ice. It was an amazing stay, and we will be back!

Maybe the best Air Bnb I ever booked! The place was so nice. The view of the pool from the living room was amazing! Especially at night.! The home is beautiful and has everything you need. Walkable area but I would recommend renting some type of transportation as the walks can be quite long. (Taxis are also ridiculously priced so maybe rent a scooter or car.) Host was responsive. Loved this Airbnb ! I will definitely be returning. The cohost Erik was so helpful and always responded fast to our messages. It was very peaceful and quiet. The location is hidden but still close to many restaurants. I have no complaints at all.

Also, rent your own vehicle or a moped. Taxi’s and transportation is very expensive. Overall we enjoyed the stay the Airbnb was really nice 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at Templia! The space was perfect for a relaxing and quiet getaway—especially during our visit in May when the town was peaceful and calm. We loved being able to walk to a nearby convenience store and a few great spots for breakfast and brunch. The concierge team was fantastic—helping us set up excursions and arranging private chefs so we could enjoy delicious dinners right in our rental. We always felt safe and well taken care of throughout the week. Highly recommend Templia for anyone looking for a comfortable and serene escape!

This place is probably the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. The property is unique and gorgeous - it felt too good to be true considering the price. The spa is just a few hundred feet away. Just book it…don’t hesitate. The surrounding area is great if you want to see the future of Tulum emerging right in front of your eyes. There are some great new cafes like Aflora and Rossina nearby. The property is super safe and secure. 10/10. Last thing: the hosts are kind and responsive. I always felt like I was in great hands whenever I reached out to them. I can’t see myself staying anywhere else when I visit Tulum again in the near future.
