Great location in the heart of Centro.

It was a great weekend in Cartagena. Rossana’s place is very well located. In the center of the wall city. There were restaurants and bars just around the corner. The Apt was perfect, clean and exactly like the pictures. Sonia the Housekeeper was very friendly,fantastic and helpful and a great cook. Definitely will be back and highly recommended.

Sonia, German and all the team amazing, very attentive ,security 24 hours always ready to help, always response to every need, take care you, make you feel safe, very nice and comfortable. Quiet. Well furnished with everything in mind to have a good stay. Thank you one of the best.

This place was incredible! I am definitely coming back! The staff were so kind and friendly, and the amenities were so comfortable and exactly how they were described in the profile. My family and I did not want to leave. Felt right at home. I was thinking I might hear some noise at night but nothing. Peaceful and comfortable to be in the heart of Cartagena. Highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay — the space was beautiful and clean. Rossana was communicative and gave us local recommendations. Sonia the housekeeper was lovely and was there waiting for us to give us a quick tour.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. It is conveniently located in the heart of the walled city, which made it very easy for our group to walk around. I had lots of questions and I would like to thank our hosts Martin and Rosanna for the excellent communication and support since day one. Hospitality was great and I encourage other people to stay at their apartment.

The place was absolutely perfect and as described. Host was responsive and accommodating. The security was on point and once inside the space we felt extremely safe. Just beware the area is swarmed with scammers. Do not engage and be aware of your surroundings. This is out of the hosts controls but it is important to be attentive once out of the space.

Nice place. Great location. Would stay again

We chose this place because of its proximity to the San Pedro Claver church, where we got married, and it was undoubtedly the best place we could choose for our stay. The photos inside the apartment were beautiful, the place is very cozy and Rossana was very attentive to provide us with the best service.

The place is perfect for visiting the walled city of Cartagena and its surroundings. It is within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions in the area. It has air conditioning, a washing machine and a kitchen with the necessary amenities. The only thing to take into account is that to enter you must go up one level of stairs since it does not have an elevator. It worked great for us for a group of 6 people.

Great host, Rossanna was very responsive and helpful. House was amazing and secure. Centrally located to everything. 24hr security made the stay a peaceful one. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay, centrally located in the walled city. Lots of amenities, restaurants and shops. We had a great time and would come back to Rossana's place any time we are in Cartagena.

We saved this Airbnb for the final leg of our Cartagena trip, and it was the perfect grand finale. Santos de Piedra is a truly stunning colonial-style home, located right in the heart of the Walled City directly across from the Cathedral and it exceeded every expectation. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained. From the private courtyard pool to the open-concept living space and charming historical details, everything about the place feels luxurious yet warm and inviting. One of the biggest highlights was the service there’s 24-hour doorman/security which made us feel safe and well looked after, and Sonia, the housekeeper, made us a delicious homemade breakfast that felt like something from a boutique hotel. She was kind, professional, and added a very personal touch to the stay. If you’re visiting Cartagena and want to be in the middle of everything while still having your own peaceful retreat, this is the place. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We loved this Airbnb. The location in the old town was perfect - so central and walkable to explore various areas of the city. We enjoyed the ‘birds-eye view’ of life in Cartagena from the balcony! We had such a great stay! The home is clean and the A/C units work miracles! Sonia was such a kind woman who was there to help us with anything we needed. Very kind. I had a day where I wasn't feeling very well and she went out and brought me back some tea without asking

Awesome place. Great host and even better location. Still very walkable but towards the quieter side. We had some issues but Rosanna addressed them instantly. Great place for a few guys with 3 bathrooms. If you’re on the fence about booking, trust me, you’re making the correct decision.

Rossana’s place was totally worth the stay! It looked just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable, and the hot water worked great. The balcony was a great addition to the apartment. Throughout the booking process I asked multiple questions, Rosanna/Martin were very responsive. They were able to recommend places to eat, excursions if needed and overall were very flexible with our check in time. It was also extremely helpful to have Sonia the housekeeper available. She recommended local food, helped us with guidance on where to go to exchange money to Colombian pesos and overall was extremely attentive throughout our stay. We also had security at the door 24/7 which made us feel safe and comfortable.

The AirBnb is a perfect place for family or friends visiting Cartagena. My family stayed there for a wedding. Each of the 3 bedrooms (1 downstairs and 2 upstairs) has its own bathroom and there is an extra bathroom off the kitchen. Having the pool was a pleasant extra and we used it after sightseeing and in the mornings. The location (beside Goyurt and opposite Mr Bono) is near many attractions and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. There is a security guard to let you into the foyer (after you knock on the outside door) so we felt very safe there. Rossana was always very responsive if I had a question.

The location was perfect and close to everything. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing.

This beautiful apartment is nestled right in the heart of the walled city, surrounded by a plethora of charming restaurants and bars. The interior of the property is equally stunning, with gorgeous decor and ample natural light. The fantastic swimming pool basks in the sun for most of the day, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. We will definitely be recommending this property to our friends and hope to stay here again in the future. It was just a shame that it was fully booked when we arrived, as we would have loved to stay longer.

There is simply no better location- walking distance to everything, yet despite being in a very busy area, it is quite peaceful indoors. The space is every bit as beautiful as the pictures show, and our very gracious hosts Rossana and Martin went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. What truly made our experience unforgettable was Sonia, the exceptional housekeeper. She went above and beyond, helping us discover the area and offering invaluable insights that allowed us to make the most of our ten-day stay. She took a genuine interest in our well-being and safety, making us feel truly cared for. For an additional fee, Sonia can be hired as a cook- and let me tell you, her cooking is absolutely amazing! We're already looking forward to our next stay, not just for the perfect location and beautiful accommodation, but especially for the pleasure of seeing Sonia again. Her warmth and dedication transformed a great vacation rental into an extraordinary experience!!

The location of Rossana's flat is superb. Right in the middle of the high street yet quite enough during the night. The pool deal with the other hotel is well worth it, if you have the time, so spend and afternoon there and indulge on some Carimañolas.

This location was perfect!! Right in the center of the old city - near everything!! There was even a coffee shop that opens early right across the street. The building was well maintained and spotless and the doormen added a later of security that felt great while traveling with our kids. The pool is small but lovely and our girls enjoyed it on the hottest days. Rosanna was incredibly responsive and kind!! We would highly recommend!!

I was very hesitant about booking this place when I saw some of the reviews. I can tell you I will book Rosanna again my next visit to Cartagena. The place was very clean and everyone was easy to get a hold of. The easiest way to find the Airbnb is telling the driver It’s next to the cathedral. That’s how we found our way there. The owner of this place is so welcoming, all of the door men were lovely and the house keeper Mara is such a sweet lady. I cant speak enough about the location! It is with in walking distance to everything and I mean everything! I highly recommend booking this place if you come across it!

This place is exceptional. I can’t wait to return. Everything was great. The description is very accurate. Rosanna the host was very friendly and helpful. Sonia the housekeeper was an absolute invaluable assets to the property. She made restaurant quality breakfast(you have to buy the food), when I returned from a days adventure the whole place was spotless. The 3 rotating security guards were also very friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait until I am able to return. Don’t let someone else take YOUR spot.

This place is amazing. Spacious with two private bathrooms attached and the third outside. The furniture was great for lounging and very very comfortable beds. The host was super responsive and very helpful. Martin was amazing for transport and ideas, we used him 3 times. Overall, the location is perfect for the area, very quiet and two really good restaurants next door. I would definitely recommend this place, safe, secure and close to everything. Television in each room, and a Bluetooth speaker in the living room to unwind, while looking out the balcony. An amazing place and gracious host.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Cartagena with two friends, and I can say that the descriptions and pictures were spot on. The space was spacious enough for the three of us during our three-day stay. Upon arrival, Rosanna was incredibly helpful, meeting us at the location and providing easy access. The building had a doorman, which made us feel very secure as someone was always there. Once inside, we had our own keys, adding to the sense of safety. A highlight of our stay was Sonia, the housekeeper, who was attentive throughout. For an additional cost, she prepared a delicious Colombian breakfast and lunch for us, which were fantastic. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely come back if I’m visiting Cartagena with family or friends.

Rossanas property was great! It’s in a prime location and everything was walkable. The condo was spotless and the private pool was out to good use. What made this property even better was the house keeper Sonia. She made us feel right at home. Everytime we stepped out to explore or do excursions Sonia would have our rooms spotless. She also made us breakfast which was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

The photos of this bnb does not do it justice. It is absolutely stunning and beautifully designed. We did have a hard time locating the address in maps but we were able to resolve it. The location had 24/7 security. It felt like you were in your own little word outside of everything happening outside. Rossana was also able to accommodate a late checkout which was greatly appreciated.

I cannot emphasize how amazing this Airbnb was. First, let’s start with how the pictures matched the exact specs of the Airbnb. We were thrilled by how beautiful our temporary home was. There was a 24 hour doorman that would let tenants into the actual building which assuaged many concerns. The Airbnb is located centrally and is not far from anything. Now, let’s talk about Sonia, our housekeeper. Sonia is an absolute gem. She was there at our beck and call for whatever we needed. She cooked us breakfast and cleaned daily according to our schedule. She really was one of the highlights of our trip. We had six people total stay in the Airbnb and we were all so comfortable. Everything was clean, air conditioning worked fantastic, showers were hot. We literally have no complaints about our stay. This was truly a full service experience and I would not hesitate to stay in this beautiful location upon my next visit to Cartagena. The stay at Rossana’s airbnb was amazing. She was super accommodating and even let us store our suitcases on the day of checkout since we have a late flight. The doorman was very attentive and helpful with recommendations! Very close to so many bars and restaurants and right in the heart of the walled city! It was an overall 10/10 stay!!

Beautiful place and exactly like the photos, I have zero complaints about cleaniness. Everything was provided from spa services to being picked up and dropped off at the airport. The house is on the outskirts of the action at night. In the daytime it's in the middle of El Centro hustle and bussle. Once you close those balcony doors you escape back to tranquility, We had zero complaints, maybe a better iron. lol

My travel group staid at Rossana's place. It's a hidden gem. From the street all you see is a white wall and a black colonial door, but walk inside and you'll be in a majestic colonial home with a delicate balance of colonial heritage and modern setting. It is in the middle of everything, but the place is quiet and relaxing, and the beds are comfy. Water pressure is great, water is hot, it has onsite laundry, and all listed amenities. Only small downside (which honestly I appreciated because it allowed me to fully disconnect from the world) is that the wi-fi is not great. Internet speed is on the slower side and the bedroom downstairs gets virtually no wifi or claro service at all. Like I said, for me it was a gift in disguise because I was able to disconnect and enjoy, but if you're planning on working you may want to coordinate with Rossana and see if improvements can be made. Nevertheless, I would stay here a million times if I were to return to beautiful Cartagena.
