The check-in process was easy and the concierge was great. We felt so safe. Our door remained unlocked and open for the cross breeze daily. Security was always on top of it and never allowed anyone to enter the facility if they didn’t belong. Felix was our favorite! The pool was great. We opted to pay for the access to the Grand Mayan resort which allowed us to use the gym, lazy river, pools, watch a fire show, enjoyed food trucks at Salum, and so much more. The condo itself was in a great location. We walked to numerous restaurants, the marina, and enjoyed the beach as a whole. We happened to be there during the sea turtle hatching season. On Thanksgiving morning before our departure we were able to help 2 babies out to sea whom the landscapers found and passed off to us to release. Couldn’t have finished our trip any better! If you enjoy a firm bed, then this is the place for you. The AC throughout was amazing! Communication with Juan Pablo was easy.

Dominga is super nice and friendly. He kept the place super clean and we were very well taken care of. Always trying to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Dominga and Pichon.

Our family came to celebrate our son’s wedding at the Grand Luxe. This condo was the perfect spot for us. It was close enough for us to meet up with them throughout the week with the VIDANTA access. We appreciated coming back to relax at your beautiful condo. It had everything we needed for 9 adults. The beach and pool were amazing and the snack bar was very good and reasonable prices. There are several restaurants and an Oxxo within walking distance. Everything was perfect!! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!

We arrived and Dominga was waiting for us to give us all the information we needed. Condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. View was amazing. Huge pool. Pool staff very friendly providing us with towels and umbrellas. Pool had snack bar with drinks and food at very good prices. Beach was pristine. Condo walkable to marina with lots of food restaurants and pharmacy. Dominga and her family cleaned condo from top to bottom every morning. No complaints. Resort very secure with beautiful landscape. We will be staying there again in the future. Condo big enough for large families. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo.

great place with great views

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The location is great, the view from the balcony was incredible. It is close to the pool and beach and we loved how it wasn't a crowded resort rather a quiet condo community. Kevin and his family were such accomodating hosts and we were very impressed with the service. The condo so spacious and accomodated 2 families with kids very well- the space is calming and comfortable! I have never had such a relaxing vacation with my kids and I know that this space was a big part of that. Highly recommend!

Loved the sunsets over the ocean. Armando was an excellent bartender and chef by the pool. Daily cleaners kept the condo spotless. Was pleased we could walk to a variety of restaurants by the marina.

Ten of us had a great time at Juan Pablo’s apartment. The pools, including snack bar and towel kiosk were never crowded, and staff were always friendly and courteous. Amenities included pool table, foosball and air hockey off the lobby, and pickleball and tennis courts over the garage (bring your own equipment). We hired Chef Octavio and Manuel, and every meal was wonderful. We purchased the reasonably priced Vidanta resort access, to use the excellent fitness center, lazy river and exercise classes. There is an Oxxo convenience store nearby, along with several restaurants. A shopping mall and supermarket are available a short water taxi ride (30 pesos) away. The apartment was well-furnished, including balcony seating overlooking the pools and ocean. However, there is no regular oven, only a large toaster oven, and the smallest bedroom lacks air conditioning (we just left the door open at night). Juan Pablo always responded promptly to our questions.

Juan Pablo checked in on us everyday via text or phone call. Armando was the bartender and host at the pool. His service was wonderful! We should have used the concierge more often. At the end, we realized they were a full service concierge! For safety, the staff used duck tape on the windows, to keep glass from shattering due to the incoming hurricane. We got out in time. Great place!

The location is excellent, Juan Pablo and Ana Rosa are very attentive, everything is very clean and the apartment is very nice!

We came here for a girls trip and it was absolutely perfect. The condominium was very safe and private. We had great access to both the pool and beach and the views of sunset from the balcony were beautiful. We had 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone with a bathroom in each room and a powder room in the main area. Tons of seating and room to hang out and have fun. Everything was just as pictured and our stay was better than expected! Would definitely come back here again.

Great way to do a family vacation with little children. Lots of space and when kids were in bed great spot for the adults to hang out together!!

A wonderful place that meets the expectations of the listing! We were 2 families of 4 people and we fit very well in the place. The unit was very spacious and clean. It is an easy walk to the marina area for restaurants and an Oxxo so you can stock up on supplies. We chose to have a private chef for many of the nights and it was a wonderful place for that, easily sitting 10+ people at the table or even outside on the patio. The pool was peaceful, clean and quiet. The staff gives you towels each day and the small bar has great snacks and drinks for reasonable prices. The staff was not the most friendly and had lots of rules. If you want more excitement it is easy to pop next door to the Vidanta for pools, slides, restaurants, etc. but you have to pay to use it. The beach is good but you cannot setup chairs right at the waters edge, so be aware you have to home-base a ways away from the water. Juan Pablo gave clear instructions for entry and all was easy. Overall a good experience.

Absolutely gorgeous! The view alone was worth the price paid! The balcony was fantastic. The place is well laid out with plenty of seating for everyone. The pools are beautiful. Juan Pablo is GREAT to work with and always responsive. He put us in touch with a chef who came two nights during our stay to cook a delicious dinner both nights! Easy walk to the marina for restaurants. We paid for a pass to the resort next door and had a fabulous time at their pools, swim up bar, and lazy river. The location for the condo is very quiet and more family friendly. We were a group of six friends and loved the option for a little more “fun” next door. Rosa comes every day to clean and tidy up. She is very sweet and we so appreciated her! You will NOT be disappointed with this condo. The only even slightly negatives were - three of the beds are very hard and not comfortable at all, including the master. The two double rooms do not have an ocean view like described. We loved it though!

The property is absolutely beautiful upon arrival. Almost everything was accurately described other than being surprised there is no actual oven just a very small toaster oven. Since the place also did not have a grill it made it difficult to prepare meals. The other thing that happened was the washer overflowed but we had to do towels after 3 days of them not being replaced and we have 4 children and 6 adults. Juan Pablo was very attentive when we had that happen. We were also told there was daily maid service but we were not to expect the kitchen to be included. I could not find any of this listed or told to us and we’re sort of criticized when it was done the first two days but at no time did we ask for it to be done as Ana Rosa spoke little English. Other than that the unit and property is beautiful with good food by the pool that comes in handy in a pinch.

This apartment is beautiful and spacious, safe, clean and very well equipped. We had an amazing family vacation. Juan Pablo was more than accommodating. The pics do not do the place justice! So very, very beautiful. Gorgeous decor and a stunning view from the balcony. Pool(s) and grounds are immaculate . Food and drink at the pool are great and inexpensive. Service here is wonderful too- umbrella set up and access to towels, lounges- just great!

Great location, access to Vidanta is a huge benefit even though the condo pool is spacious and rarely busy. The beach is also only a few steps from the pool and mostly empty. The condo is spacious and can easily accommodate 4 couples. Excellent all around. Look forward to a stay in the future.

I love renting through Airbnb and having a kitchen and common space over being in a hotel, but so often a property has been misrepresented in the listing, or the beds are terrible … neighbours or surrounding environment an issue. THIS PROPERTY WAS MUCH BETTER THAN IT IS DESCRIBED. The communication with Juan Pablo was wonderful, the check in easy and felt like we entered home. It was clean (and I had made a special request to not have toxic chemicals used for cleaning and Juan Pablo bought different cleaners for our stay). The linens and bedding were clean and comfortable in all bedrooms. The view was beautiful. The property was safe and quiet and comfortable for our group of 9 … two families as one. The dining area and kitchen and amenities made it possible for us all to eat together … get exercise, play and watch the Vallarta sunsets on the beach or on the balcony. The staff on the property at the pool for towel service or beach were also so kind. It really makes all of the difference to the experience when humans smile and want you to have a good experience! Juan Pablo made it very easy and was accessible with kindness, although because everything was so great, I didn’t even need to reach him! I look forward to being able to stay here again.

Great place to stay for family vacation very quite and relaxing, great views, right in front of the beach, very clean, safe and friendly staff If you planning to work there internet is not reliable You need to rent a car as the condo is 20 min from Puerto Vallarta restaurants and bars.

This house was perfect for our family getaway. My family and I were able to relax in the pools and the private beach access which we all loved. Anna Rosa was cooking for us as we enjoyed the day in the pool relaxing and made everything more comfortable for us. Everything was so perfect, from the balconies views to the comfortable beds and cozy living spaces. Thank you very much Juan Pablo and thank you lots Rosa for making us some delicious food as well as keeping the house organized and clean. That really allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation getaway to Vallarta. Definitely recommend it and definitely will repeat in future.

Super location... very clean, everything was excellent

Our family of 8 cannot say enough how much we enjoyed everything about Juan Pablo’s fabulous condo. It is an exceptional property . For our purposes it was a perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas in Puerto Vallarta yet a mere water taxi away if that was what you seek. Relaxing , comfortable and accommodating . The condo is walking distance to some wonderful restaurants at the marina . The kitchen is well stocked , the beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious . We spent a good part of each morning on the patio looking at the sea and watching the wildlife outside (iguanas especially ). Communication with the owner was informative and timely . Already we are planning on returning next year!

The view is spectacular, the photos don't do the place justice. The apartment is very spacious and each space is well delimited. The pools are very comfortable, they have a very good temperature. Juan Pablo is an excellent host. He is attentive to what you need and cares about every detail, so that your stay is luxurious and pleasant.

This luxury apartment was perfect for our family of six adults and three small children. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, the same for the kids. The view from the balconies is gorgeous. The resort employees do an amazing job at keeping the pools, beach, and grounds beautiful and clean. The beach right in front is quiet, not crowded at all. We visited a few other beaches during our stay and always felt this beach is the best. The many pools are gorgeous. The pool and bar staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We’ll stay here again!

Juan has a BEAUTIFUL place in Nuevo Vallarta. It’s peaceful and scenic. The staff at the condo are very pleasant and accommodating. It is a bit of a drive from Nuevo Vallarta to Puerto Vallarta but well worth it. On our first day we did notice some cleaning issues in the bathroom but Juan had a very nice woman come and clean the condo every day while we were there. That is my first time experiencing housekeeping coming to clean every day during a stay at an airbnb and it was well worth it. You also can’t beat this price for such a top tier airbnb. This place will not disappoint.

Amazing place to stay and I didn’t expect the place to be so nice! Just be aware that you are not staying in Puerto Vallarta. It is about a 30 minute drive to the main city! Other than that! It is a quiet and very beautiful location! We loved every minute of it!

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The condo is as beautiful and comfortable as it looks in the photos. Even better, you can walk outside and be in paradise. It is a gated area and very private but just a short ride from restaurants, ( try Carlos's suggestions), shops, ocean activities, etc. The complex staff were friendly, polite and eager to please. Whenever we had questions, a call to the concierge solved the issue. Carlos answers email questions immediately! We can't wait to come back!

So glad we chose this place as our home for a week in Nuevo Vallarta. Pictures don’t do justice for how beautiful this place is. It’s spacious and provides a huge balcony with amazing view to pool and beach. You get to see the best sunsets. The staff are the nicest people and were always willing to help in any way. Selena the cleaning lady was beyond helpful. Felix the pool guy was always there to provide towels, ice and shade by bringing extra umbrellas . Staff here are just amazing! The communication with Carlos was great, always responsive to any questions I had. The pool is perfect if you have small kids, they had a blast! I definitely recommend this place and will definitely stay here again with my family.

Where to start!? The luxury apartment is clean and well decorated. The beds are super comfortable, and you really feel right at home. The location is excellent. An unforgettable vacation for the family. Highly recommended!!

We visited Puerto Vallarta for the first time. Friends had recommended that we stay in Nuevo Vallarta. We found Departmento de Edzna, which was right on the beach. The condo was beautiful and welcoming. There were 9 of us, 5 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of space. It was wonderful to have the choice of swimming in the ocean or the pools, especially with young children. The staff at Departmento de Edzna were so helpful with anything we needed, including water and ice or a taxi. They were amazing. Carlos was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had and was always so patient with our last minute questions! Shopping and excursions are either a short walk down the beach or a short taxi ride away. We will totally look into coming back!

It's much better than we imagined. The apartment is spacious, with many details, super nice, with a beautiful view. I loved it. It has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Very spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi. It's just as good as hotel suites, or even much better. We had never stayed through Airbnb. This is our first time, and honestly, it was a wonderful experience!! Thank you, Carlos Portu, for your attention at all times.

This is a great place in a great location and a wonderful host. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home. We had 5 adults staying and all of us had an amazing time. AND...with all of us having our own bathroom/shower....we were able to get ready quickly to explore and enjoy. Love it

Amazing views! This place was quiet and the service provided by the workers was awesome. We had a total of 7 friends, and there was plenty of space for everyone! This condo had everything we needed: pots, pans, coffee maker, washer, dryer, and a fridge. The private beach was awesome and did not feel crowded at all! We come to PV once a year and we hope this place is available when we return next year. Highly recommend.
