An excellent place to rest and enjoy with the family

We were very happy at this accommodation. The truth is that Armando was super flexible with the check-in and check-out time. We highly recommend paying for the food service. Ms. Moni cooks deliciously, and they will do the grocery shopping. You don't have to worry about a thing. The house instructions are clear, which makes everything easier, and it has an incredible view. I highly recommend this place to stay

It exceeded our expectations! My family and I returned home happy from our vacation. The place was ready, just as we had agreed. Armando was very friendly and available to provide all the requested information. Always attentive to what I needed. At the house, Mr. Enrique, Ms. Monica, and Alondra took care of us perfectly the entire time. We enjoyed our meals with them for 3 days, with perfect service and seasoning! The pool, the view, the rooms… excellent. Armando, always concerned about the house's energy, inspired us to create a space filled with good vibes, lots of love, and plenty of abundance. Excellent house for a nice weekend with family or friends. The common area is very nice, with a large garden, a trampoline for the kids, a pool, a barbecue, a TV on the terrace, a speaker, tables, and everything close to the kitchen. Easy access to the lake and to the boat. The rooms are comfortable and air-conditioned, allowing you to sleep well in hot weather, and, last but not least, they are pet-friendly. Very friendly staff who are helpful, and provide cleaning and cooking services.

The place was great. The place is just like the photos. Each room has its own bathroom, which greatly enhances each guest's privacy. Armando and Moni's service was consistent and friendly, and they answered any questions we had without a problem. The cooking and cleaning service was very good and friendly. We will definitely be back here without any issues.

We had an amazing experience during our stay. We were a group of 21 people on a family trip, and the place was perfect for everyone; it is spacious, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Armando was an excellent host, always attentive, and he also gave us very good recommendations for places and people who could help us with services during our stay. I would especially like to highlight the excellent work of Mony, Mari, and Alo, who helped us with cleaning and meals in an extraordinary way, as well as their wonderful personal qualities. Also, Mr. Enrique, the pool manager, always kept everything spotless. Another advantage is the location: right across the street, you can rent jet skis and access other services, as well as find fresh seafood, which made the experience even more complete. Definitely a highly recommended place for large and small groups. We had an amazing time, we'll definitely be back.

The spaces are ideal for enjoying and relaxing, and the surroundings in Teques are simply spectacular. The service was impeccable: always attentive, friendly and solving any detail immediately. And it has access very close to the lake, a 1 min walk away there is a restaurant where you can rent boats for water activities.

The house has a beautiful location right by the lake, which made for some peaceful mornings and really nice sunset views. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and it was great having that option when we didn’t feel like going down to the water.

It is a very quiet place to spend the weekend, the attention is super good, not only respond quickly when something is needed but they are on the slope all the time, the house is very clean and there are no bugs, we ask for massages and they were spectacular, if you bring small children I recommend wearing beach shoes for the pool.

Days before our arrival, we were given the exact location as well as a photo of the facade to easily identify the house. They also shared a PDF with us with lots of details and useful suggestions on where to find ATMs, restaurants, etc. Once at the house, one of the managers helped us with breakfast, she took care of cooking and buying everything, super practical and delicious. The house is impeccable, they clean the rooms every day as well as the garden area. The rooms are very comfortable and cool as they don't get direct sun and have A/C. Without a doubt, and something that I personally appreciate is the service of the place, they helped us with recommendations, ordering food, cleaning, everything... the only thing we worried about was enjoying the weekend, I would definitely be delighted to come back

Casa Tikava is a house where we spent an unforgettable weekend with family and friends. The house is quite spacious, the pool was very rich with heating, the attention of Mr. Moni and her family was very nice and they cooked rich. The cost of the service is extra and is mandatory from a number of guests. The Internet didn't work but Armando is looking for a way to fix it and make up for it. The beds are comfortable and spacious rooms although some had a small smell of locked up but nothing serious or so I would not recommend staying here we were offered transportation service to the event that we had, which helps a lot for our stay. overall I recommend the accommodation

It was excellent, Mrs. Alondra and Mrs. Moni helped us a lot in cooking and everything was excellent, when we woke up we were ready for breakfast, they asked us how we wanted the food and so they did, we really liked their service. Additional in cleaning everything was in order daily. They also helped us a lot in buying things that we forgot or were already missing like bottled water or some errado.

Family trip and we were all very comfortable, both with the place and the attention they gave us. They helped us at all times with the needs we presented, making our stay quite pleasant. We would definitely come back.

Amazing stay at Armando's house, the house has a lot of space and very large gardens, the common areas and rooms are perfect for a large group to spend a very pleasant weekend. The house met everything I needed: order, tranquility, spacious, clean, suitable for our Yorkie dog, amazing pool, incredible attention from Mrs. Moni and Gaby, Mr. Enrique was wonderful because he cleaned the pool and we didn't even hear him, all 3 were super attentive. Armando’s place is absolutely beautiful! It totally matches the description. It is a great place where you can spend a great time with friends and family, lots of things to do as the place is wide open, you can plan lots of activities.
