Excellent location. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. The deer and the waterfall are a five-minute walk away, and the house has everything you need in the kitchen, including a grill.

Extraordinary place for 11 people. 5 well-laid-out bedrooms, with the best view of Tepoztlán. It's a great option for spending a few quiet days. They supported us, at an affordable cost, with help in the kitchen.

The house is quite spacious, especially since we brought a pet, and I really enjoyed the space. Overall, we think the house is fine, but some of the furniture could use a bit of maintenance, as could some of the furnishings in general. The support from Dulce and Aracely was amazing, in addition to Edna's recommended messages.

The area is very quiet, and Alejandro was always attentive! I hope to be back soon!

The house has a great architectural design. It is designed to incorporate the view and allow you to enjoy the spaces from wherever you are. From the bedrooms, living room, or kitchen, you feel at one with the garden and the spectacular mountain views. As noted in the description, there may be a horse smell in the area where it is located, and there are issues such as the refrigerator not working 100%. But all of that is minor. It really is a great space. Both Alejandro as the host and the people in charge of maintenance were fabulous. They helped us with flexible check-in and check-out, accommodating our needs in accordance with the house rules. An absolute gem. If you're looking for a place to stay in Tepoztlán, consider this property as an excellent option, offering great value for money.

This Airbnb is a great option for a weekend (or more) in the magical town of Tepoztlán. The directions and attentions of the host, Alejandro, along with the well-kept house, made our stay perfect.

I really liked Alejandro's Airbnb! I loved the view of the mountains. The garden is quite spacious. Both the house and the furniture are very clean. And I loved the amount of light that comes in through the windows (the design of the house is attractive). My friends and I didn't have time to go swimming, but the pool was nice and clean. The weekend we went, it was cold.I asked Alejandro about the blankets very late. Don't hesitate to ask him. I would definitely stay at Alejandro's place again =)

Excellent place to relax; it has a very good energy. The nights are amazing with a mountain view, and the weather is perfect for the time I stayed (January). It’s an excellent place to enjoy with family and to explore the surrounding areas. The road is a bit rough, but transportation is available; it’s preferable to go with your own vehicle.

Tepoz is a place that my family loves. For this reason, we decided to have our wedding in Tepoz. Finding a comfortable, spacious place with all the amenities was not an easy task. Luckily we found Alex, and the truth is we are very happy, everything went very well. The house is great! Highly Recommended

Our stay was excellent. Alejandro, Araceli and Pedro were super attentive and were always attentive to making sure everything went well. I rented the house to celebrate my birthday and my family and friends had a great time. The house has enough space for everyone and is better than the photos. The view is spectacular. The decoration and wood everywhere makes you truly feel like you're in a cottage to disconnect. No noise at night. There are enough appliances, utensils, board games, towels and pillows, shampoo, nothing is missing. Alejandro is very friendly and flexible to your specific requests. Lucero also supported us a lot and it is an additional service that Alejandro gives you, which makes you enjoy it a lot more. Thank you very much for everything.

It's a spectacular house, the photos don't do it justice. It has spaces to live with all 12 guests of the house, the internet is a problem so it is better to think that it is a place for digital disconnection. We loved the place and would definitely come back.

Beautiful house, it's huge! The view of the mountains is unparalleled, we can't wait to come back! Alejandro the manager provided us with all the information we needed. Maggy, the woman who helped us with the cleaning and cooking during our stay was impeccable! She cooks very well! The house is very well located, 10-15 minutes walk to several very good quality restaurants. To go downtown we went by car since we went with two babies, I would say 15 minutes by car. I recommend it 100%!!!

A place with an amazing view, very quiet to spend a few days relaxing. I recommend it if you're looking for privacy and peace. Very spacious. We couldn't take full advantage of it because we went for a wedding and we didn't take advantage of the house, however we plan to return for a family weekend, to spend a few days taking advantage of it. The only thing I wish could be improved, although it does not depend on Alejandro, who by the way is very kind, is the street in front of the house, which gets a little muddy in the rain.

This house is totally recommended. Best of all, the view, it's amazing to see the Tepozteco hill so close. The host and the people who take care of the house are very attentive. The garden is very big. Because of the location, the weather is very pleasant. Downtown is about 15 minutes away. We had a great time at this place.

I would stat every time i went back to Tepoztlan, really nice house, freiendly environment, easy access, great place to stay either by yourself or with family or friends.

The house is wonderful, just as shown in the photos and description. It has its details but nothing that damages the stay. Alejandro was flexible with the check-out time and we thank him a lot. They were attentive to any situation. Because of the rain we had a problem with the electricity, but it came and went in general in the area (it was like that for an hour). I recommend bringing a flashlight because it is really total darkness. The pool was perfect even though it was cloudy. It has all the appliances and utensils you need for cooking. They helped us to buy and take them to the house. The easiest way to get there is by Av. Revolución and from there go up Camino a Meztitla... otherwise it is more by dirt road. I would definitely like to come back.

Excellent location and space for a large group of people; although there is no air conditioning and it can get a little annoying in hot weather; there are fans everywhere, which makes it nice. Excellent accommodation for family trips or weddings in large groups

We were in the villa for four nights with twelve people – a group size that we think fits the accommodation perfectly. The villa even exceeded our expectations and was almost nicer in real life than in the photos. Everything worked out wonderfully, and we had a great time all around. The location is just outside the center, but it was ideal for us as we were traveling for a wedding in a nearby location. To get to the center, we used taxis – these are very cheap in Tepoztlán, so mobility was not a problem. Overall a beautiful stay – we'd come back anytime!

Everything was excellent! Communication with Alejandro at all times was impeccable. We had a topic with a shower and he sent someone to resolve it on the spot. Mrs. Lucero's attention during our stay was also incredible. The very privileged location with the views and a block of padel courts. I would definitely go back to the house.

Our stay was brief and we were comfortable, the pool in the peak hours of the heat is very nice, the bedrooms have a panoramic view of the hill to enjoy those moments of relaxation at night, the outdoor grill is great for some rib eye and eating at ease at the garden table, the double room is ideal for recreation. Everything excellent, time flew by, it would have been good to rent for more days.

We really liked Alejandro's property, it's a very spacious house, with a very large patio and lots of greenery. Also the pool when being heated becomes much more pleasant to use. We had the opportunity to be in another pool on the same days and the temperature difference was much, much nicer than this house. I definitely recommend this house. There are some feedback from other guests that it is a house that has its years, which is true, but Alejandro clarifies it and at the cost, we can't find anything that comes close to him. We definitely want to come back.

There was a mistake on my part and El Señor Alejandro I help us, I give your time to explain and fix my problem. I gave him so much trouble and yet Mr. Alejandro kept open and quick communication. My family and I could not believe the wonderful view that the house of the Mountains has, we enjoyed the pool and the patio room almost every day, we were looking for a place to disconnect from a rushed life and always in the routine and this house gave us that and more. Its spacious garden, swimming pool, and large patio offer wonderful shade. The driveway is wide, and the house has an alarm system, but the neighborhood is safe and very friendly. We walk to the neighborhood store every day, and the neighbors are very friendly. Each room has its own bathroom and shower, with large windows.Magui and Cristina helped us tidy up the order, when cooking and cleaning, they did a magnificent job. We will definitely return to the House of the Mountains.

Beautiful home and mountain view. We had an amazing time and the space is perfect for dogs.

Everything about the stay was excellent. Alejando's attention is impeccable and his home is a real treat. I highly recommend it. Just to consider that the road to get there is terracería and although a car can pass, I would recommend considering taking a van or high car.

The house is very nice. Excellent spaces for family living. It's not in downtown Tepoztlán, but the area is very convenient to get to wherever you want quickly. There's a paddle club half a block away for those who like to play. Alejandro was very kind and resolved everything we asked for. He even put up a Christmas tree so Santa could come on the 25th with the kids. Excellent stay
