Important problems encountered. The house is very nice, comfortable and very well located. Martín, the house manager, was super friendly and attentive. However, we rented for 7 nights and could only stay 3. We found mice inside the property, which made us leave. I think it's a serious hygiene problem that should be fixed before hosting guests. Also, for 2 of the 3 nights, there was no electricity. I understand that they were external outages, but we saw that several neighbors had generators, so it seems to be something recurring in the area. I think the host should look for an alternative for his guests. The area is well located, although half a block before the house the surroundings change and appear more deteriorated. The house has a lot of potential and we liked it, but the mice and power outages significantly affected our experience. We received a partial refund, which we appreciate. The host agreed to get rid of the infestation soon.

Good location, the street was damaged by the rains, near downtown. I thought you would hear the roosters, as others had posted, but there was no noise. Excellent host.
